I should give it a 5 star but this new version is not working perfectly, because everytime you log out it gives problem to log in again, it says " user not permitted to log into this device " I tried to contact the call center yesterday they fixed the issue unfortunately when I log out same thing happened again I can't log into my account
At first download the wrong app, download the business app, just to being told wrong email adress and then I am not allowed to use business app. During WhatsApp while I am busy explaining my problem, the assistant told me she can't assist me anymore for the next 2 minutes and end the coversation
Every time I try to sell Data using this app it always saying the system is currently having some problems. Even if I try to check my activations I can't login again. This app is giving us headaches
Poor service. I can't log in. The agent said that the technical department will fix the problem. It hasn't been fixed. I messaged again around 17:30. Your staff are gone home before 6pm. No response from them. This is frustrating
After this update, I couldn't log in, tried contacting help center, they are still not linking my device again, what other ways I could use then?
I'm happy with flash . I would like to say Thank you for flash agent who there many times there helped me and I doing so good with flash business, But I want to report this guys knocking door to door business place they're saying from flash companies and the robbed some people here Eastern cape
I can't login it keeps on saying wrong password and username.. Then when i try to creat account says i'm already registered, this app it's useless
If I could give you guys a negative star rating I would. I've been using the app for more than a year and I update it all of a sudden I'm not permitted to log in on my device!

The app was gud all along until recently i cant have access to it says am not registered...and am loosing my customers in dat way😓😓
I give you zero out of ten. This app is a scam, they wait for you to injoy it then boom, you cant log in with this device and when you call they ask endless questions, now i have lost R200.

Flash we are crying more time since 2022 the problem is you don't change the rules every weekend log in is problem and we are working with flash it is shame on you
Customer service is poor and the 3 password tries feature is dumb if you are not going to erase the wrong password from the text field for the user to reenter. The app wants a secret word that was not setup, and the phone number listed on the website for customer support belongs to some random guy. You are not responding your emails and in the meantime, we keep on losing money. Nokia was big once, just in case you think you are too big to fail when users finally jump ship. Truly disappointing.
Flash service is very poor! I bought their machine two weeks ago and after transferring money into it, I still can't sell anything. It always say that my account is closed. I even tried to buy tokens from Pep Cell and that still didn't work. When u connect them on whatsapp, their program has nothing to tell. No information to tell. I'm really disappointed.
The activation process is too complicated. To activate your account you need to keep a "proof of deposit". I did not know this and did not keep it (it is not mentioned anywhere when you download the app). I'm not able to activate my account without this proof of deposit and I can't get back the funds I deposited on my account either. The customer service is not helping at all. I will have a look at alternative services like Kazang or Topitup.
I've updated the app. But all of a sudden when I sell airtime I can't get to my phone book that icon is gone which makes me selling airtime slower. Please rectify it. I called the center they say it's part of the update that the phone book icon is gone. Could you do the update where I get the phone book icon back asap
I Love It! First things first... Thank you for fixing that white screen bug. Secondly... Not only do you respond promptly to my queries, you also have very helpful agents behind those phone lines. This is one app that everyone with a dream of making extra cash at home or on the road should have in their phones. Thank You Flash Team😌👌
It's a good App, makes life easier. Business at your finger tips, wherever you go. No need to carry extra gadgets. Ofcourse there are challenges. Downloaded App, registered successfully, deposited via FNB. Before I could even complete my first transaction: Account Closed!!! All I can say is patience & persistence is vital. Do CALL or WhatsApp if you have a similar challenge. Patience is virtue. My account has been closed on 2 different occasions, & I managed to get it reactivated via call centre
Downloaded the App and entered my number but not receiving any OTP
This app us truly disappointing...its been almost a year now still trying to open my account...i transferred money to it not knowing its a scam...now i cannot ask for it back they are always asking for proof of residences and when you send them they dont respond.....worst of all bad customer service....the app should atleast mention that citizens from outside south africa cannot register for it not to tell you when you have deposited money....really bad
I have deposited 1000 on Friday by Nedbank account flash vending mobile but it haven't reflect on the balance , want wrong is this a scam app really guy
I have been using this app for a year now. But now when I try to login it keeps saying, REQUESTED TIME UP. And I have tried to uninstalling it for several times and installing it back, and it keeps saying the same thing REQUESTED TIME UP. What could be the problem?
User not permitted to log in
My app decided to delink itself from my device after an update. It tells me that i'm not permitted to log in from this device, which is the device i've been using ever since I started using Flash Businesss. Please assist, my customers are suffering. I did call the customer care and the guy told me they are going to look into it.
