2) The first time you'll sign in or create a new account it links up with our online ordering site at http://www.fiveguys.co.uk
3) Order your food
- it will save it so you can re-order quickly for next time.
4) Go pick it up! Skip the line and head straight to the order pickup counter at the store, tell them your name and get your food.

Generally works as expected. Would be nice if I dod not have to enter my payment data again with every order.
I was apprehensive downloading this app after reading reviews saying that it crashed on the payment section. Fortunately, this has not happened with me. Payment was quick and easy to set up. This click and collect app means I didn't have to join a socially distanced queue, just had to give the security guard a heads up. However, bear in mind after collecting your order you are not necessarily permitted to enter the premises under the current re-opening circumstances.
No part of it works, I can't find my local restaurant, I can't register and several of the required fields can't be selected or have anything typed in them so most forms can't be completed. It's says it's there to let you skip the queue, the only way to do that is to eat somewhere else...
Useless application, UI is poor and not user-friendly, when trying to place an order for collect it continuously comes up cannot connect to the store after inputting all the details. Very frustrating!
Fairly easy to use not sure why I couldn't order milkshakes when trying to order with deliveroo so used the Five Guys app instead and had to collect
Easy app to use I've had no problems with it on my phone or tablet when ordering.
Absolute daylight robbery. Price cancels out the enjoyment on food. £10.65 for a double bacon cheeseburger. Madness

Why doesn't this app hold my details? Previous orders, address, credit card etc.
Horrible app and no way to store card payment details... and if you hop out of the app chances are when you reopen it will forget your order and kick you back to the menu. Very inefficient. I expect more with how expensive these burgers are!
This app used to offer Google payment. This has now been removed and you are expected to fill in payment details manually. I think you are missing the point here (and please don't respond that your alternative is to trust you with keeping my payment details on file. I cannot always trust you for the burgers)
Completely useless in Canada. Don't offer apps that only work in other countries & continents... Very very unimpressed :-!
App is buggy and not fully developed, had us waiting outside for our order because it didn't think we'd arrived, employee said we had to press "I've arrived" but no button to be seen, take this app back for some more work It also forgets your order on progress too easily
Poor interface and wouldn't let me put a street address into the form to register bank card, let me fill in all the other parts of the form, also trying to edit order just freezes the app
five guys is awesome. the old app made me upgrade and now I'm given the option of other countries, but now can't figure out how to order locally in the US.
Placed an order and payment was accepted. I had lots of options to choose from when ordering. Good app!
awful app. probably the worst of the fast food apps. other than the find your nearest restaurant, Nothing else in the app works. Very poor effort.
Utter garbage. Trying to order for click and collect but it just cycles back round to the post code page. I want your food but you're not letting me buy it..
Love the food, the app is awful, unresponsive, freezes constantly, just a mess.

Installed, couldn't even get to order screen. Constantly told me was not connected to the Internet - on Wifi and on 4G. Useless.
App wouldn't connect to net. So can't order from app, wouldn't let me order through deliveroo, and couldn't order phone
I can finally order Five Guys exactly as I want, because I don't need to be verbal! My first order could not have gone more smoothly. Maybe I'm just lucky but still. No complaints here!
Excellent : No service is 100% perfect, at least it worked the first time - worth 4 out of 5!.
Great app. Really quick and easy to use for some quality burgers.
App seems to work well until you get to payment. No integration with Google pay or apple wallet. Might as well use the website
