Every day I get spam push notifications from the same restaurant over and over again even after disabling the push notifications inside the app. Because of this I have to get rid of this app. Not many businesses even use it, so no loss for me. Five stars should penalize restaurants from abusing this.
Reasoning two stars Ive had this number over a year now, the person before me with this number I've gotten same apps, accounts,with as well Was told can't update my info,wit same number, cause she's has account w, same number I told them that's not right, tht person no longer has my number, but I've got rewards, points needed to add to my only number, even tho we can't take her name off I've got a note stating this is ur number, Not one on file so ur able to receive ur points. Truly Disappointed
I like this app... BUT... there is a current bug which causes the right half of all text to not appear. Here's an example: The phrase "Click here to save" appears as "Click here t ". This glitch needs to be fixed. I like the idea behind the app: connect communities with the small businesses in them. But this app is unusable in its current form. I'm happy to revise my review when the problem is fixed.
App sends notifications about deals that, when i click on, just brings me to a map of my area that says, "that's all in your area". So, i never get to see what the "offer" is. I then zoom out and search a wider area, find a business, click on it, and the page just tries to refresh, but never shows my rewards. Only way the program is useable is at the checkout. I'd like the app to be usable, but right now it's just taking up space.
This used to be such a good app. Idea/concept was there. Various businesses participate and you earn points and coupons for being a loyal customer. However, ever since the new update...points won't load, you can only view coupons of places on the map in the area. Notifications don't work. When you open a deal it disappears and takes you back to the map. App is only good at checkout but you're unable to view prior and only know at the time of checkout If maybe you have points or a coupon deal.
The app doesn't even work when you click on the push notifcations. Its just a white screen. And even then, it doesn't list any of the sales for each business (w/ details) like before. There's no way to see the deal after you dismiss or click on the notification - it's not in the app. I didn't think the app could get any worse after y'all tried to simplify it but all the busniesses Ive used in the past have vanished from my interface and now I can't see my points. The app is useless now.
I signed up to access rewards for our local movie theater almost 2 years ago. I used to be able to find my information with no problem! NOW, it either takes a long time or won't bring my reward stats up. Plus, I had to struggle to find what I was looking for to get to the rewards page. I MUCH prefer the older version!!
I dont understand what happened the app was great. I recieved rewards and offers and i was able to use them. I was able to check my points. I had stuff in my wallet. Now everything is redacted I cant see or look at anything. Cant add any new business offers to wallet. It has been this way for months. If you cant do an update fast enough to fix the problem maybe just go back to the version people can actually use your app again. I was a great app before someone messed it up.
It's good, but now I have to give the app a lower rating because the update screwed up everything and I keep receiving notifications that I can never view. The notifications keep adding up and I can't get rid of them. I've tried everything but the little red number just keeps adding them. Even when I turned off the notifications they're still there; annoying. The update makes it so I can't see any of my points. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but the problems still remain.
Love this app.....especially when I first got it. It would have 5 stars but I only gave it 4 stars because it only shows your rewards saved when you are near the business. I had birthday rewards but couldn't see what it was or access them until I was near that business. Currently, I have no idea which rewards are saved so there should be a way to access all of your rewards without actually being located near that business. It's a great app with great businesses with great rewards. Need to update
The app is very convenient to use (enter phone number at device at merchant terminals and get points). However cant say the same about the content of the app itself. Since the last month they have started offering promotions without explaining the qualification criteria. For example, today morning I got a notification that tells me I have a "Perk Up Your Morning" and a "Healthy Lunch Day" promotion that expires today. The app does not tell me what I need to do, and when, to qualify. Furthermore, there is no way to see your points balance history or even a notification of how many points you earned after making a transaction (have been getting a blank notification that just opens the app when clicked).
I love the idea of this & when it chooses to work I'm fine with the app. However, the last several months it will not load for me. It tells me that one of my stores has a reward for me in my notifications. I click it, opens app, & then never loads. If I refresh it says nothing is in my wallet. I also have never gotten the search for stores nearby function to actually work. I really want to use this app but this is very disappointing.
Neat idea for businesses to be able to push sales, but much left to be desired as a customer using the app. You can't see previous purchases nor can you order thru the app. You need to tell the cashier you have a coupon (and it takes like 10 minutes before the coupon disappears after order is placed) and points for that order never showed up... I can't even find a support button to put in a claim
UI is out of order. You cannot see rewards offers as it is blurred out. The landing page also is an error page so I have to click map to see the offers. The Android dev team doesn't really care nor want to really fix it. It's been like this over a year and you can see fr other negative reviews. I went extra and emailed the team and they never fixed but just keep asking what model of phone I have. It's the problem on every android phone.
i go to alot of consignment & 2nd hand stores & by far this store has been the most cleanest & organized store that i have been to. The employees that were working at the time i was there were so helpful & answered all my questions. this store was & is Top Notch. ill be spreading good word about this store to everyone. 5 stars here.
My bf still has the previous version on his phone that allows him to see and claim special offers. The latest update removed that feature, and when he tries to 'share' the offers with me, I can't see them. The program is great but not really used by many businesses in my area (Omaha). I'd love to see it expand, and see the app go back to something that steered me towards new businesses with special offers.
The app has been buggy for a while with no signs of getting better. Even though there are places in my area that use Fivestars and I do get reward notifications, when I open the app, the map is empty, the search gives zero results, and I have no way to access my rewards. I've been seeing the same complaints for a while from different reviewers.

The one business i use it for has disappeared as an option on the app even though when i shop there i use five star on their terminal and get rewards that way. Frustrating to not be able to see any of it in the app though. Also the app just freezes on "your wallet is empty" and you have to force close and restart. Horrible app. Great concept. Terrible execution.
Horrible app. When I click on businesses, my loyalty rewards does not appear (just keeps loading forever) so I don't know how many points I have nor can I see any of my offers/deals. If I'm able to save an offer through the app, it does not prompt at the register of the business I'm visiting! Very frustrating for both the customers and the businesses.
When I get a push notification that ive gotten a reward and click it it's just a blank screen. EVERYTIME. I reported this back in April when I had the galaxy s9. Now I have the 10s and same thing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works. I'd given it two stars but due to the issue STILL being a problem and half the time the rewards not going on properly, changing to 1. A freaking physical stamp card is better than this app.
The app is buggy. I can't login since April. I've been sending email back and forth with their tech support team. They asked me to uninstall/install app 3 times. It just doesn't work.
