After last update won't save workout data to phone,was good up till then. After the most recent update I can no longer log in as I am unable to access the button to agree to the terms and conditions. So am having to lower my rating,lucky I can't put zero stars.

please patch your new update to raise the terms and conditions higher in the screen, as is your app always loads in full screen where my options are to tab out of the app. meaning I literally can't click to accept the terms and conditions so I can't use my tread mill >:(

Very bad app. Not recomended. I have donwloaded all the training plan, but everytime I turn on the app, it requests me to download the training plan again. Very annoying and not helpful.

Omg. Not intuitive. And not sure if working because not possible to login and it always bring me back to login and as for lot of permissions. I think it's scam.

Lack of integration with Google Fit or Samsung Health severely limits the usefulness of this app. Also with the folding treadmill there is no way to switch the units displayed on the treadmill

App did not work it failed to locate my machine and this is the alternative that Egofit gave me because they can't replace my remote and now unless they resolve there is no way for me to use. Waiting for solution from Albert Ying. Hopefully I will get good news 🙏. App is useless to me

Cannot sign up. Cannot sign in. Cannot skip. Cannot agree to user agreement. Uninstalled and installed many times but it still doesn't work.

Unable to connect with the rower, both on iPhone and Pixel. No instructions provided with the rower at all. Any chance there's a support team to help out?

Can't even sign up! The app is so bad that when I try to Sign Up with phone number or email it says "Format incorrect"..

The app is full of faults, bluetooth is connected but shows it's not. Constantly asking to reconnect. There's no sound from the youtube videos. The app goes blank when downloading them too. The custom settings don't save properly and require multiple attempts. Probably a lot more but I'm only 1 hour in. Feature request add 30 sec intervals in custom too.

I installed the app, tried to connect to the my machine (did after the 6th try), the time, distance and other values are different to what is on the machine and when the session is over and you click on any other button when you hit stop you lose the data from the session. When i tried to look for it in stats or records, there is no data and the number of times and other values gets doubled. Please fix the app and make it more user friendly.

Needs a ton of work. you have to resync with the treadmill evertime you stop and start. the statistics are a joke. it doesnt compile any data. every time you stopped it creates a new workout. Since I'm using a treadmill desk and stop and start a lot when I look at a day's worth of data I have about 20 separate sessions that I have to add up in my head to see how far I've gone. also there's no pause button. It would be great if you could pause it instead of stopping. Hoping they do updates on this

Is there option to rollback? This update has lot many issues and several features have been removed. 1. Difficult to connect with Bluetooth. 2. No more weekly, monthly or yearly views for progressive comparisons. 3. Historical data charts are either lost or could not be loaded. 4. Lost very useful feature to connect with your circles or community. Now I can't connect and can't share the stats with friends nor can see theirs. 5. No data collaboration with any app like Google fit, etc.

Tried to do the rollback to the older version of the app and it won't let me log in or even establish a new profile. Because the treadmill doesn't have any explanations for the programs that are built in (or even in the manual), having the app was really useful for getting the most out of the treadmill. I really like my treadmill and found this app very helpful, but this is certainly putting a big dark cloud over my experience. I know you are working on it, but until the newer app is functional, please address the login issues. Thank you.

Went from just ok to terrible! I understand this is a beta app, but it should be in a beta program that users can opt into. This app is not usable in it's current form, as the buttons at the bottom of the screen are covered by the software buttons on my device. Further, it erased all of the data that I had from the previous version. I do not understand how this made it past any QA testing in current form.

Initial screen would pop-up a chinese prompt even if it's on English language. There are icons which are not responsive. Not user-friendly and doesn't look same as in the treadmill manual on how they describe Fitshow compatibility. Overall, not satisfied in this app. I hope you release an improved version soonest as this one looks very beta.
