Please Add Bill Pay!! And more notifications such as balances, bill pay transactions, etc. Banking On The Go is an ESSENTIAL bank app service. ESPECIALLY when managing business & personal accounts. I'D EVEB BE WILLING TO PAY FOR ADVANCED FEATURES! Lacking them a make a break deal. I'm holding off as long as I can but eventually I will have to switch to a more modern bank. PROS: Wonderful staff! They still offer personal service. Something unheard of today. Just need modern app!
very frustrating and worthless They offer an excellent product in card valet to work with their debit card. However their login has been changed so you are forced to enter it in with a keyboard you cannot autofill it with a password manager. The only way to enter a complex password is to write the thing down and then type it in. Kinda of defeats the purpose doesn't it. I think rather than continue to fight it year after year it would be easier just to change Banks. Capital One here I come.
Good app. Seems stable. I gave it three stars because it is not as easy to use as the Chase app. I appreciate the fingerprint login, but hate the fact that I have to enter my password to do Bill Pay. I get that it might be a security feature, but if I am already logged in with my fingerprint the app should at least let me use my fingerprint to get to bill pay.
When I downloaded and tried to open it afterwards all the app did was crash.
I'm giving 5 stars has always worked great for me and if have a problem I sent an email and they get right back to me thanknyou
Anyone else having issues with the app not loading even after updating? It won't even let me login into the app. Says it's not connecting.
Ever since the update when I get in App it comes up with "An error occurred. Please contact institution ". Frustrating!
This app is very convenient, and allows me to check that no one is using my card when I've mislaid it.

The app is very responsive, allows me to check my balance with one-click. I can also manage my cards daily limits on the app so if I need to make a larger purchase, I can do so without having to make a call to the bank. No conplaints!
Love it.
From a user's point of view this app seams to bog down my android device and also cause it to crash from time to time. I'm sure, however, that the security that goes into it is no easy bit of code to write and the app has been secure so... I have no complaints.
