App was working great but for the past few days the app just freezes on a white screen when opened. Uninstalled and redownloaded but still has the same issue.
Upgraded to the Samsung 22 Ultra..I have uploaded and uninstalled this app. I don't know how many times. It says this app has a bug and flitches. The app works great on my other phone. I dislike carrying two phones. I really hope this gets fixed soon. Thanks

Very quick & convenient. Only wish there was more of a running total of balances like on the full website, the app only shows the total available balance. I'd like to see where my balance is with each debit/credit, if that makes sense. Love the deposit check option. Since I live out of town this is a wonderful option
Need a bug fix. Samsung S22 reports a bug and app cannot be opened. Previous phone it worked fine. Hope you can fix it soon.
It's a good app. Everyone has their on opinion and somethings I want,others wouldn't want. I would like to see more options that we could do with the app. Another bank I bank at offers links to apply for all kinds of loans. Or pay multiple payments if you have more that one loan through them.
Needs a serious upgrade for usability! I had trouble logging in first time. It kept sending me back to the begining (fine, whatever, sometimes it takes a few tries). The annoying part is I can't simply choose my birth year. I have to press the back button 12 times for every year of my age. Multiple attempts, meant pressing the back button over 1,776 times (ageX12X#tries) I gave up. Went into location. Employee handed me a pad when time to enter birth year. Handed it back & left.
Every time I've really needed to see what was in my account the app wouldn't open unless I reinstalled it. This has happened through multiple phones and my wife has had the problems as well. Other than that it does the job
easy to use, saves alot of time checking to see if automatic payments have been deducted. Its great to be able to see the amount deducted from my account before I leave establishment. I once spent 4.28 at a store later the next day I seen 14.28 was deducted but I screwed myself when asked if I wanted a reciept I said no, never again
Easy to use and convenient. Great way to make deposits when we cant get to the bank. Great way to get a snap shot view of our accounts or track expenditures and income.

Very user friendly. Compared to competitors, BETTER, smaller more home town services, customized to the clients needs. However, still as all the functions of a larger financial institution.
The app was good but for some reason 2 weeks ago it just stopped opening and kept closing all the time I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but none of it worked
Five points gets five stars! Awesome bank and a really good app, too. It actually works like it is supposed to, I've never had an issue with it in over 5 years.
Everytime I try to log into the app it freezes and will not let me access anything tried uninstalling and reinstalling but to no avail.
Love it!! One thing you could add is an alert or text when your card is used like some credit cards do.
Honestly this app is far too simplistic. They need to get with the times and upgrade their applications to include all the new resources their website has. VERY DISAPPOINTING...
Waste of time. Couldn't get enrolled, has a web browser setup in a mobile app which is stupid AF when putting in birthdate. Have fun tapping away then getting told error at the end
Usually this app has worked great for me, however the last few weeks it keeps giving me an error message and won't let me access it.
Not bad, its a smooth and simple app that is easy to use. 4 stars because sometimes it won't load.

Great app for banking! Makes it a lot easier to check my balance and transfer from my checking to my loan payment!
Easy to use. Love immediate internal transfers between my accounts. Good way to quickly check on account activity.

Constantly kicking me off the app and not functioning properly, which I end up having to uninstall the app, redownloading it again, & then having to change my password, because it won't let me login otherwise, even with the right and correct username and password. It's very frustrating to no end! 🤬
