A new app is available for the scale. I was having the same issues getting my scale to connect and stumbled on their new app. They've stopped supporting the old one and have ported our data to the new app (although I'm missing the last 3 months' worth). The new app is white with the icon in green. I wish they would have a least come out here and pointed everyone toward the new app since we obviously all didn't "get the message!" Hope this helps everyone. My syncs fine now.

I loved this app.....until the company changed it. This version no longer works and the new version is awful. I want to be able to see everything at a glance as it had been. The data scale is now nothing more than a scale. I will be looking for a replacement for it. Very upset with the people who made the foolish decision to change the simplicity of the app.

I like the scales. I've tested with other scales I have and it seems to be the most consistent and accurate. The app however needs improvement, specifically the data graph is not useful at all. It's only possible to see 5 - 9 data points at once, and the scale of the y-axis is so large that the line looks flat anyway. I could forgive this if there was an option to export the data so I could put it in my own spreadsheets, but sadly there is no export function.

Love the FitTrack scale but the app only worked for a month. Having a lot of trouble getting it to sync my weight for the day. It'll keep saying "Scanning...". It syncs when it wants to. Lately I haven't had any luck with it syncing at all! I have checked and made sure both my phone and this app is up to date but still having issues! Any help with this would be great!

Overall easy to use app. It has few down sides though. Some of the metrics are unclear, there is no explicit information about the standards and how to read it (would be interesting though). Other thing is that history curve or bar chart is not showing visually changes, what is seen is mostly straight line although the difference is in more than 1,5kg. Would be nice to have some visible movements on the chart.

Although this app gives all the info I could require about my body and fitness level, I only give it a 4 star because it seems that I always have problems connecting to the scales via the app. I try maybe six or seven times before it connects. Why is there not an alternative such as a button on the scales so connection is easier? If I can find a way to connect first time, every time to the scales, then I will give a 5 star review. Apart from that, it is awesome. Thanks.

The scale is nice, seems accurate enough for residential use and the price. However, it does not sync with Fitbit. My biggest concern is the graph not giving a good representation of trends. I gained 12 pounds bodybuilding and the line on the graph looks flat. Can someone rework the graphs? You could make the text in the blocks smaller and make the graph have bigger lines or a grid pattern or something.

Whenever I use the scale, the app reads the weight then just continually says, "Analyzing...please keep standing" until the scale turns off (while I'm standing on it waiting for the app to get the rest of the readings). It says the weight I just took is from 27 days ago. I got 3 weight readings where everything worked the way it was supposed to. Since then? I only get my weight and nothing else. Completely useless app if it can't get the other readings from the scale. Very, very disappointing.

It was pretty easy for me to download, install, and sync the app with my scale. I thought there would be issues like what I read from other reviews but it went smoothly on my end. Guess you just have to turn on your Bluetooth and make sure there are no other Bluetooth device nearby that can hinder or intercept your signal.

Something is wrong. It has always been buggy when it comes to connecting the app to the scale but now I cannot get it to connect and upload data to the app. It says it's connected to the scale but doesn't upload. I've un installed the app, taken the batteries out of the scale, nothing is working. This has been going on for 4 days now. Plus, for the week prior to its failure to connect, the scale registered me as the exact same weight every day for a week. That's not possible. I have an android.

So far so good. We have had fittrack Pro scale for one week and have not had any issues after initial setup. Trying to work out how to have two users was not very clear, but after searching on the internet and shifting through various opinions, we were able to figure out that we just needed to have one phone open and one app open for two people you have access to the scale and app.

Was so excited to get my new scale. Set it up, downloaded the app, synced everything, got on the scale, got my weight and then NOTHING! The app keeps telling me to get on the scale. No weight or any other info shows up on the app. I am so disappointed. I was looking forward to having all the other information besides weight to help me with my weight loss journey. As of right now I wasted my money on this scale. Hopefuy you will fix this situation quickly. 12/30/2020 Still doesn't work, don't buy

App contains multiple data points - which compared to calibrated scales is probably about 30% off on average, so not very useful. Fortunately, you won't be able to connect the scale with your Android phone with Bluetooth, so you be bothered very much by inaccurate data - it WILL connect, but only after removing and reinserting the scale batteries, and then only while the app remains open. Once closed, same procedure over again. Connectivity with this app ranges from poor to nonexistent.

It would be good if you were able to see, eg body fat for a period of time altogether instead of having to scroll through each date in history. Also as an aside when I first downloaded the app the different colours would on the numbers so I could see quickly whether I was in the green, blue or orange sectirs. They are all black. How do I turn this back on? Thanks.

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I have attempted 3 times to get help with my scale (it will not connect to my phone to show more than my weight.) Everytime I was asked to give the same information and troubleshooting I had given in the last email. I was greeted by a different representative every time so I got nowhere. I pushed the button on the back and it is lodged. I touched it once. I asked to use my warranty and that was ignored in the email. I just want a funcional scale..

Will not go beyond "Start boarding". I step on the scale and my weight appears, then analysis begins. It never finishes; I just get the "boarding" message again. I am connected and have boarded several times but it never saves any data so i can look at, i.e. lean muscle, hydration, etc. With all the great support from Google, I'm sure I''ll get an answer sometime around the Apocalypse.

I have been able to connect the dara scale to the app on my phone, but I am still unable to connect the watch to my phone/app. I can't even change the date and time on my watch which is very frustrating. I've watched all of the help videos on FitTracks youtube channel, but none of them have helped. I have sent a message on their contact section but I haven't had a response yet, but given the current covid-19 situation is understandable. Hopefully I can get this situation resolved.

Connects okay but the measurement is wrong. Kilos view and pounds view show two different weights (I checked on Google and they do not correlate) - seems a very basic error. Also the amount in my history chart for the day isn't always the same as the amount on my homescreen for the day. Looking at other reviews it's clear some serious development needed!

Really frustrated that about a month ago the app crashed and I have not been able to log in since, it just says "cannot connect to server". Very very frustrating as the reason I got the scale was to see all the metrics and data. Very disappointed after almost a year of being extremely happy with the product.
