Fixlaundry Service Request

It doesn't work at all. I just downloaded and opened it only to be greeted by a "Network not found" message that won't go away. I have tried everything from changing between wifi and 4g, force stopping and restarting, and even re-installing the app. NOTHING.

Upon opening the app I receive a notification saying that no network is detected despite being connected to my houses wifi while browsing the internet. Also I have full bars on my cell service. Because of this the app is completely unusable !

Okay app. Terrible business with poorly maintained machines and even worse customer service. Seriously, don't use their machines. Too many problems and reporting issues does nothing. I've reported problems with the machines with both this app and their website. Problems seem to go through yet I've never recieved contact back from the company after reporting issues. I called, but abrasive rep on their phone system told me I could only get a refund for an issue I was having today. Unhelpful!

Just uninstalled. I am glad SJSU got rid of this company. First off this app is garbage. No punctuation accepted for explaining the problem so everything is a run-on sentence. No email or text confirmation on status. Second, they don't even come out most of the time. Support never answers the phone. Honestly this company is trash. I really don't know how this company still exists with all of the problems they have from constant broken machines to buggy apps.

Best feature is the barcode scanner. It saves time. Another reviewer mentioned that it doesn't allow punctuation in the notes section, which is true.

this app has a lot of bugs. Home page, nor menu launch thus not allowing you to scan a barcode on the laundry item. Please fix asap. Also, it continues to have a no network popup.

This app was working until now. I didnt have any issues until recently and I see I am not the only one. Before the issue, I would submit a request and the tech was out here in a timely manner. Now with the internet connection error, I am putting request in on their website and its taking too long to get a tech out here. Please fix asap!

The app says it needs wifi to open. But when I use wifi instead of data it still won't open. It won't let issues be reported through the website, only the app which won't open.

The app worked one time, then after that I always got "network not found, check your internet connection". I even deleted the app then reinstalled it and it still didn't work.

It's ridiculous to download an app to replace a web form and the location system doesn't work. make things harder by making them "easier".

Can't even get into the app. Says no internet even though there is! We deal with this company on multiple properties. They've really gone downhill. Takes literally weeks to get machines fixed and they can't even tell me what they fixed when they were there. Horrible to deal with

Now that I have it installed on two devices that it wont open on, I read other reviews and see that the odds of getting my $15.00 refund reimbursed for a laundry card that suddenly quit reading are HIGHLY unlikely no matter how many times I request it I am more than unhappy. Pending a phone call to the company in the mornng; I looks like I may be on the phone with the Better Business Bureau in tbe morning as well.

Fix internet connection How am I suppose to use if it never connects to the internet? Doesnt matter if I'm connected to wifi or my cellular network, still doesnt work. Seems like im not the only one with this issue.

Please Check Your Internet Connection. That's what the app says when you open it and I will say "Please Check Your app Connection" it doesn't work anymore. Dude there are a lot of machine that are broken now it needs help to be fix. Where do I report it?

Says no internet on my phone but I absolutely do to leave this review. Tried calling but no one picked up downloaded this app. They clearly don't want to fix their machines.

App keeps crashing even after reinstalling it. FAIL! 🤬 They never fix anything that you report anyways. I'm sure this company is going to go bankrupt soon, landlords please don't use them, they are terrible and never fix anything you report.

Totally useless like the company behind it. Crashes every time I try to use it. Notifications to the company go unanswered. Dont use.

Terrible, won't let me change the location, keeps pulling up address on the other side of the Country. Useless.

App close every time problem is reported, before submitting problem. Probably just a scam to keep you off the phone with them.

Worst app ever I used, after instal it is showing check your internet.I wants to report an issue with machine , this app not helps. I would like to give negative stars.

wash and dry $3.25 per load I expect better service it's freaking expensive four and a half years I have lived here the same three washers and two dryers are always broken and never repaired and now an app that doesn't even work terrible service

This app worked up to 2020. Now it shows no network connection. Thats wrong. Pls fix. Thanks

Repeatedly crashed. Incorrect database of locators tied to QRF codes. Without a doubt, the worst app I have personally installed.

This app has crashed whenever I've tried to use it. I like the idea behind it, but this needs work.

The WASH site says this app is to add payments to cards. It's only to report broken machines and they're always broken.

Funny how they have no problem posting the IP on their site to prevent fraud, but they don't encryption it as well. Seems more like their the frauds!

I wanted to use this app to report machine NV es and vent problems and it won't connect to my network.

Won't work for my Android phone crashes everytime I open it.
