Has improved to a basic level, somewhat usable now. For Flashpay cards you're only allowed 3 top-ups a day & up to a max of $100 per top-up. AND you'll have to manually enter all card details every time! If you're not using DBS/ UOB cards & Visa/ Mastercard, you'll be charged 25 cts per top-up. AND, each time you put a flash card to yr NFC, the app auto launches even though it may be a non-NETS card eg when an EZLink card is placed! What the!? No option to prevent app fr auto launching? 👎🏼👎🏼

For me this app is very useful. Applied mine to auto-top. No more hassle to top-up as I'm always on the go. I dedicate 1 for my personal use & for official use. And most of all, i can conveniently export to pdf my statement for company claim. Also has the total amount shown. No more hassle in calculating manually. Just a little feedback in pdf statement. Hope can make 25-30 transactions to fit in 1 page to save paper.

Used to work. Then now it stops working. It can detect the remaining balance in the card. But whenever want to do topup, it always says "error, your topup is unsuccessful. Pls try again." I tried millions of times. I also tried restart the app, restart the phone. All failed.

Hi, overall the app is great but I am trying figure out howcome I alway have to input my debit or credit cards details over and over again whenever I need top up the card. I have had my credit cards added into the payment method but useless. Please help to do the needful to make it perfect. Thank you.

App was working well until last update (March 2022). Now it says they are working on nfc compatibility for my phone, when I try to recharge my nets flash pay card. As if Note 10+ is so outdated! It's kind of ridiculous that now I can only recharge it at an ATM or Nets terminal, while I was recharging using the phone all these months. Ridiculously, pathetic.

Lousy app. Credit card information cannot be saved. When doing a topup for a flashpay card, the process stops after entering the otp from the bank. And restarting the app, the card cannot be detected by the phone. Imagine trying to do this during morning hour rush.

App was working fine until latest update. Now app won't start and keep giving error messages about my internet being intercepted and asking me to ensure that my phone is not rooted. ‐‐----------- problem fixed after new update. everything working fine now. changed review from 1 to 5*

NFC compatibility required!!!! Have been using this app for a very long time and it has been great until the last update. Please sort it out, it appears many are facing the same problem

Quite a bit of improvement over the previous version of the app. Thumbs up. Only a small feedback: I've setup an account with nets and logged in to the app, entered my credit card details to be stored in the app. But when i'm topping up my flashpay card, i'm redirected to a page where I have to key in all my credit card details all over again. So whats the point of storing my CC details in the app if I have to key in everything again when topping up? Devs take note and improve please.

Was able to top up using the app 1 time. Subsequently, experienced loading screen or session timeouts for all attempts. Ended up using the physical topup machine anyway

Able to read card initially. Tried to top up, top up successful, amount deducted from credit card but amount was not credited into account. Tried 2nd time and same issue. Amount deducted 2x without successful topping up of card. Now the app cannot be open. Can someone pls look into the issue and refund the amount accordingly. Thanks

This app is so useless. App not stable keep lagging.waste of my time. Tried 4 times n still not able to top up my flash card.unable to top up card thru app. Support did not respond. Hope they fix it soon.

Cannot top up flashpay card (only auto top up allowed). Cannot delete account in app and no instructions on how to delete account on website. 24 May 2022: Nevermind, already deleted this app.

Detecting of card is so painful. Payment so buggy. Using Uob still shows a surcharge. What's with the max $50 topup. Nowadays in sg parking so expensive $50 cannot go pass 3 days. Each top up process is so painful I have to do it multiple times every time.

Not sure if there was an update but suddenly there is an NFC compatibility issue with my Galaxy Note 10 which I had been using without issues for the past 2 years

After update, my Samsung Note 10+ is no longer NFC compatible. Previously able to topup using the same phone. Why is this app moving backwards?

Trying to top up is very frustrating. 1. Repeatedly having to enter card details 2. NFC port left open, requires phone restart to become usable 3. What's with a $50 top up limit?

Over an hour already still at the starting blue page cannot load. Questionable reliability and functionality.

The NFC detection is so irritating, keep on pop out whe i put both my phone together, even the NFC was disabled from NETS APP Edited to 1 star. Sibeh dulan for the NFC thing alrdy. knn

App can detect flashpay via NFC. But cannot top up. App says need app needs a NFC fix to top up. Go to bank to top up. So it is pointless to install and sign up

Horrible app...such a horrible experience trying to top up. Much easier to use the physical machine. Stay away from this app.

Top up 2 months back and before was working fine. For the past 2 months top up not working at my galaxy note 10+, pls fix this else this apps has no value

Not able to top up, stating NFC compatibility for my Samsung Note 10 plus,still fixing after few months. Disappointed 😞.

Doesn't have the option to stop the app from reading the any card that is near to the NFC cannot put my phone and wallet together.

My 1st try on reading my second flashcard failed. It still has the 1st card details even after closing & reopen apps again. Top-up successful, debited my credit card but Top-up amt not updated on Flash card. Wrote to customer service, 2 weeks still did not refund debited amounts. Re-read reviews seems these problems existed for a long time without resolve.

Terrible app, always will experience error detecting the card during every top up. This have been going on for a long time but seems like Nets is not interested to fix the bug. Look through the long list of negative reviews and you will know how terrible the app is.

Top up via credit card has has time out and yet charge to my credit card. It is an nightmare using this feature. Calling the hotline to rectify and put me to on hold forever. Always experiencing high call volume..zzzz.
