The Florida WIC Mobile App will give WIC participants the opportunity to view upcoming appointments, view food benefits that have been issued to them in the clinic, scan UPCs while shopping at the store to see if the UPC is a WIC Approved item or not, and provide information on locations of WIC Stores and WIC Clinics across the State of Florida.
The goal of the Florida WIC Mobile App is to give participants all the information they need at their fingertips to make their shopping experience fun and easy.
To register to use the Florida WIC Mobile App, you must be a WIC participant and have been issued an eWIC card.

Does not work with Android Moto g styl. The app does not open at all. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and it does not work.
I understood the app reinstalled it back in and it's still giving me problems and it seems like you haven't answered nobody else's problems about what's wrong with this WIC app I'm having a hard time trying to get in it and I refuse to call the card
I can't even begin to use the app because it won't actually send me a verification code. I was hoping all the other reviews on here were wrong, evidently not. Very disappointing.
This app is pretty useful especially for first time users to WIC. It took me a few trips to the grocery store to finally get the full use. You can scan bar codes to see if an item is accepted, it also has pictures of items that are allowed. Appointments and address are also in the app once you create your account which took less than 5 mins!.
Fantastic app to keep you from going to the checkout feeling like an idiot with your wrong items. Helps clear up any confusion by scanning barcode to see if it is on the accepted list. Sure beats having to keep up and bring those little brochures in with you every time you go shopping that keeps you scratching your head
This app crashes constantly. Even though my log in is saved it tells me the credentials are invalid. When I try to reset password it says the email is invalid but when I try making a new account it says the email already exists. Deleted and re-download the app and now it won't do anything without me verifying my email with a code that it won't send so I'm locked out of my account. If I could give this less then one star I would. Fix this now please
I have had different issues with this app it doesnt always focus the barcodes and for the longest time I never had an issue logging in or out now all of a sudden none of my emails or passwords work i dont know what to do when i call the number it goes straight to the people at the health dept and they dont know what to do. What am I to do it is so convenient to just be able to look things up but I had to go back to the old app just to find my balance but it's not showing any future benefits.
This app is very up and down. At times is works... Other times is doesn't let you log in. Also, a save email and password option would be cool. Maybe a fingerprint sign in would be great. The app is very outdated as well. It could use major improvements.
Everything is good with the app except the barcode scanner. The barcode scanner seems to never want to work right. It doesn't focus in on the barcodes with the lighting in the grocery stores.
App does not tell you what degree of WIC benefits you receive. Does not hold any of the information that persons account should like what office your set to go to or what your specific account will pay for. The only way you can actually see what WIC will pay for before check out is by scanning the bar code on all the different items on the self. The list given in this app is next to useless while you are pregnant because it is so confusing and not specific enough.
App works great for me! Ive seen alooot of bad reviews that it crashes and doesnt let you log in but i havent had any issues! (i have an LG phone, google processor maybe thats why?) i really like that it shows you when and where your future appts are, very helpful. Ill keep my WIC Shopper just incase though 😝
Registered easily but the authorized user D.O.B. having to go back month by month sucked, having to hit back button over 450 times 😡(why not allow to enter using numbers🤷♀️)...scanning product doesn't work...so only thing I see app good for is to look up next appointment (only reason I gave 2 star) I suggest if you have wic shopper keep it, it still scans and tells balances
Having this app is a game changer for using WIC services. It's a bit slow, but soooo worth it. Especially, that you can scan an item to see if it is covered.
Wouldn't even give this app one star but you have to, to leave a review.😐 All it does is say I gave invalid information although I'm putting everything in correctly. Bummer. but the WICShopper app works AMAZING. Never had a problem with it!
constantly crashes, will not scan any barcode and always makes you log in every time it crashes. I highly dislike this app. the wic shopper app is so much better.
Will not let me sign in. I tried changing password and it says password and email do not match. When I try to sign in through my Google account it just closes the app and I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app as well as trying to register again. VERY frustrating
Very helpful, easy way to track my monthly benefits. As a foster parent, I have multiple kids with WIC benefits and they are difficult to keep track of, so the app really helps with planning and shopping
Trying to register and it says im entering invalid Wic info but everything is perfect. Even went to my local wic clinic and verified all my information matched their system (and ofcourse it did) So last attempt, i got a new card.... SUPRISE SUPRISE still cant register. Booooo. Depo of Florida has too much money to have such a horrible app.. Super disappointed.
App keeps crashing after I reloaded my card. Tried refreshing the app and even tried uninstalling then installing it but no good. Used to work perfectly fine. Now I can't even get passed the loading screen.
Excellent app very convenient when in store u don't have to call to check your balance just go in app it already has my information saved so it logs me right in and my benefits pop up. Never had any issues with it.
DO NOT GET THIS APP. Not very helpful at all. This app is to slow and its always logs me out and the app always closes due to app not responding. WicShopper is so much better and faster , never had a problem. WHO EVER MADE THIS WIC APP NEEDS TO BE FIRED.
Just now installed. Have not used the app in the field yet. During the registration process entering the birthdate of the authorized user was very tedious. Had to tap back from today forty-six years... one month at a time!
I downloaded it on Monday, and it worked well for a few hours until it started crashing. Uninstalled it and re-installed it but it continues to crash.
Not able to log in. I have uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times and it keeps saying that my email and password does not match.
Cannot sign in. The only way to find out what I have left on my car is to call the number. This app application is not working at all! Needs a new update. Please somebody update
Every time I login it keeps freezing up.
The app sux, the idea is good, but its slow, it crashesh, scanner is outdated and freezes. The developer support sux too. Send an e-mail week ago. Nothing
Horrible I've tried every way possible to log in ,I have an appt today and yet to get into the app. Continues to say invalid info or invalid card number when I clearly have the WIC card in front of me .this app .has stressed me out as I've been trying forever to get in .
I uninstalled it quick!!! It keeps saying my info ia invalid when i did it a million times and double and triple checked it!!! It needs to be fixed i think it sounds ljke a great app but just DOSENT wlrm
Honestly this is one of the worst apps I've ever used. Anytime I try to sign in to check my balance it glitches and completely closes out on me. Anytime I try to reset the password it doesn't send the actual confirmation code for me.
