FKCB Mobile Banking App

It won't open. This is terrible. Fix it Has not opened since March 15 when I tried to update

I have had this app on 2 different Android phones with no problems. Until about a week ago, it just quit. It won't even open. Uninstalled it. Restarted my phone and re-installed. Still won't open. Really frustrated here.

App was fine until September, now I can't login or even get a instant balance check. After a conversation with the bank, I'm allowed in my account, however the app still tells me I don't have the latest version (which I do) or check my internet connection. An IT person needs to address this issue, or just discontinue the app.

App will not load keeps freezing up

App is good when it wants to work. App likes to freeze at the most inconvenient times. Consistency as if it knows you need to see what's in your acct. Nothing from home screen will work at times. Cant login or use instant balance. Other than that app is great.

It is perfect, you don't have to keep a checking book, you dont have to to go to the bank to check your balances, or transfer money from one account to another. Granite, sometimes the website shuts down from time to time. But otherwise perfect.

It's easy to use from the mobile device and does almost everything. I would have given it a 5, but I use other bank apps that allow transferring of funds to an account at a different bank and this doesn't.

Well I've had this app FOR a long time. Never had a problem until middle of March. Will not open. Updated phone. Talked TO customer service bank AND service provider. Bank tells ME I NEED a new phone. Is a Samsung S7 REALLY THAT old??? I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH ANY OTHER APPS. ONLY FKCB.

app works great for 90 percent of what you need to do. only down side is making extra principal payments cannot be done through the app and i still have to break out the laptop a few times a month.

I have not been able to open this app for days, since i get the message to update! I have tried unistalling and reinstalling. What happened? Its driving me nuts

App won't open, and nothing appears to be happening to correct the problem. I removed the app and reinstalled it - still doesn't work. Unfortunate.

So far the ap is pretty helpful, still new to using it.

App worked well until a month ago. Now crashes before it can open. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I have given up.

Used to be a great App but now it crashes before it even opens. And why in the world would you need to see our contacts?

Crashes EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I try to turn on fingerprint login since most recent update. I've cleared app data and app cache. No luck.

i love the banking app! the only reason i am giving 4 stars is bc of the frequent inability to get on/log in. i love that i can use the mobile deposit feature (fyi checks <$1500 are not accepted) since the bank is 40 minutes away from home/work.

Very convenient to do my banking anywhere. I love the mobile deposit feature. I love having access to my account any time of the day. The app works great!

I just opened the account with first keystone bank, and this app is complete junk, i doesn't even have the option to register, without registration how i can log in? There is no way.

Love this bank, my only complications I have is that I live almost 5 hours away and when I have difficult issue handling things over the phone is rough. But other than that this bank is fantastic!

App won't work, everytime I try and open the app I get a white screen and then I get taken back to my home screen. Need a answer on how to fix this problem please

App needs to be updated. Internal system at FKCB needs to be updated. App work but often doesnt show the right info and will change dates of transactions.

App is great when it works. Today's the first day I've been able to transfer money between two internal accounts in 4 months.

It's a terrible banking app constant error messages logs me out all the time sometimes downright refuses to let me log in or nothing on screen will function

Simple to use.

Can't open Uninstaller then reinstall,give permission don't matter wont open.

Easy to use. Can check balance any time anyplace. Give it a big thumbs up!

great app i can look at all my accounts add checks and never have a problem and its easy to change password when needed

It is a fast and great way to manage my account, the only problem is the set up process is long
