There are better trackers out there. There's no option to add our own symptoms. If you're having perimenopausal symptons, you're out luck. I know where i am in my cycle, so I don't need a progress bar. I'd rather have a calendar front and center. While the info is nice about training, once you know it, you know it. It IS simple app to use. It just didn't serve my needs. I went back to my old tracker.

This is amazing, the recipes that give you info about nutrition during each phase is amazing.

I like the potential of this app to sync with Strava, but it seems there is a bug in the code and my workouts never sync to the correct date OR they duplicate across several days. If this gets worked out, it will be a great app for people who menstruate and want to understand how that links to athletic performance.

The app has a lot of potential, there's so much information on there and some great insights. However, it is limited due to its lack of accessibility to women who don't have a typical cycle e.g. PCOS, endo etc. There is also no option to include contraception used and how this affects training, symptoms and dietary requirements. I for example am on the implant but I still notice hormonal variations of a cyclical nature and have had some bits of spotting but I havent had a true period since 2012.

FitrWoman is possibly the best app out there for menstrual health. This is an app for not just those who play sport but every woman. You will be educated on the many different areas that menstrual health has an effect on your wider health and how you can positively improve it. The latest insights and constant increased content in terms of recipes, exercises and education is really exciting to read and learn. Couldn't recommend it enough!

Great app for getting back into shape and keeping my nutritional needs attuned to my body. I would love an option to include symptoms that aren't listed already on the app, but I feel it does the trick for me and my wellness goals.

I like the concept and I like how it focuses on training, as it appears to be the only app that does this. However the integrations are flaky. I am not entirely sure whether I am connected with Google Fit as it lets me choose a Google profile and then nothing happens. Connecting with Strava gives a 502 bad gateway. So I can only use the app at the moment to see what phase of the cycle I am in but I can't see the exercise I am doing during each phase.

Exceptional resource!! Completely backed by science and constantly updated with information and features. If you're serious about embracing the benefits of training like a woman instead of like a small man, you need this.

Great app, simple to use, the best app in the market for female athletes. But very buggy these days, defeats the purpose of using the app. How I wish they spent more resources into their Engineering and into making the platform high quality. Honestly I wouldn't mind paying for a bug free experience for a great easy to use app like this.

overall I like the app and use it every month. However the update still has not fixed the problem it said it would. "Fixed in this release: - Timezone related issue that was causing Strava activities to appear on the wrong date" I'm not sure if it is because I live in Australia and the app isn't Australian? The app tells me it is the date of the day before the actual date which gets confusing in regards to when new phases start/finish. Please fix this 🙏🏼. Add a timezone choice section🙏🏼

I think this is a great app to increase your mindfulness about your menstrual cycle. My pcos and irregular cycles have been greatly helped by following the dietary and exercise intensity suggestions in the app. My only complaint is that you can't sync any other fitness data than strava.

Worked fine upto last month and its now stuck on phase 4 June 30 to 4 July. I've logged out, uninstalled and emailed and had no reply. Only installed again as I'm helping with some research. Would be great if the dev could help fix the issue.

Hil. K. Sep 15, 2021

Seems okay, but all my Strava activities appear on the wrong day. You'd think that this is an easy fix since the files all have a timestamp, but reading the reviews it seems like it hasn't been solved in years.

A great app in theory and when it works I love it but it is very glitchy and the information windows don't fit my screen (Galaxy Note 9) properly meaning I can't see some of what I know to be good, important information. Please fix this.

Jes. F. Oct 31, 2020

Great app. Only thing missing is if it was linked with my fitness pal (like you can with strava) so you can see what you're eating as well. But otherwise great app!

Ber. W. Jan 21, 2022

All the previously logged data has disappeared.

Sar. B. Oct 14, 2018

Great app, but the 'tap' the screen function on the latest insights is very slow or doesn't work at all.
