Useless app. I downloaded it and created an account. After that they (flash call center ) asked me to visit the nearest branch and collect the Flash card in order to get the app functioning. Visited the nearest branch on 2 different days and they told that they don't have the cards... totally waste of time....

This is not acceptable For the flash accounts we are not getting passbooks and this app is the only way we can get information. But when i tried to see the transaction history not all the items are showing. Some ATM withdrawals are missing, Some payments are missing. It is unreliable. UI is fine.

App crashed when I almost finished uploading the documents to create an account and now I'm logged out and locked out. It doesn't allow entering my password (tbh I don't remember providing a password), and doesn't recognize my phone number/NIC number pair to reset password. And there's no option to reset password via email.

I love the convenience of the app. But I have to say it takes a long time for me to get into the app. Too much load time. If you can fix that I'd definitely give 5 stars. After the recent update they have resolved the issue where it takes around a minute to login. But still it takes around 15 seconds from where I give the fingerprint to come to the app home screen. Still not acceptable though

Cannot log in to the account from 10th Dec 2019, it had very poor performance earlier as well. GUI is not well designed; bit confusing. Sometimes cannot see the transaction amounts directly because of the fund transfer button. Have to go to the account and check. Since it cannot be accessed from yesterday without giving any error message, disappointed.

This is a great app apart from the slower than a snail loading sequence and the delay it takes to update the recent transactions history. If you could fix these issues it would be a one hell of an app. But either way I'm please as for the progress shown as a Sri Lankan bank. Really hope you would pay some attention on the delay of displaying transaction history. Thanks.

I was using Frimi as my primary bank account and recently decided try out Flash. The first impression was good, the need to go to a bank to activate the account was a showstopper (Unfortunately, it's a regulatory requirement, I think). The concept of having goal based savings account is a great thinking. Allowing opening of FD is also good. User Interface is good. Good budgeting features. Cons - Login speed should improve. No notifications for transactions, no push or SMS. Random error messages.

I see that your app recently got suspended temporarily on Google Play Store due to developer policy violation. But you dont have to prompt contact list access permission request everytime a user clicks home icon. It's really annoying. Please fix it. PS- I dont want to sync contacts, so didnt grant permission and tried clearing app data, login & rejecting the popup but to no avail. Why should I grant it if Im not using send/request money feature & Cant it just remember that I clicked reject once

Recently the flash app was broken and was even unable to login for around 2 days, after that though the login issue was fixed, we couldn't do transactions with any of the registered billers as there was seems to be a issue with API compatibility. The input from the UI didn't seems to matched with the API contract in the backend. At least that's what was in the error message. And now all my billers in the registered list are doubled. I'm not sure which duplicated entry to use for my transaction.

Aside from occasional hiccups, Combank flash is a responsive, fast solution to manage your bank accounts. Not forcing to turn off developer mode is highly commendable. Instant customer support chat would be a nice addition.

After registering the account, I logged out automatically. I did not remember my password. After giving my ID number and phone number, my account could not be recognized.

Poor app. Not working properly. Registered on August and trying to login into the app many times but still cannot login. When I used invalid credentials error displayed correctly. For valid credentials, every time received an error 'You seem to be experiencing network issues. Please try again in a few minutes'. Contacted customer support many times, nothing happens. They also haven't any Idea about error.

No option to see transaction or transaction history. After i completed the transaction, it gave a successful message with relevant details. In this when i am going to click share button its going to back. Application is good. But please fixed these issues. And other small bugs. It appreciate to make more user friendly in transaction area.

App asks me to enter new pin each time I try to login. I have to enter my pin, leave the app, reload the app again and re-enter my pin to actually get logged in. Slow UI. Takes too long to load (it may well be for security purposes and database loads, but other bank apps do it faster). And the balance displayed in the app, and the balance displayed on ATM's are different. The ATM shows higher balance. Major improvements needed.

The app was very good at the beginning days, but now its very Irresponsive, even the app is not getting opened... Getting so many error messages. The customer user experience is very bad. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible. If not you will lose your valued customers.

Previous version worked well, but the new update asks to disable USB Debugging if it's enabled. Don't understand why these half tested versions are given to the customers. QA should be able to capture these infront and take necessary actions. It's a hassel to disable and ebable it whenever I want to login to the app. When informed to the relevant parties no response received.

App is very good but it is getting slow daily, have to spend more than 10 minutes to do a single fund transfer as it keep loading (circling animation), sometimes it ended up with no network connection message. It is easier to visit ATM or brank rather than do a transaction via flash app. Performance must be improved otherwise users will definitely switched to another banking app.
