FIX | Music Rewards

Was a great app, stopped working now. You could get merch from artist's for free, it would take a bit to build up enough points but it was worth it. I had the app for a short time but it was great I redeemed two albums completely free. As of the beginning of 2020 the warehouse was "backed up" and they stoped shipping orders, they sent out a notice saying that they were backed up and would start accepting and shipping orders soon but they never did. Now the loading screen is all you get to see.

04/26/2020 I love this app but with my new phone, it just will never load. It sits on the opening screen forever and never moves past. Have had it on that screen for at least 10 minutes. Super sad I can't get points and rewards :( would like it better if the "name that tune" was actually artists I listen to and not just random bands. And yes, I'm connected to spotify

I used to like this app, but now with all it's restrictions to non-premium members it's hard to see the point in it. I was able to redeem one reward, completely free with all my points, a few months ago and I was really happy. But now that I have enough points again, I realized that now you have to pay for shipping (unless you get premium). Even more so, I can't even pay that shipping because the app declines my card for some reason.

I've had this app for close to half a year now and it's progressively getting worse and worse. You used to be able to order whatever you liked, then they changed it so you needed premium for half the items or artists. Then they rolled out paying for shipping, and the newest update is apparently you dont get items for points anymore- your points become discounts. Its been close to a month and a half and I still haven't recieved the item I ordered. Dont bother with it.

Earned points over a lengthy period. Checked in every day. Redeemed my points for a vinyl of the album Wonderful Wonderful. Paid the shipping and handling fees. After waiting for 4 weeks, I was notified that my order was canceled. I didn't get my point back, my money, nor the album. Cannot recommend that you don't waste your time with this app enough.

Honestly one of the coolest ideas for an app in years. Rewards you just for listening to music through all the big streaming apps, but also shows your ranking globally for each artist; it is surprisingly fun to try and climb the ranks of your favorite artists. The one big thing I'd like to see integrated in a future update is to see your friend's rankings too! I want to compete with all my friends for number one fan status. Also point rewarda for referring friends would be cool!

I downloaded this app months ago and was ecstatic to see the rewards I could recieve solely for listening to music from my favorite artists. Since getting my points into the 2000s where I would be able to get shirts etc the items have become a premium feature only. It is only a $2.00 commitment but the app entails that the items would be free which ultimately they are not because you have to pay monthly for the premium features. Only available options without the premium feature are now CDs.

It's a great concept, but poorly executed. The app barely works, and when I'm not stuck on the title page, it moves incredibly slow. Very few bands and artists have any available merch, and most of it is CDs or vinyls. I really want it to work, but all orders have been halted with no end in sight.

I have had this app since it was released. When it first came out the app had free shipping on a limited selection of items. In a recent update you had all the benefits of premium if you were top 10 of an artists listeners, this included free shipping and no tax on rewards for that artist. in the most recent update you no longer get these benefits no matter what position you are in. Im currently dissatisfied with my experience on this app. If the system switches back I will be more satisfied.

Great app at first! I got 1000 points within a week or 2, this was before they changed point limits. I've used this app for a while and have gotten multiple things. It's definitely worth it if you're a collector of vinyls/CDs or even want to buy a tshirt or other clothing items for yourself or a friend.The system seems very reasonable with how much things cost and points are very easy to get if you listen to spotify all the time. The CD disk was also in very good quality when I obtained it.

I've had some technical issues and fan points sometimes take days to catch up and update. I went to claim first reward and then discovered they only ship to Canada and US. This should be made extremely clear as there's an option to pay for premium services and boosts - a waste of money currently for anyone outside of America. I'm keeping the app in case rewards become available eventually, but my experience has been disappointing to say the least.

EDIT: they been down for days, what am I paying for They were very helpful with getting my order to me after leaving my review. I received my vinyl! but then I ordered again only to find they've disabled their rewards feature to improve it. which is great! but it's been weeks now, maybe over a month and its still down. what am I paying a subscription fee for at this point? tempted to cancel. it's an awesome app in theory, just doesn't seem like they have it up to functioning standards

Previously had this app rated 5 stars for it was honestly the best music app I had downloaded. Since the update, the only rewards you can claim are records, cd's, and cassette tapes. For any other rewards, you now have to pay for FIX Premium. It's not that bad considering it's all still free and other rewards are available when placed in the top charts. All in all, it's still amazing. Well-needed app for the music community.

So I'm one of those rare people who has Apple Music on my Android phone, and it won't give me the option to connect to it. Totally useless since I'm not going to switch to a different streaming service when it's taken me years to build up my playlists. Would have been nice, but not worth throwing away all that time. If they update so I can connect to my music app, then maybe the review will change.

Started as a great app but as their popularity grew they changed their point structure which meant it took longer to earn enough points for a redemption. Then they added a membership option that while voluntary, excluded you from certain items for redemption if you aren't a member..even if you had enough points for said item. Even after being a paid member and spending extra money on point boosters they have sent me the wrong item twice and took over a month to reply to emails. I don't recommend

I had ordered two things in November and i was very excited to receive them. I knew it was going to take a while to receive them but i didn't mind. Well i get on the app today and my orders were cancelled. They don't even offer the items that i had ordered anymore so i can't reorder. I paid for a subscription so i could get a better deal and now that's all null in void because they cancelled my order. Now they cancelled ordering altogether until they figure out the process. I'm not very happy!

This app used to be really cool, but unfortunately it has gone downhill. Shortly after I downloaded it they started a premium system, it took away some privileges from free members. I redeemed a reward back in November, after waiting for it for over 2 months it was abruptly canceled, I went to redeem something else and was told I'd have to pay shipping if i wasn't a premium member. It sucks, cause I got a few cool rewards from this app, but it seems its original purpose and goal has been lost.

You don't even get to listen to the whole entire song and you can only redeem your points to concert tickets, donations, cds, and shirts. I know this may seem good, but this wasn't what I was looking for at all. Also, they don't show all the songs from the artist, only the top ones. There was literally only one song from one artist. Worst part is, they don't even respond to all the problems everyone has on this app, so there is no point in having it anymore 🤷‍♀️

To be honest, I was not expecting this app to actually work, but ive been using it for 2 ish months and just ordered my first reward last night! Its super easy to set up, and then all you have to do is listen to your music! You dont build up points super fast, but free stuff is free stuff, I love it!

This app worked great for three reward redemptions. I haven't been able to open the app for more than a month. It sits on the opening screen but never actually opens the app. I have contacted support several times and gotten no response. If the issue is fixed, I'll change my rating. Until then, this app is absolutely useless.

I had a previous issue which was never acknowledged by their support. I lost all hope but eventually they corrected the issue. I only wish communication was better. The app is evolving and is creating new ways to earn and even starting apply discounts to certain items.

This is beyond pointless now, they used to give you up to 20 points for signing in, with no warning or heads up they dropped it to 7 points max and took off almost ALL the rewards. There is nothing to even spend points on anymore. Also you used to be able to buy things with your creditcard & use points as a discount, that option is no longer offered, now as of 1/24 they canceled all of my "processing" orders. They did refund my points but unless they get it figured out this may be a dead app.

I really enjoy the experience and satisfaction of getting rewards for listening to music. I have received two rewards thus far and while they took a decent but of time to ship, I can't complain much. The only thing I hope that changes is the app being buggy and rewards being limited or removed at certain times. The app used to have a decent amount of brittany howard rewards but not only has one vinyl record.

IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET POINTS. I have had this app since January and I have gotten half the amount of points needed to win any prize. I would have been able to have gotten one by now, but they doubled the price of everything a while ago. Now they have an option for 'Fix Rewards Premium' and I don't stand a chance. I give up. You win. You have wasted my time.

if you don't open the app for a few hours you get spammed with notifications every 2 minutes. I woke up from a nap to 24 notifications from this app alone. keeping my screen on, making my phone overheat. in the process of writing this review, I received 4 notifications. I will be uninstalling until the issue is fixed. the rewards are not worth battery bloat or a screen burnin.

I had ordered quite a bit of merch last year and had enough points to order more at the beginning of the year, but as other people have said, they said they were backed up then the app stopped working entirely. Stuck on the loading screen. I've attempted contact through social media and have heard nothing. Fix is dead.

I got this app a long time ago before the subscription model. Overtime more and more paywalls have been put up to force subscriptions. Points have gotten harder to earn and rewards cost more. It has gotten to the point where everything other than some vinyls are no longer redeemable without a paid subscription. App is no longer worth the effort.

Honestly super excited at first! An app that lets me earn points for merch by just listening to music?! Awesome! Wrong. It was great when i started free and everything. But it's gone down hill. I got the membership thinking what the heck its only 2 bucks. Well i tried to redeem an item two months ago, i still havent received it. Ive contacted support multiple times and no reply. Its annoying because i didnt purchase the product because i could get it here. Super disappointed...

Doesn't register my streaming. Was working with customer service to help me rectify this, and never heard from the rep again. None of my Spotify streaming history shows so I can't gain any points. I would have thousands of points by now but because of this issue I have just over 200. Sadly disappointed. Sure, I was granted a free month of premium but what good does it do if no streaming history is available?! Update: emailed customer service for the second time and got NO response.

This app is no longer being supported by the developers. You guys can all delete it. I had the app for almost a year and redeemed 2 rewards. Never had an issue there and everything was great. Earned over 14k points and had over 6k saved up bc they were changing warehouses or whatever. They should just remove this from the app stores and save us the trouble smh.
