not sure if all the people who write bad reviews are just special or not but ive been oing through the bank for a little over 10 years now amazing bank and service... ive been using this app for about 2 years now and never had a single issue amazing app as well much better then other banks just from the stories i hear

this app is awful it incorrectly tells me statements and doesnt work correctly like today I spent money in my account and later on it showed no charges from today and told me the wrong amount(the amount before today purchases) thankful I'm smart enough to remember I spent money today and that the app is completely wrong once again

The 5 Star Bank app works very slowly compared to other banking apps. The app is pretty basic but it gets the job done.

Every month this app kicks me off than says user blocked so I always have to call the bank and I get same answer everytime oh system error 😑 probably will be switching banks soon to many errors

Cannot take these alerts that "balance has gone below amount i wanted to watch" off. Tired of receiving multiple emails a day. Spoke with someone from five star and they told me to go into netteller, which is not even the app used for five star bank anymore....

Used this app after the bank told me my mobile device was "no longer compatable with their Internet site" (?). Now I cant connect with this because it says "network unavailable, you must be connected to the Internet to use this app". I get the same message on wifi and mobile connection. I must be connected because I uninstalled it and reinstalled it trying to fix this problem thats been going on for weeks. Makes me think maybe I should move my business. Is this the way to treat a 30 plus year customer?

Used to work and I loved it. Ever since I updated it, I can't even get it to open. The message tells me I'm not connected to the internet which is not true. Wish I could get it to work!

I like the Bank itself but there mobile and online baking is garbage. Almost always having a problem with login or with something else
