The bike doesn't actually connect to the internet so it's impossible to get any information about the bike (such as alarms or where it's at). App is pretty feature poor. Customer support is pretty much non-existent.
Slow and unreliable application. Too complex and unresponsive. Couldn't log in after reinstalling the app. Customer service is nonexistent. Good luck!
Doesn't even work via bluetooth so u can't operate the electronic part of it but the bike can still work normally but it's a bit heavy
Constantly have issues with connecting app to the bike. Have had to remove and reinstall stall the app several times to get it to work.
Not able to send money as unable to add sim in the app
App is usless because it has never been able to pair my Pixel with the bike.

So much less than it could be. It's missing so many functions you would think would be standard. Almost like they have never seen a bike computer before.
Crashes constantly, does not connect to bike as advertised, Bluetooth has to be reset all the time. Very disappointing as this bike is marketed for its security features but app fails to deliver.
If you bought the Flashbike v1 return it and buy another ebike. It has too many bugs in the software and customer support will give you the run around in an attempt to let your warranty expire. They only communicate by email and don't take your complaints seriously. This bike will only.... Update:. It seems as though the bugs have been fixed because the touchpad display hasn't done anything weird in a long time and I am much more pleased with this bike than what I was. Sondors is much worse.
