Amazing prices, fast shipping. Only downfall, expensive delivery.
As I've put alot of weight on through lockdown they have plenty of larger sizes which is great for me.
The main issue for me is that once you've viewed a product, either pressing the device back button or the arrow top-left drops you back on the home screen of the app. This makes it pretty unusable, as you spend time putting your search criteria in, and as soon as you've viewed one item from your search results, you get dumped back on the home screen and have to start all over again. I got annoyed after having to do this 4 times in quick succession, so just didn't bother any more.

Awful. I have to say I miss the old version of the app since now it's extremely slow and virtually unusable. I used to shop on flannels alot now but since I can't do without getting frustrated waiting for it to load for 2 minutes I really can't be bothered. Please fix this.
quick app and great discounts.. will definitely refer this app, minus 2 start due to high delivery charges.. If we are buying products of thousands of pounds they should at least offer free delivery. same delivery charges apply if delivered in store or at home. They charged me £6.99 for 2 ti 5 days delivery. 😒😣😔
This app is brilliant for finding the clothes for you. The "bag" area let's you store clothes you may come back to which is very useful instead of taking screenshots and them getting lost in your camera roll
Essential app for those of us who like do dress up or down in nice apparell great array of brand names comes in neat lil package highly recommend
Instant service and delivery
The app crashes whenever you try complete a purchase. A message pops uo saying 'oops yiu seem to be offline'. This need to be fixed as is an issue with the app and not native to the device.

Completely messed me about. Cant fault dpd the courier service they use. as for flannels shoes arived damaged with a crumpled box and blatantly worn before with hair inside the shoe. They also admitted to me in an email that products can go through check & process without being checked?! Also refused to offer me a good will gesture to keep me despite being a first customer. To me that shows a struggling company and we all know those are the ones to stay clear off. Don't waste your time.

Best shop for designer clothing huge range and all the big brands. App wasnt great to start with as kept having problems loading up and freezing but now with new updates it much better.
Excellent app, I bought a stone island tracksuit £130 cheaper than instore as I went instore thinking they had a sale and it was only online or this app so I highly recommend the app and delivery was quick and well packaged.

Use Flannels for great choice of Barbour jackets. Some great offers. Easy to order which is good for me as partiality sighted so the simpler the better. Will be exploring more clothing in the future
