I have a subscription to Sling TV. I use it in conjunction with Stremium. Stremium successfully integrates all of my Sling channels into its own TV Guide. EXCEPT for the 9 Showtime Premium channels I subscribe to thru Sling. All else comes thru. Very good picture quality and fast loading on my S21 Ultra. On my Firestick, can see live TV in background of TV guide(translucent). Paid for $25 hour DVR. Supplements the 250 hrs I get with Sling. $5/month. Not bad!

I wanted to love this---i really did. But it just doesn't work as smoothly as promised. Using on an Android device and streaming through a Chromecast. You have to leave your phone screen on and not let it dim out, otherwise when you wake the phone to skip through commercials it resets the program to the beginning. Also no feature to "save your place" if you want to watch half of something one night and half the other. Finally, searching for programs to record in the program guide is very cumbersome and it is very hard to find which one to pick---for example if you pick any popular TV show like Shark Tank, you will see several different logos for it and only one is the current season but there is no way to tell which is which. With future improvements and bug fixes this could be the #1 streaming app as it's Cloud based and easy to set up-however it's not there yet.

Good app and incorporates a lot of streaming services. I just wish it had OTA as well. Then it works be perfect. The game changer here is it constantly drops my favorites. Every time I start it, I have to set up my favorites again and that's a pain with all the channels that are there. So for that reason I just don't use it. What a bummer because it would be awesome.

I love the idea of this app it's pretty much what I've been waiting for. 2 knocks, however: Sometimes channels will just randomly fail to authorize and the favorites feature doesn't quite work because it still shows channels that aren't authorized and misses some that are. Native Live Channels support would be amazing. The main draw of this app is it allows you to cut several apps and have stuff in one place. I HATE flipping between apps. Unfortunately, I still have to do that in order to get my locals. Live Channels also has a few more QOL features like channel surfing, numerical input to change channels, etc. Those two things would make me ditch my box and subscribe.

Simply the best. 1. A great addition to other streaming apps. 2. Layout of channels and the display of each individual show timeline is perfect. 3. No interruption or disconnection of streaming. 4. Stremium should share the total number of viewers watching each channel with the TV network, so as to attract and add more channels.

EDIT: After an email back and forth with James, the app is now working really well. Loads quickly, changes channels quickly and the feed looks really good. Kudos to the developers to get in touch with their customers so quickly. I have amended this to 5 stars. Customer service pros here! This app is not ready for prime time. It takes many minutes (!!!!) to launch on Nvidia Shield, doesn’t work at all on Fire TV, and doesn’t use all the TV Everywhere apps that my PlayStation Vue account can access. The feed is quality when it finally comes in, hence the two star review. Great idea, but not ready for anything just yet.

Basically my Locast DVR! Love it! It completes the last piece of the puzzle for me. Now I can finally record my MeTv shows through Locast on FitzyTV. One thing that would make it even better for me, would be if it had a standard amount of live tv buffer for every channel. Like say give a 2 hour buffer. So I can pause and rewind live tv. As long as I don't change the Channel. Now every channel has a different amount. Most are like a minute or so only. Some 5 minutes. Fox news has a hour!

I enjoy watching Sling way more on Stremium, than I do on the Sling app. I was going to cancel Sling because it is terrible! Now that I figured out I can connect my Sling account with Stremium, I will probably keep Sling because using it is so much better this way. I only gave Stremium 4 stars because the UI needs work, the DVR system needs more options, and they need to expand their device compatibility to Roku. Still, a GREAT service, and I highly recommend it.

Great replacement for the Locast guide, which requires you to stop streaming in order to view the guide. Fitzy lets your program continue to stream behind a translucent guide, which I find to be easier to read than the Locast guide. Fitzy also allows you to add the channels you watch to a Favorites list, while Locast makes you wade through all the listings (I'm glad Locast gave me so many stations to make that an issue, though). And when one of the programs I've been searching for actually shows up on a Locast channel, but at 4 or 5 a.m., I've got a cloud DVR. And it adds a previous channel feature, too. Worth it. (Android TV)

This app has potential howver it is not perfect. This is the list of issues I have encountered: 1:The player doesn't go entirely fullscreen. 2: You can not set favorite list of channel's to avoid scrolling the channels you do not want to watch or can not watch because of the subscription limitation. 3: There is no way in hell you reset the password in the app or the website.

This app is amazing! I have an Nvidia Shield TV and I'm simply blown away as to how much easier this is to use then the other native Live TV apps. Navigation and setup is a breeze and this app is pretty much what I've been looking forever for! Definitely need to add Destination America on my end to make it complete. I'd say History as well, but as I recall their app doesn't really play well with others. :) I'm in Indianapolis and I get the Chicago locals. Not at all a dealbreaker, but would love my own locals.

I’m thrilled that there’s a cloud DVR to record my local channels. However, it’s pricey compared to my SlingTV subscription. On Sling, I paid five extra bucks and got 200 hrs. Stremium provides 50 hrs for twice Sling’s price? Of course, I am paying it, but if I find a less expensive alternative, I’ll switch to it. My only other gripe is no subtitles! Currently hunting for an add-on. Again, if an alternative with subtitles AND less pricey DVR storage, I’m gone! But in the meantime, Stremium is fine for what it does provide.

Lots of free channels. Trying to add more tv providers. Spectrum provider allows most channels. Does not include "local" channels, CNN group of channels, or ABC/ESPN. Stalls on startup lots. Takes about 20 seconds for video to calibrate. Must have pretty fast internet speed or will constantly try to calibrate video feed. Slowly getting better overall. Overall best service provider streaming app because of the tv guide to change channels.

The new update removes ALL providers. I used to be able to watch some DirecTV and Verizon channels but since the update, the app is useless. In addition, I removed the $5.00 a month DVR option and kept being asked what was wrong with the service. Lol, you're kidding me right? FitzyTV was decent, but not all channels were available, including some showing up in the guide. Perhaps if all my channels aired properly, I would have paid just a few bucks more for the DVR but not by much. Bye Felicia!

I really would like to give this app a good rating. But it has languished over the time and is not a good app. I tried to schedule a program this morning to record, and after I go to see if it's set up to record, the app exits. I tried it again and it still exits. I'm running it on an Android Pixel 4a with 128 gigs of RAM. I've tried in the past to get in touch with these app developers and whoever this Fitzy guy is, but I get no response, crickets. I'm stuck with the app for now paid in advanc e

I just now started the 7 day free trial. It's been glitchie on my phone but great so far on the firestick. I'm DVR'ing stuff now to test. 5 stars if everything clears up on my phone and continues to work better. Update! I improved to 5 stars based on last review. The DVR did improve over my platforms and I am satisfied. I have the one year plan. Would like web support. It works on the web but not as well as on an app and I understand that. Still a little glitchie but it ALWAYS works.

Still OK but I prefer Channels DVR if you have a computer that is powered on 24/7. If you don't like that prospect, get an NVIDIA Shield TV. It will run both the Channels Whole Home DVR server AND client, eliminating the need of a 24/7 PC. Like Stremium, it requires a subscription ($80/yr), but you get a lot more control and functionality than Stremium provides. Channels allows you to link FAR more cable providers than Stremium. I give Stremium props for ease of use though. Great live guide!

Would love for there to be a tablet interface with a grid view, using a tablet in landscape looks pretty empty and useless. It would also be nice if there was the ability to watch in full screen I don't need a channel bar at the bottom. The FireTV version of this however is on point and awesome I have it on all 4 of my FireTV's

I really like this. Since the latest update channels play exactly like they should. Services and Chromecast abilities seem to appear faster too. Please look to provide local stations! I won't downrate but being able to connect to local stations that are actually local would be great. I currently draw Dallas and LA but Denver is my local. It would also be fantastic if you could update the TV Guide to show more upcoming and details. The current one is ok but it could be expanded I hope!

Edited: This app when it works correctly is great. The public channels stream flawlessly. The channels from my paid TV provider added from Frndly are a constant problem since the app was upgraded from Fitzy to Stremium. I have to relink my account regularly, virtually every day, in order for the Frndly channels to stream - it now requires deleting the app from Android TV and then relinking it from my account on my laptop. Stremium has no reason why and now is not even helping fix the problem.

Customer support was slow at times. Now with them no longer supporting, TV subscriptions, there is very limited usability. This wasn't their fault but still unfortunate. Won't use it for a streaming service, if I pay for locast it's the same price for Fitzytv DVR. So great for locals only. I'm going to have to get cable boxes again for my rarely used rooms. I will likely cancel cable now and go with streaming. Cable TV just lost a customer because I will not pay $30-$45 for more cable boxes.
