It is the worst app ever. I opened it and then downloaded some card packs and when i tried to open it said : "Unfortunately, Flashcards Deluxe has stopped" and then it crashed automatically. I tried several times. I immediately deleted, and ut is completely a waste of time and data, trust me.
Bug found. If you upload a deck with modified Advanced Layout ON(ex. Drawing) to Shared Library, the moment users download them there, the Drawing Board turns OFF. It should be ON by default. Including other deck specified custom feature were broken too like deck theme. I was to say Correct & Wrong Bottons also dissapeared but I think it's only global. Anyway, issues only manifest from Shared Library, and not using other online storage. Is this issue true to other users? Pls devs, help.
A great app. Bought the Pro version without hesitation. It's stable and easy to use, with great features.
I'm glad that I can test the app before purchasing the deluxe version. it's a very good app. incredibly customizable. I'm going for the deluxe one!
Looks really flexible & customisable, but is overkill for my needs.
It's not light.. It is Just demo with few samples only
Doesn't support the most common flashcard format of CSV, as far as I can tell. This is a deal breaker. Also somewhat creaky UI, eg requiring you to navigate to its default storage dir in Android/data/etc instead of providing a file chooser.
Only allows 6 cards per deck, with only 6 decks allowed. Useless.
Crashes constantly, complicated user interface.
I love the iPhone version. Why Android version do not allow drawing in creating new cards? I am a paid customer in iOS and happily paid for Android as well. Once I know it don't support drawing in creating new card. I refunded it.
Best feature of this app is Combination Decks. I use the import quizlet functionality to import ready-made decks from other reliable authors... however they make small decks based on their study book's chapters. Flashcard Deluxe - you can combine the decks and study it as a whole.
Love the features... but I prefer the App that has continuous play TTS.
How many audio files can I store in a deck?is there any limitations
This is only a demo. Can't do much with space for only 6 cards.
This app is swag when it comes to testing
Are there plans to give it a chromecast option?
I have Pre A.P reading and we have to make flash cards and this helps so much!!😀😍❤💕
Very useful tool for me while I was in college, still use it while wanting to keep my mind sharp
This app would be awesome if I could figure out how to use it. When I first downloaded it I was able to find stuff like new deck, Google drive, but now I can't find anything. It's like every thing disappeared. I downloaded it on my tablet to see if I showed all the options, but it doesn't. This app is Trippy.
I was not able to create a deck with some cards. Sounds easy huh... aparently I got fustrated and deleted this garbage. Adding a card to write/ draw on back n front should be 123....
Lots of options, but desperately needs a more intuitive way to navigate through the decks and to indicate correct/incorrect and confirmation that you marked it thus.
If you are a picky person like me then read this review. I wasted a lot of time on this. You may not get tempted to install this app if you look at the number of users however that's not the case since the original version has more than 200 users as of today (look at the bottom of the page to find the original app). Pros: 1. Flash cards have up to 5 facets. I use the third facet for the examples of vocabulary. I never use the other 2 sides so 3 will do it. Flashcards buddy is the only other app I know that supports cards with 3 facets. 2. Studying cards or taking quizzes are very intuitive and even customizable (U can use tapping or swiping or both). Tap = other facet(s),Swipe: up=Correct, Down=Wrong, left= so so, Right=Previous card. No other app can compete on this one. 3. There are many different ways to create cards including desktop PC which is very important for faster card creation. You can also import from Quizlet and ... I use Google Forms. Cons: 1. I strongly recommend the author to make the configuration UI simpler. It took me loads of time to figure it out though I consider myself a geek! Flashcards buddy has much more simpler configuration UI. Thanks for the great work
Pulled down close to a half dozen of these apps., none of which met my needs. Found this one (last one I tried of course!) and was sold! It allows you to upload card decks using Dropbox, and Google Drive (among others)! I even created a deck using Notepad and uploaded it to my phone using their web site! The biggest selling point for me was the ability to play cards reversed, i.e. switch which side is played first. This allows you to really know the material you're studying forwards and backwards. None of the other apps. I looked at could do this and it was key for me. It has a gazillion other features that I still have to look into.
Work in library and students always looking for index cards. So i went looking for app to take their place. Ive made several decks pretty quickly. im recommending to several students!
Can't take the lite version seriously since you can only make 6 cards. I wanted to try it out but it is extremely limited. Download someone else's.
I have tried it and love it. I am gonna purshase the pro version.
I've tried 10 times to download this app but it doesn't work! :(
Limited, but great! Wanted to try it out before buying deluxe. DEFINITELY watch the YouTube instructional videos to get started! I give it a 4 just because of the non-intuitive design and the free version's limited functionality allowing only 6 cards. Studying Sumerian, and it was easy (once I watched to video) to add cuneiform *.png snips. LOVE the multi-sided slides, which is PARTICULARLY useful for pictographic type language study allowing for signs, pronunciations, and meaning.
