I understand adding a fee when requesting work. But, I don't understand why there's a few when leaving a tip. To my understanding this company receives 20 to 25% from each completed gig. You get a percentage off the gig, plus fees when completing your purchase, then fees when tipping?? If you're trying to save money on the transaction portion allow us to incorporate a tip at the beginning of our purchase. If we want to add more later then that can also be an option. Stop being greedy.

The buying experience was great. Quick and easy. I got the logo I wanted and much sooner than quoted. The tipping, however, seems a little suspect. I tipped $10 to my logo provider and Fiver wanted ~ $2.5 service fee just to deliver my tip to said provider. Standard credit card fee is $0.30 + 3%. That comes out to be ~ $0.60. $2.5 is vastly overpriced/ greedy. I believe in tipping for good service. But, in this case, it feels like I'm being penalized just for tipping

Easy to access work from phone, review orders, and chat with creators while I'm on the go. The only thing that seems a little challenging is if I need customer support, that's better at the computer. Otherwise, this app is perfect for hiring a team of professional creatives. I do agree that the service fee is a bit over priced and unfair to push people to tip then charge us to do so.

This app is great but it has a lot of bugs. I have been trying to sign up but it was very difficult as I kept encountering bugs at different stages. When I got to the last stage it brought another problem as i was trying to verify my phone number. I was told after several attempts of entering the verification code and waiting endlessly for the Submit button to allow me proceed, that I had to wait until tomorrow before I can proceed further. Please fix the bugs and other typing bugs ASAP. Thanks.

Great vendors, great work. I have been using fiverr for a few years now and always recommend the site to other individuals. However, the one complaint I have is the few added when tipping. Tips should not be charged a fee, I feel that holds individuals from tipping. Get rid of that fee, unnecessary.

Oh, it's right. At one point I could only see 1/4 of the screen and it wouldn't turn (as if the screen froze). Even though I opened the "create your gig"-page inside the App, it directed me to the website, where then I could only see 1/4 of the screen. It is zero intuitive (website and app) and after all together 20 minutes (5on desktop) I gave up. I am not going to contact anybody, I will only get to hear that it's my device's problem, and more of my time goes down the drain. Just not for me 🌵

I have been fortunate to have great success on two occasions. My most recent project with kerpoostudio was a home run. The app itself I dropped a star because for me, it was confusing on my phone to figure out how to respond on the revisions. There is more than one place to communicate with the seller. Once I figured it out it was fine. Being able to get this level of service at this cost is remarkable. For someone like myself trying to start a small business, it was invaluable.

I can't register as a seller, all goes well until the app just doesn't want to send me a verification by sms. I fill my phone number but the buttons to send a verification won't work. Also at some point of the registration as a seller I could see only half of the screen, the rest was just outside of the screen. So bottom note: can't register and can't see what's written cause the screens are badly fitted to the phone.

Guys the app is great but here's something you should fix. Whenever a message popups up on the inbox the app is supposed to send an instant notification. Which it fails to do routinely. You don't know how many clients i have lost because I didn't see there message. You need to fix this

They are not user friendly; for instance you're unable to access your account to make simple changes like to update an email . . . you have to weed through layers and jump through hoops to access account information initially created. I only wish the talent I'm working with was able to switch to a different platform.

I'm having very tough time with Fiverr app notifications system from the last few weeks. For example, A client sent a message and I opened it from the notifications and replied. Next time, when the same client sends a same message, notification shows the older message also that I have already opened and replied. And most often, I can't find out what is the new message and miss the important notifications. Please fix this irritating thing. Thanks

Very good for finding language lessons although you end up having to buy them in small batches. I would like "3x25 min Spanish lessons" to not be a separate order every single time because the fees add up quickly. Would be better if there was a way to do automated recurring payments.

Can't download my purchased work. Says to allow storage permission which is ALLOWED. I even cleared cache and data but NOPE. At least the version on the computer works. Oh, and a fee for tipping?? Are you serious? That's a good way to get people not to tip. A $5 tip for a $25 service that was already charged a service fee, should not end up being $7.28 because Fiverr wants to steal any and all money they can. You are risking good tips for people on here that offer their hard work. Not cool.

Delay in message showing. Sometimes it fails to recieve messages instantly. I have checked several times, most of the time it shows clients messages 12-15 minutes late. Never got a buyer request notification, though the app has an notification option for it. Please solve these problems immediately.

Fiverr is a great platform that has helped me out immensely as a freelancer. The app is super useful for staying in touch with new clients and receiving and sending updates to existing clients. My only suggestions for improvement would be to make it easier to handle withdrawals from the app.

Great experience, but there should be an automation that allows buyers and sellers to see if their message has been seen and read by either of the parties. The buyer request aspect should allow allow whether the buyer has seen the sent request. For easier mode of communication.

The service providers are great but the app could use some changes 1. Why must I pay VAT and service fee on tips. You says it's because of a loophole that could be exploited but TIPS come after accepting work. 2. Getting tired of sellers asking for my budget when they have set prices.

Great app. Great services offered. Very useful! Can be a little challenging to navigate, especially to see which supplier you're dealing with, if multiple suppliers offering similar services, but overall good!

Well organised, creative and hassle free to get in touch with your business requirements. And the support team are very constant in terms of any error. Would recommend it to others.

Whenever a client send new message or any activity to be done at order page, app doesn't give a notification that is costing me a lot in terms of low response time, bad impact to client about me etc. Kindly resolve this issue for positive and smooth working with clients. Thanks.

It's notification system is becoming totally useless. It doesn't show notifications. All notifications I receive are from Gmail. Also withdrawal option in app is not working. Whenever I click on it, it asks for desktop to withdraw for the first time. I made much withdrawal but it asks the same thing, for the first time you have to use desktop.

Very bad messaging service. I have been using fiverr mobile app for lamost 2 years. It shows message notification after 20-30 minutes have elapsed. I lost many deals due to this and also got my response rate down. Kindly take notice on this

I signed up and accidentally made my password my username. Then I went through searchable troubleshooting pages to try and resolve the problem by changing my email, clearing my cookies, and making a new account - like the instructions online. It failed even after I got a confirmation email. I can't delete the email address. I contacted support and two people copy and pasted the same Bad troubleshooting instructions 3 times. This site feels unsafe.

The app is good but there's one serious problem, the phone number verification doesn't work in any way and it doesn't let me make a seller account. I think u guys might wanna fix that quickly because after 4 or 5 tries it stops u from trying again. And I tried 4 times through sms and once through a call and all of them failed.. Give me a bit of help here pls.

I only had one bad experience off of Fiverr a long time ago dealing with content creation. Of course you get what you pay for too so watch out for the low level dealers, other than that if you're balling on a budget then this is the place to go for just about any kind of service. If you're trying to do something on the Internet whether it's marketing or advertising, I would highly recommend using Fiverr to build up your back office with lots of services.

Frustrating piece of garbage. If you can't make payments simple, maybe business isn't for you. Edit: they can't hold your money, they only work as a middle-man. Could explain that somewhere on the app, but it's nowhere to be seen. If you want to deposit money, simplest way is to ask someone to send you a bill, then it's easy to pay. But please mention that.

Fiverr is overall a fantastic app and I love what I can get from it, but the only thing I don't agree with is... why do they try to get me to tip every person twice??? I pay $80 for a drawing to be made, tip $20 and then they want me to tip them again after they ask me to do the secret survey on the seller. But I ALREADY tipped. And don't get me started on more expensive orders...

Wonderful platform and excellent app. The dashboard shows me my order updates, milestones. The frequently tapping taps like orders, messages, earnings etc are easy to navigate. I love how quickly I can download and upload in this platform. Every thing is excellent about this app.
