I was hesitant to download this app. My experience so far has been excellent. No problem with mobile deposits, everything I expected from a banking App.

No fingerprint login for Android like there is for iOS. What's the hold up? Also, now the app isn't working at all for me. Keeps prompting to update, I press update and it takes me to the play store - the only 2 options are uninstall or open. When I click on open it brings me back to the app and says update only to repeat the process. Super annoying. Doesn't do that on iOS.

Wow, I didn't think it was possible to hate something more than their website, but their app won't even let me log in! It keeps telling me the username and password is incorrect, but I go to the site and use the same UN/PW and it works. From the sounds of other reviews, I wouldn't be happy even if I *was* able to log in. Thanks a lot Chase, for selling my account to these baboons! I went from having a great app, with fingerprint login, to this piece of garbage! I may refinance my home just so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

When tried to access your app for the first time, it said it had an update. Tried to do the update, but was unable, it went to the uninstall or open screen, so tried to open and it repeated the there's an update, so tried to uninstall and reinstall, still saying there was an update, so I take it the app does not work, because you can never get in for there is an uninstallable update. I am not liking the change from Wells Fargo to Flagstar right now, if issues continue, may be changing banks in the near future.

Could use fingerprint authentication, like just about any other 2FA type of app. Also, cannot do mobile deposits. Support is aware but the devs don't care to fix the issue.

It is 3 minutes past 9 and your mobile app does not work. I don't need to do anything different with the app because it is up to date but continue to get the message that it needs updating. If my dad can't get on the site we're going to the bank! Oh and by the way I'm going to be switching to a different bank that'll provide 24 hour customer service and I hope to get a much smoother quicker transfer so I'm able to bank sooner. Former Wells Fargo customers who rely on mobile banking better consider banking through someplace else if you don't want the headache. I rely completely on it so having a non working app just won't do.

Can't use this app at all. It won't display a sign-in page because it wants you to update. So I updated and click "open" but I keep getting sent to the "please update" page, click "update" and taken back to Google Play. Going around and around. Very frustrating.

Prior to the recent changes, this App worked great. Unfortunately currently it is not working. However, I have a level of patience and am willing to use it until things get resolved. I know some people depend on this App quite often so Flagstar need to get it together. People, just be patient. All this complaining moves nothing faster. They are working really hard to get this fixed.

So your app is probably more of a 3 star honestly, but I'm leaving this as 5 because I feel bad that soo many people apparently didn't read their mail, and are now overwhelming you with phone calls... dragging out the whole process for the rest of us. 😒 Good luck with the upgrade... And BTW, you allow special characters on the site (encourage it in fact), but the app doesn't allow you to login with them... Please fix that when you can!

I know that, seeing that you're getting everything up and running, there's bound to be some errors. Though, I would expect some sort of public statement other than we're having some issue's. The app hasn't been up all day and I'm unable to get to the site's homepage. This is after being forced to change banks just because I happened to choose a Michigan college.

After years of the same issue, nothing has changed. Still have a good chance of not being logged in even with the right password and the app logs you out on its own accord. You can hit the log out button but more times then none it dosen't work properly.

Terrible conversion. This was intended to be a quick and painless transition. For those who have automated payments for bills DO NOT have patience when late fees accumulate from bills that were previously set up to withdraw at this time. Thank you Wells Fargo and Flagstar for showing us why we should do business with credit unions.

The app consistently tells me there's a new version yet I have the most up-to-date possible. I can't even get logged in to see how this app compares to the Wells Fargo app since WF sold off branches. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck in gaining actual access to the app and its features. So far I have to say this is one of the worst online banking experiences I've ever had and my hopes aren't set too high from this point forward.

Opening it an upgrade is offered that cannot be bypassed. You hit Upgrade, the only choice, it then shows the app installed and the Open button to open it. Rinse and repeat and round and round it goes. This app is now officially toast.

Ok til today. Keeps saying there is an update. I click on it and it takes me to the Play Store which only gives the option to uninstall or open the app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Still getting the update message. Can't go further. I honestly don't have time to physically go to the bank. FIX THIS! I lowered my rating from 4 stars to 1

I've installed the app. its telling me there is an updated version and I need to click on update. I do and it brings me to this page and my only option is to uninstall. I did. Then reinstalled, now its saying there's an updated version... it's an endless cycle. What I'm trying to say us app doesn't work.

When I log in online, no issues, when I attempt to log in using the app (same username & password of course) I get an error stating password has invalid characters. I can change my password I suppose, but would appreciate if you can look into this.

This app is terrible. IF it lets me log in it's very slow, an I cant see my account activity. I have no clue where money went or when it's coming in. Sometimes the app doesnt even open. I work at a restaurant register, and one time this guys card got denied. He opened his phone, and in less than 30 seconds transferred some money, and payed for his food. That is not possible with flagstar.

I agree that this change over has not been a successful one. Day 1 the chips on the cards wouldn't read. AND the app wont do anything. I find the website to be cluttered looking vs. Wells. I did 99% of my stuff on the app. So not having this app work is very disappointing. PLUS now when i call the branches no one answers and i got sent to an automated thing that hung up on me. I called 4 didn't branches TWICE!

Don't upgrade your phone!!!! It won't work with this app! Just upgraded top the LG V60 and when i install the Flagstar app from google play and try to log in it tells me to download Flagstar Mobile but then when i attempt to do so it says the app cannot be found. This app and the update worked fine on my lg v30 but this is super inconvient because the website is a pain to deal with on my phone. Very disappointed.

Flagstar has completely and totally failed. They acknowledge the app is totally broken, but you have to wait on hold for 20 minutes to find that out. They have no idea when it may work. I'm about to go close all of my accounts and go to a real bank. I've never before seen such an epic failure is a software deployment. And thats what I do for a profession.

Was transferred from Wells Fargo. Have no cards yet, can't access website or app, phone says go into your local store and it's 30 miles one way. Nice no cash or gas and bills to pay. Flagstar you going to fix my perfect bill pay on my credit because I have papers saying everything will be smooth and I trusted you.

App absolutely doesnt work... had to switch banks from a buy out, now I cant even access the app or my money to make payments. Switching banks as soon as I get to a branch to withdraw all that's in there. (If it's even accessible) DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS!

After not being able to access the online banking through the website or the mobile app for the past 2 days, I was infuriated at finding out that the mobile app needed an update from the Google Play Store which did not work. Upon installing the update you continually get the same message that an update is required. This is inexcusable!

I am from the group of people transferring from Wells Fargo. It is December 3rd, the day you told me to sign into the flagstar app. I open the flagstar app to an optionless screen save one button that said I needed to update. After hitting it, it takes me to Google play store and my two options are uninstalling the app or opening it. I've tried both options to no avail. Flagstar, get a grip! If you want me to be happy about being switched to a different bank, Make Your App Work!

This app has always been great for me with a pixel 2xl phone. Definitely has a problem today with the you- need - to- update- no- update- available issue. The programmers have to be aware and working on it. Gotta be patient and when they fix it it will all be good!
