Flat Branch Home Loans

The app is ok. It tells me where I am in the home buying process, but is lacking in information. The notifications it sends out are more informative than the app. It will send a notification to my phone that my appraisal has been received and will be delivered to me after review, however when i go into the app I see nothing about it.

same as everyone else. when I login there is a blank screen. We have contacted flat Branch in many times to get this resolved and they say that they have it taken care of but it is not taken care of. This makes it really hard to make a payment online.

This app has been amazing to us! It is great having the ability to log in at your own convenience to see updates with the home buying process. The app is extremely user-friendly and the workers behind the app are very nice and helpful with any questions you may have about the use of the app. Highly recommend this app! 👍👍

Log in gave me issue for first few days but now it's fixed. Other than that it gives my real time up to date information about the loan process. Very useful and keeps me from calling my officer all the time.

the people at flatbranch were amazing so understanding and helpful and able to help this not so techy guy navigate their site and provide a beautiful home for my family thanks again flatbranch

FBHL app keeps you on top of what is happening with your loan process. Notifications alert you when your status has changed.

The people and the company are fantastic. This app was disappointing in comparison to how Flat branch is ran. It simply doesn't work .

Needs an overhaul. Blank screen with the fbhl logo comes up at login, cant do anything else.

Richard Baker is a great easy going but hard working man, very honest and great to work with, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I log in and all it does is a white screen with the logo.

Hard to log-in or open any information.

Just throw the whole app out and start over.

Same as everybody else; app freezes frequently and isn't full featured, for example, tapping on the documents icon brings up absolutely no documents.

Won't open most of the time, freezes my phone, app freezes, needs major updating or an altogether new one.

Good concept but freezes up a lot or refuses to load. It's usable if you're patient.

Loan info not updated often enough. Freezes and shuts down often.

Keeps freezing. Having a hard time getting the app to load.

Helps keep me updated on my home buying process!

Buggy. Sometimes it doesn't recognize my phone's internet connection. Workaround is to type your info for login but don't click login. Click on something else, go back, then click login.
