FIXD - Vehicle Health Monitor

My experience so far has been good. This FIXD Sensor diagnosed the issue with my car and the FIXD Mechanics were able to explain the issue in lament terms, he was patient and answered every question I had. I plan to purchase more sensors for my family and friends. Lastly, the FIXD App is clear, accurate, concise and very easy to use.

I used Automatic before but it went out of business. Read about FIXD that it works with every adapters. Bought it for that reason. It did not work with Automatic module. FIXD is very limited features comparing with Automatic. Only feature I use is checking error codes. Not recommending.

This device does not support my North American built vehicle. Basically I can't use it. I emailed their support. Let's see if they can fix this issue. Do not sign up for the premium support option until you try out the device first!

Love this device. I bought it because I had a recurring engine light coming on, and got tired of having to run to the auto zone to make sure it's the same minor issue. When it arrived I installed it right away and fired up the app. Not only did it tell me it was the same minor engine issue but it gave me the option to turn off the light. It has many other features. I highly recommend fixd, high-quality product for an inexpensive price that will save you big when that major light comes on.

I bought a sensor and downloaded the app. Sure enough, it works like a charm. It does scan codes and clears them, the basics of an OBD II. Even the maintenance intervals page is really awesome to keep on top of somethings. The only thing is that the app is quite basic and cannot do the extensive things a good scan tool can do. However, the sensor is small and fits in my glove box, ready for use. The app needs a little more polishing, it bugs up at times, but otherwise, gets the job done.

I like it easy to use. Mine didn't connect it said it had an error or couldn't connect to the internet so I went in to setting and clicked the classic Bluetooth and then closed the app re opened and worked great! Great little computer

Only good for very basic things. I would spend more to get more. Hopefully they will add more fixes to the app. Does not read Air big issues, or Electronic power steering issues.

I dont want a damn subscription. As soon as I realized this was a pay monthly bill I got the hell away from it. I'm sick and tired of scammers trying to take my money anyway they can. I bought my.own scanner and have no monthly cost. Screw this app and the owner. Couldn't uninstall this scam app fast enough.

Bought 2 fixd as a gift, buyer before anything if u get the trial cancel asap if your not getting the membership. Two don't forget about canceling membership your not using they continue to bill you. It is a yearly membership so with covid i totally forgot about it.. I just got the charge it updated. I called to cancel and request a refund for 69.99. Beware they refused and I am stuck with the yearly subscription. Its been 2 years I been giving 69.99 to fixd without using the service.

When I first got fixd I thought it would be a great idea for my car but it's not what I expected. It cost to buy the item then they want you to spend more money to really get the good use out of it. I won't spend no more money to get a subscription because it's just not worth it. Waste of my money. It's a scam just like all the rest of items they make it sound so good but there is always a catch. Don't get sucked in.

It's extremely annoying extremely annoying that all I want you to do is upgrade and pay for premium services and upgrade and upgrade and pay for premium services. I cannot express how annoying this product is to use!!! I think if you were paying $1,000 a minute they would probably want you to upgrade to a further premium level!

2 Year update: So it appears the developers have abandond the app. They havent updated any features or listed newer cars. Still stuck to the very narcissistic "American Only" mode with no option to change countries or switch to metric units.

I've had mine for probably 4 to 5 years and on 5 different vehicles. You couldn't ask for a more straight forward and simple diagnostic tool. Easy everytime and you can clear minor codes with the push of a button without going to a parts store or garage for a scan. Great product

This app is nothing more than an ad fest. It tries to upsell you on an annual BS that you will never need to use. The app will freeze in the middle of reading codes, forcing you to restart, and the code reading process is slow than a Miata going uphill. The only good news here was that I got my unit for free only, but no thanks. When it's free, it is garbage. My advice to people is to just save up and buy a decent code reader.

It's been a good help tool to have. Is very accurate and on point with the diagnosis. And it does just about the same thing as the expensive scan tools do.

Not impressed at all. I plugged in and did a scan. All it told me was there were no problems detected. I checked further into the app and it does do a live reading, but only for speed, O² voltage, engine load, and RPM. I have guages that already tell me 2 or those, engine load is useless, and the O² sensor is the only one I care about that it shows. There's no live readings for fuel level, for MAF sensor, throttle body percentage, and many other sensors are missing that cheap code readers find.

App keeps crashing after opening when trying to scan or do anything it used to work great and then the most recent update I believe messed it all up very disappointed can't even use my sensor at all or my premium benefits

**Issue seems to be solved with a recent update, so I'll give them credit and add stars.** Live data page only launches once per install, then it stops responding to taps to launch, but all other pages work. Rebooting phone does not resolve the issue, nor does force closing the app. Clearing data does however resolve the issue for one use after re-setting everything up. Frustrating to have this happen, then have the app pop up and prompt me to buy the exceedingly expensive yearly subscription.

Fixd finds pretty much what's going on with your car. It shows you images and gives pertinent information to help you. Etc. It cannot tell you if you have something like head gasket problem. Overall, I love it.

As a single woman this app has been priceless. Whenever the scanned the text a problem, and I'd take it to my mechanic the app has always been correct. I wouldn't be without it.

DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PAYMENT INFO. Their free version gives minimal diagnostic information while telling you that the $70 version will provide more diagnostic details. If you make the mistake of purchasing that, you will be charged for the renewal even if you unsubscribe from their service. They have a 1 star rating on the BBB because of shady issues like this.

I just got it and installed it into my car, I also got a free trial of premium, and let me just say, this is by far the best investment I've ever made! There's so much information and I will not be walking into any car issue scenario confused again!

Recieved in the mail 5min ago .. downloaded the app, hooked up the sensor and I know instantly that my check engine light is caused by the thermostat, that it's a minor repair and shouldn't cause harm to drive the car. Code is now clear. 5 min .. from start to finish. Brilliant.

Should not have to pay for extra features and have the app constantly ermine you by design how much cooler things would be if you upgraded to premium. 🤢 This app and device are functional and helpful. Slightly annoying. I will never upgrade to premium the added features are not all that. I just wished the app was tailored to the level of use or need. No useless buttons for the features you'll never buy.

Setup was easy. After inputting vehicle info it recognized it, scanned and found no errors. Annual cost for subscription is fair.

I've been trying to cancel this dang ridiculously expensive subscription but it's set up to reject whatever you enter! I know what my email address is yet I keep getting a kickback that it doesn't exist, therefor I can't cancel! Filing claim with Bank. Autozone is FREE and they allow you to take their professional scanner, scan your car, then bring it back for a print-out

I just found this to be an amazing device....when i went to the auto store to have them put their device on my car to get a reading the code are exactly the same.....i didn't think this little device would be accurate but it was. I recommend this device to anyone who owns a vehicle....I love mines!

Everyone needs to get FIXD, unless you like shelling out allot of money just to find out what's wrong with your vehicle! FIXED hadn't failed me yet on what's wrong with my vehicles. If you don't understand what the problem is it will give you a description off the problem. FIXD it's awesome!

Good OBD2 app to read and clear codes. Did not try the premium/ads. But works as designed, I have a better one. But the app layout is really good, storing issues great. But over all good value.
