If I could give a negative review I would. Complete trash. I can't even get into the app. Trying to register and it just flashes for each email address I put in. No explanation on how to get a captcha. Even hitting the 'get' does nothing. This was a gift. Do not waste your money. I feel like I want my 15 min of life back trying to figure out how to even register.

Got a brandless "smart" (it really isn't) bracelet from my employer and though this app doesn't look too bad it's absolutely rubbish compared to my experience with competing applications. I didn't expect much from this level of hardware and my expectations were met. I missed any form of heart rate history and other useful historical health data to view any patterns, which is paramount to an app like this.

Cannot receive messages. I have tried looking on the fit and on the app and everything is turned on and the fit is synced to my phone but it will not give me messages or notifications of messages

I would definitely NOT recommend this product. The QR code kept downloading Chinese instructions even though English was selected and highlighted, The process of registration is difficult to see and even more difficult to use. Do not get this product if you have an Android phone. I have to select 1 star, but I would rate this product at negative 10.

I cannot register via email address. It will not show a "captcha" and when I try to use FB to register, it wants me to allow for "autostart". My Samsung S10e doesn't not have "autostart" in it's app permissions. Any advice?

This apps connect very solw,have to tried 2 to 3 times just connect,I already on data and Bluetooth it still said ask me to connect! Besides, the apps not accurate like sleep and blood pressure is stated not true! I really regretted to buy this watch band!

USELESS! After the shift in daylight saving time, the app will no longer open. And because you set everything through the app, it is now useless without the proper time (and won't count steps after a reset). It does have great battery life but that does not matter now. Would not recommended to anyone at this time.

Updated review April 2022: As usual with this app it stopped working out of the blue on April 3. Updated hoping that would solve problem but could NOT login after update due to no Captcha displayed. Good for keeping time only. If u bought smartwatch that uses this software promptly returned it as NOT worth the money! Extremely disappointed. Developers never respond & do NOT read reviews. Watch is utterly useless now as could have bought much cheaper watch with only time telling function. Beware!

It wont stop making this annoying noise for no reason. I have the device that this app was made with, and the device (which is a "smart watch" wont tell time with out being connected to a phone.

Just bought the watch and downloaded the app. App required to be set as on default startup. Will not allow it to do it. Without the app I cannot connect to the watch. I am running on a Samsung S10 phone.

I wish this would sync to Google Fit. However, I've read the problems in the comments. I can verify that they do happen (not that I needed to). So perhaps asking for that would be like squeezing a beet and hoping for orange juice. Basically it does work for me as long as I don't touch the weather feature. Can't really tell if it's accurate cuz I have no other tools to measure the results. I guess over all I'm disappointed because I see the potential it could have, but it just doesn't. The watch and app are basic in all senses of the word. I wasn't looking for the best of the best, but I was looking for a little above basic. If they do manage to fix the bugs I'll probably add a star. If they get it to sync with Google Fit, they'll get five stars and an update on this entire post.

I think its a great app, but I really just wanted it to tell me the weather, date, time, remind me of alarms, set a timer, read and receive messages, and be able to make a phone call or receive one. it's got lots of great additional features, but it is missing some of the key features I really need. I look forward to the next app upgrade, and I hope these features will be added. or maybe there could be a list in your app to choose the features the user actually needs. its a great little watch tho

This is my first Fitness watch, and I really like it. Especially the optional "Clock Face" time mode. But the only thing that I wish was different about it, which I don't seem to be able to find an adjustment for is, the amount of time that the screen stays illuminated - when looking at it. I'm slightly dyslexic, so I read slower anyway, but as there are more than one pieces of info to read on the face too, I wish that it would stay lit more than 2 seconds.

At first - no go. After a bit of trial and error I found that by swiping the first displayed page off to the side, two or three times, a page will appear with a working EULA checkbox, that once checked off, will allow the program and pages work. Yay. Now learning what the software is capable of. So far it connects fine automatically to the watch and updates /syncs the FlagFit records and charts displayed. The instructions are a little hard to understand. Will take a few days of use to get used to the functions and usefulness of the app and the durability of the smart-band. Later.

The app is working just great. It can sync with my device easily, the features are good. However, sometimes when I accidentally logged out, It's very difficult to re-login, even forgot password also difficult, not user friendly. Facebook login is not working at all. One more thing, it will be awesome if it can be synced with Google fit.

The most annoying loud music comes on..like what you would hear in a video game mostly when you are away from your phone irritating all who are within earshot. Have absolutely no idea how to stop it. Is become a nuisance at work especially when you are not at your desk..irritating my co-workers. Gone through EVERYTHING in the phone to see where it's coming from but have so far found nothing. Am disconnecting this app after this which means I can't use my new smart watch. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!

It won't let me register an account. I click on the GET Captcha and it starts counting down for 60 seconds waiting for my input, but it never displays a Captcha image with the code to input, so there is no way to proceed. The smart band is useless without the app. Many other reviewers have the same problem. Looking further, I found that the Get Captcha button is actually sending an email to the email address entered with a verification number (that went into my junk folder) and is located on a different computer. BAD INSTRUCTIONS!

I have not used the app, and I have already encountered difficulty -- I cannot register the app on my phone. The app wants my email address -- which for some reason it will not accept. I never WAS able to generate the 'CAPTCHA', but I could enter a password. It would be nice if I could actually USE the additional functions. Incidentally, I noticed that one can log in using Facebook. For various reason, I will NOT use Facebook, nor connect via that platform. I hope that FlagFit will be able to address this problem -- at which point I will be more than happy to revisit this review.

Had watch for about 1 month. It has worked on and off for the last 3 weeks. Won't connect to charge correctly, clock face constantly changes back to analog, and today won't count steps. Don't waste money on the watch App doesn't offer good problem shooting or explanation. Part of the reason is the awkwardly worded English.

I have my watch for one day and I can tell you I don't like it, it doesn't count steps correctly, the sleep option is inaccurate, the flip wrist to see the time doesn't work as quick as it should. But what do you expect from a cheap fitbit knockoff, watches and apps like these do need to do better if not they will be out of business soon enough.

Only downloaded 2days ago and already it's driving me crazy. App crashes frequently Messages come through in Chinese and it will not allow me to change to English. Hit and miss as to whether the watch lights up when I raise my hand and although set for the maximum of 15 secs it is less than 5 All notifications blocked but it still plays that annoying music with great frequency day and night even during do not disturb time and at full volume though I've turned all sound off.
