Completly useless. No discount options. No single ride. No daypass options for Hillsborough or Pinnellas transit patrons. 99 percent of passengers will not benefit from the app. Do not waste your money .
Still no day pass. Or other useful ticket options that people who actually take the bus could benefit from. They sure try to make it difficult to use public transportation over here. Modern developed city, yeah?
What happened to the 1 day unlimited day pass ? I would rather grab cash than grab a 3 day pass now this is the minimal option and i dont need to spend 3 more dollars. Or just pay 2.25 to and 2.25 from work who is really losing....me obviously but thank you for motivating me that much more to stop taking public Transportation . Thank you for the motivation
Couldn't get app to download. Had to walk to work. Also I don't have a problem with a 3 day pass as long as it isn't consecutive
Nope Nope Nope This app is B/S‼️ there's no single day pass & and the three and seven day passes cost more than what it would if you got it on the bus I would give 0 Stars if I could
One star. This app no longer works. What a shame. Can't buy bus passes any more. You have to go online.
Hart Tampa bus sound is too low how the bus drive know if I paid customer service said show on app if you using app but the letter too small. Keep this for Tampa I can just put the money on card because walking to store to withdraw money from ATM is crazy
No more one day passes. locks out alot of day trippers. bad move.
Soooo either my passes better be pulled up or im gonna need my refund because the BBB Is about to be contacted if i dont get my passes back within the next 24 hours.
Nice option I really didn't used it as much but never haved any issues while I was active using it
Made a few unwanted purchases and and not find a way to fix it that's something that needs addressed
You can't just pay for a single trip, what the hell? How many people actually need a 3 day pass?
The fact that I still cant buy a day pass with my phone in 2019 is ridiculous

very useful. easy way 2 pay for bus fare electronically if your city's transit system supports it. once you have a ticket on your device though it's buggy - I have to talk all the Wi-Fi in order for it to come up if the ticket is on the device.
The teco streetcar conductor didn't even know what the hell this app was.. on top of that it did not work properly. It did not show my tickets
Used to buy half price monthly pass, has worked every time with no problems. I saved ticket to device so i can't speak for the cloud but it seems they've addressed whatever issues the app had previously.
Useless unless u go to st. Pete. Obviously wasnt designed for local tampa residents. Everything is more expensive than the bus fares.
This is a ripoff. You pay 8 dollars more for a 3 day pass and 15 dollars more for a monthly pass. What a ripoff - someone's getting rich and it's not us poor suckers that have to ride the bus.
Needs better management of payment options. Add and remove cards. Now stopped working.
Was working fine until I tried to use it on another phone of mine. It said that it was locked unless I unlocked it in settings for the cloud. I tried to do it but the original phones battery drained. I tried later on and the app wouldn't open so I missed my bus messing with the app. Eventuality the app opened after half an hour but my monthly bus pass was locked on both phones even though it clearly shows a monthly pass purchased. I called customer service and was told I'd have to wait 2 days on Monday because there was no supervisor there. They need to get some better app developers there and rework the bugs or else this is a true rip off!!!
Still won't load from the cloud and it's not supposed to even be in the cloud. I have had it set to save on my phone. Not the cloud. I have tried everything and nothing works. Lots 11 dollars. Do not use!
DO NOT USE THIS APP! IT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND AND YOUR BUS PASS NEVER APPEARS! IT'S A RIP-OFF AND A CON! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! DO NOT USE THIS APP!
So like everybody else I had problems with the app I called PSTA customer service and they are working with me to cover me getting around to make up for it
My ticket is locked from the very phone I have it linked to. Cmon HART!
Why can't I see my bus pass?? Just bought it and now it's not opening?? Can you guys do something about this?
As a software developer, I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of efficiency Flamingo Fare does not have. Waiting to release a fully capable app to the public is perfectly acceptable. I know have to waste money with loading the card because the features which were promoted to me to accept the card are NOT (caps for emphasis, not yelling) available. Additionally, It's 10:45pm and I don't have time to call the operator in the morning in hopes my issue will be bother understood and resolved.
