Five County CU - Mobile

Great functionality and easy to use but it glitches pretty often and I have to erase and reinstall about once a month. Most common glitch is log into my account to view something, then try to open again and it just shuts the app again. Solved by closing the app and either restarting the phone or uninstall/reinstall. It's annoying but not awful. Also would like to see contact info and branch hours and such more easily.

I've only been with Five County a short time, but their online policies and app issues are a hindrance. I have seemingly no access to online check deposits for no reason anyone can tell me, no ability to easily switch money from my first bank to five county... ultimately the app is just a balance check. I definitely want more from the place that keeps my money. I LOVE the actual institution, but the app needs updating.

Will not let you access the app if you have FB Messengers chat heads enabled. Turning on the "allow screenshots" setting doesn't help. I understand the need for security, but its inconvenient to have to close any apps that draw on the screen before checking my balance.

Limited feature set compared to the apps from other financial institution that I routinely use. Crashes more than any other app I use on Android or iOS.

Does the job, if all you want is check your balance... It does crash often

I like the app I meen yah It tells you how much is in your accounts but what about an alert when money is put in or taken out of an account ?

The app was great but then all of a sudden it won't let me do any transfer's on my Google pixel. Never have had problems with the app, always thought it was the best! Please change it back!

It won't let me log in. I only have my account number but it says I have to already have a user name and password.

I can see my accounts but the app does not allow transfers to be made. Using a Google pixel.

This was was perfect for years. Then a week ago, it just stopped. App starts to load the returns my phone home screen.

This app constantly saves me. And it requires no special permissions. That's what I care about.
