This app has ( As in past tense ) been great. Something has happened to the mobile deposit feature and with no help from customer services it now can take hours to deposit a payroll check. Usually takes minutes! Even have to make multiple attempts at modile deposit feature before accepted. Very slow responses from costumer care representatives!! I have no idea when it will get fixed and I think they don't either.
I like the app, my only issue is the fact that you HAVE to turn on your automatic time and date. I live near a state line, so when i move around my house it switches between timezones. I shouldn't be forced to use that. Can we please change that???
App is fine only thing that it doesn't have is an alert sound when something occurs are transactions being made at the time but other than that I'm enjoying it just fine.
Great bank. Great people. Been banking here for the last 10 years and have gotten a car loan, paid it off in 2 years, and it brought my credit up from zero. Only bank in town that would let me get a car loan with a zero credit score. They wont hold IRS Refunds. They have good hours and more locations on each side of town. Not ever changing banks.
Very much pleased with this app as well as our Awesome bank! Our fraud department are always on top of every transaction, thank y'all very very much!
This apps sucks... It doesn't updae your balance until a day later! What's the point of this app if it isn't going to keep everything currently up to date
It has been a big help to me being able to cut my card off and on and it helps me keep up with what is going on my account as far as direct deposits

The last app was so easy. The new app requires more effort to get the same results. My account is not up to date. I uninstalled the app. Hopefully another download will allow my transactions to update. I don't know what this app offers that the original didn't. Again it is unnecessarily complex -- too many clicks to get the data I want.

I love the new setup of the app. BUT THEY NEED TO TURN OFF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR AUTOMATIC DATE AND TIME REQUIRED TO BE TURNED ON. I LIVE TOO CLOSE TO A TIME CHANGE AREA AND HAVE TO HAVE MY TIME AND TIME ZONE MANUALLY SET. I CAN NOT BE SET ON MY PHONE COMPANYS AUTOMATIC TIME AND DATE. SO IM CONSTANTLY GETTING KICKED OUT OF MY APP RIGHT AFTER I SIGN IN.
A total mess since the upgrade! The card controls suck. You can turn your card off, but get a message about checking your connection when you attempt to turn it back on. Do better five star!!

The 5 star app is simple to use and understand. I mainly use it to deposit checks because I'd been having a hard time getting to the bank in time. It's very convenient when checking balances and other transactions as well
I believe that the app works great for me. I have no problem with navigation, or use of the app. Every account is right at your fingertips and easy to use. The use of paying bills and transferring funds works well for me too...

This is the worst app I have ever used!!!! I have no idea why the format of the previous app wasn't good enough. This so called upgrade is the worst upgrade I have ever seen in a banking app. I am repeatedly locked out of my account with this app and very frustrated! !!!!!!!!!!! I usually write positive reviews but this app is not worth it!
This app rates a -10 stars. App just sits and updates - app won't stop updating and consuming my battery, won't close, and cannot be uninstalled. Wish there was a way to make this app go away, it is, worse than malware because even my anti virus can't quarantine it.
Love the app and the bank! Respectful people and customer service is awesome especially live chat. Love the app easy to use and navigation in the app is extremely easy and everything is explained and making transfers and payments are a breeze. Love this bank and their app.
I did like five star, but they have made it difficult to deal with your joint accounts at the atm and I dont like the change
Is says error updating and locks card controls. It waits til the weekend when the bank is close 2 malfunctions so you can't go 2 the bank. It's done this many times. One weekend I went out of town it malfunctioned and I had 2 stay there until Monday because i ran out of gas and no one wanted 2 take a check. I miss work and had 2 spend an extra $60 at the only hotel that took a check. And I miss work. This weekend I'm forced 2 feed my kids noodles cause it's malfunctioned again. WORSE APP EVER!!!
The app is great without one feature that would make it awesome. Adding back the pending deposit feature would give you it a 10. It's such an inconvenience to have to call and be on hold so long just to find out if your deposit is there 😒
