This app keeps crashing on my Android phone, i.e., won't even open every time I attempt to do so. Uninstalled and reinstalled, and will try it one more time, but if it keeps crashing, I'm uninstalling it for good.
The app experiences issues that make it non-functional every few months. The cabs ordered are always a long wait, even in highly trafficked areas with drivers often ignoring direct routes and on other business after you have been booked.
Flash is the best taxi service in town, but this app is the worst. Installed, signed up, confirmed email... And it won't load. Crashes. Blanks my screen. A complete mess.
Force closes and won't let me sign in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the same issue, please fix! Like the ability to hail a cab without actually hailing a cab or calling dispatch.
Replaced CURB with this, yet can't pay inside a cab, and the UI isn't following basic Android form design standards so it tries to pull your full name for incorrect fields, and doesn't automatically let you input any stored data.
Easy set up of app. Booking a cab just put in the address. Text notifications and map to tell you where the cab is.
This app is great and the fact ir displays a blue banner for you to display to the driver with your car # is a great touch as it eliminates all doubt wether you are the correct app customer or simpya bystander, flagging down a cab
it started freezing and won't do anything but lock up. it started with an update on the app.
My issue is making sure I have the correct address populates for pick up and being able to post my destination drop off.
The app is broken. It will not load. I uninstalled it....cabs took forever to pick up anyway.
Works well, but it is now crashing, wondering if last update was bad!
Please, please fix this. I like FLash cabs and want to take them. it simply does not install properly.
love flash cab. hate this app. wish they had an app that worked properly.

This app used to work wonderfully, now it says I'm outside the booking area, which I'm not. Now super inconvenient. I used to recommend this to everyone, especially since I don't use Lyft or uber, but such a headache now.
Flash is the only taxi service in Chicago IL which serves the orders very efficiently. If you're trying to make it to an important meeting or catching a flight you can only rely on professional flash driver who know the geography of the city and metro area. Just order flash ride, sit back, relax and do not stress about being on time!!!
