Five Star Food Express

i ordered food by calling it in and picking it up myself. out of curiosity I wanted to see the price difference. with this app it would cost me 15 dollars more. they mark up the menu price and make the restaurant give them a 15% discount. the drivers are really nice yes but the company leaves much to be desired. do no use the app.

Have had nothing but great service! I live in a rural area where most other places don't deliver and it's nice to have a place that does. My orders always come within the time alotted or sooner. I have never had anything missing from my order as I have experienced with other delivery services and all of the drivers are very friendly!

I have been disappointed for a while now. You take away great restaurants and don't replace them with the same. You have restaurants on the app to order from, and as I wait and wait for my order, I eventually get a call while on chat, because I couldn't call, then a message saying the restaurant was closed. I then choose a different restaurant, place my order and again I wait and wait. I messaged back what is going on now? eventually the car starts to move. Ends up lost. My food was cold. I am 🤬

No longer works. I use to love this app and use it every weekend while at work, but now it wont even load up no matter what I try to do, which really sucks since this is the only food delivery app that let you pay cash!!

waited for an hour and a half and then they set my time out another hour waiting on food. I called to cancel and they said food was already ordered so cant reimburse money..they agreed to pay me back $15 and never did. Really disappointed. Food was. cold as well.

Just can't seem to find a way to contact them if you have a problem with an order. Its not the first time this has happened.

Stuck on "registering notifications" for days now & will not load.

Too many security risks as reported by my Security software, Sophos...

2 hour delivery time and no option to cancel order.

My girlfriend used this the other night. Food showed up with items missing. Absolutely NO way to contact anyone via the app. I tried contacting the developers via email and got nothing. They just take your money and run. Useless.
