Flame Dragon Knights FDK (Official) - Strategy

this game isn't the worst thing I have played. however, that doesn't excuse how bad of a time I had with this mobile game. the characters all seem pretty bland, down to the point where I mixed up some of the their names, or straight up forgot them. the gameplay is a direct rip off of other tactical rpgs such as fire emblem heroes with a slower pacing and less flashiness. I can see that some effort was put in to make it a fun experience, however I would recommend another game with originality....

Definitely worth the download and try. Simple controls and interesting storylines. Yes, you've seen games like this, but it's a fresh start and they reward F2P without asking for your money all the time. The battles can be sped up greatly if you turn off animations in the settings. Great job devs and looking forward to the future of this game.

the game is actually pretty great, despite having a slight resemblance to another game. I do really like this game, and I think it has great potential. And to people saying it's an exact copy, well this game may have some of the same mechanics, but has it's own characters and story. some things I think could improve the game are voice actors and adding more designs/pictures for each character

I couldn't play the game, it said system error. I like the art style, but this game resembles Fire Emblem Heroes way too much. I suggest changing it so it's not exactly similar to Fire emblem. Maybe include special animations for the characters. This is all based on the previews I see of the game. I couldn't actually play it. Please fix this issue.

Fun for a little.. besides the free 5☆ at the beginning, I used over 80 gems and didnt manage to get another. Made it a fair distance with subpar units, With no real story, and the only way to get gems once you hit the wall; is purchasing.. the game gets boring. Doesnt seem like this is going anywhere, and not being able to communicate with anyone else? Seems like a copy of a very specific game too, which could lead to issues. Updated: Game hasnt loaded since I cancelled my subscription.

Editing the review to be a bit more transparent with my thoughts. This game most certainly feels to be in the early days of its life and therefore most certainly lacks some polish and quality of life changes that would help it immensely, such as being able to change team members when you click on a mission. The fact it draws inspiration (seemingly) from a few other titles means anyone familiar with those will be able to pick this up and play it without much hassle. Waiting for future updates.

Since I last left my review, I was able to log in more consistently for about 2 months. I was able to progress somewhat decently and was not disappointed. Localization still needed work, but that was a year ago. I revisit this game today only to encounter an insurmountable game system error. System Error (9003). I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still encountered the error. This is a shame since I was looking forward to finishing the game. I'm reducing my rating to reflect this.

An obvious Fire Emblem Heroes rip, from start to finish. It steals the character Sprite styles, It even has the same effect with the touch screen when you swipe! It wouldn't let me play, either. Of course, with a popular game comes copies, but this is just uninspired. There was no attempt to make ANYTHING different besides characters and maybe the story. I'm not saying you guys are bad, but still, maybe next time you try and change some more things. Like I said, it doesn't let me play.

Okay so i rate 3 for now. Waiting for the game new improve, then will add more stars. Games kinda fun and have a great story, but somehow lack of "Voice Act" and battle animation can still be improve later i think. Like, make it stunning effect lol. Oh one more, i hope it can be fight in large scale map which is need proper strategy to achieve it. its gonna be great tho :p Well keep up the good work dev~

it seems ok but some of the art is weird the mini characters look nothing like the character art shown and some of the proportion are off like syllias body to her legs otherwise pretty decent. music and features could be better. I could see this as a top game once you fix certain things in this game but incorporate your things to stand out from feh.

It has been great so far having just started. I understand it challenges you and thats good for a tactics rpg but I do wish you could have just one more team member per team. It would also be nice if before a battle you could swap out team members for someone in reserve not assigned to a team yet. Otherwise not bad at all.

A ridiculous copy of Fire Emblem: Heroes. Everything from art style, UI, icons, to skill names is a direct copy. There are a few ways the UI is less informative - I wouldn't have noticed it as a flaw except FEH does it better. It almost deserves more stars for being so otherwise polished, but the stupid degree to which it's an exact copy more than counteracts that. It offers absolutely no reason to play over the more polished and original Fire Emblem.

I played Flame Dragon 2:Legend of Golden Castle during my childhood so I wish more of the characters will be available here. Especially Alex, San and Marin. The tutorial is simple but a bit confusing for people who don't play turn based games like feh or this game. I hope in future, all the characters will be implemented and the game can improve

Enjoyable but the lack of voice lines, poor music quality and the fact you just ripped the select sound from fire emblem heroes really takes away from everything else. I look forward to seeing the game improving and hopefully surpassing feh. You guys replying to the comments and not using automated responses is a great start. :)

It's a nice game, great art. Reminiscent of a few tactical games like this, like Langrisser and/or Fire Emblem. It could use a little push (class changes or upgrades, bit more "story" so I know what's going on). But, all in all good.

You've read it a million times by now, but yes, the gameplay is basically early FEH, meaning no skill inheritance. The skills are also renamed from their FEH counterparts, but function exactly the same across the board. But honestly I'm fine with that, and the game has very good/unique art and is decently F2P friendly. Could stand to be more original, but if the devs gave it a proper story (more than 2 lines per chapter), I'd give it 5 stars. Character backstory side-stories would be cool too.

I don't think anything has changed since the early release version. The event banner doesn't even include events, if you click on the banner, it just shows you two packs you can buy if you for some reason want to spend money on the game. I don't know if they legitimately changed nothing or if their stupid obsession with not letting you restart the game made it so I'm playing the old version still. There's still only two summons and very little to do. I'd say I'm suprised but I half expected this

Compared to FEH, slightly more streamlined menu and nice map for story mode, but less polish on everything else especially general clarity and sfx. Biggest concern though is battles sometimes glitch out forcing restart and surrender, best not to touch arena until fixed. Other minor issues like lack of settings (no tap confirm, start swap places/danger, enemy phase music toggle) would also help. And it's spelled CAVALRY.

I really want to say this game is amazing, but I unfortunately cannot. While at first this game was easy to pick up and play with some pretty entertaining battles, it quickly falls apart. This game gets bland very quickly, and even though there are the chain trials and great hero battles they are essentially small add-ons to the campaign. I'm keeping my hopes up since this game isn't officially released and hope more content gets added in the future!

Game is good, needs a little touch up here and there on certain areas like more content, and less energy consumption on great hero battles(for non payers). Though its a f2p game, those payers have too much of a major advantage with premium passes. Looking forward to more updates.

So far so good. I did just start but it is fun. It appears simple which makes it easy for me to get into. Perhaps character development will become more complex as time goes on. I am fine with either. I loved fire emblem but I was drawn to this game because of different characters. I've never heard of flame dragon knights so the "new" appeals to me. Great job. I look forward to all the content this game has to offer.

One of my favourite childhood games, did not expect to be able to play this game again after so many years. However the battle animations look abit different from the oringal and there isnt any class evolution at Max level. Overall still a great game. Well done dev team :)

Good trpg so far. Alot like fire emblem heroes which is one of my favorite games. Updated: Further into the game and I'm enjoying the gameplay and the variety of characters. The developers have done an extremely good job with this one. I don't feel like I need to shell out a bunch of money to enjoy the game. That's always a plus in my book. You may have to work harder to get the characters you want but at least its an option.

Can't play the game. Whenever I open it, it just stays on a blackscreen. edit: finally worked after turning on the permission for storage. So far its 100% replica of Fire Emblem Heroes just with a crispier graphics.
