This is actually a good bit of software! I don't skimp with audio equipment and I can guarantee you that I have tested this app properly!🤣 What you get is a very clean pre-amplification signal with an 'eq' frequency range delivery that is accurate (you can't ask for anything more)🤷 so after that its down to your reproduction equipment, the app itself is simple to use and has not been complicated with unnecessary gimmicks, it does what it says on the tin, I'm quite happy with it, good!
I have a Samsung S9 (diff not a new phone) Anyways, started to have inconsistencies with the volume as I would switch between music, videos and podcasts. After testing out 10+ EQ apps I found this one. I was very pleased and impressed w/ the performance. It allows me to adjust things in the areas I need and stays very consistent. Great job!!! Very good app. Good bass reproduction..mids are a bit harsh for me.. but it does the job well. Good sound control. Only app that I've come across that doesn't do stupid things when adjusting the different frequencies. The rest just does silly things like dropping the volume and messing up the sound. But this one works very well. Good job.
Excellent equalizer, along with some other nice features, bass boost, virtualizer, reverb. I also like that it is 10 band and not 5, most are five, but 10 gives you alot more control to shape how you want the music to sound. I use it with my headphones and the difference is truly amazing. The last thing I will say is that this app, (unlike many other equalizers or bass boosters) the sound remains clean. I have tried other equalizers and boosters, and most lose sound quality this does not.
It just works... They do ask for membership to remove apps but it is pretty cheap otherwise the ads don't really get in the way either anyways. Plentiful in presets and you can save your own custom presets as well. Would highly recommend for its simplicity and would recommend supporting the developers if you have spare change.
This app was really good before, but about 5 months ago they released an update that severely destroys the audio quality at higher bass levels, I messaged a developer around then and still have yet to hear about a fix. I have tested on several different phones and two headsets, so I can surely say it's not the phones issue. The ads are also annoying sometimes and no close button appears, forcing you to close and re open the app Update1: only thing changed is it being 10 band eq, not going back
This app has the features of both a booster, bass, and equalizer. It works on Bluetooth or at least my i09's and my Car's Bluetooth. This, for me, is exactly what I was looking for after the "Sound Booster" app failed on my Android phone years ok. I'll be sure to edit this if needed after more exploration. For the moment, great work devs!
Tried 5+ equalizers and each one made the volume considerably quieter or had some other crippling side effect. I almost gave up but ended up trying this app and it finally worked as an equalizer should - no volume reduction! As a sound engineer I couldn't believe how horrible most of these EQ apps are. Just glad there's at least one that works well with my Pixel 6. Props to the developers.
Did what I wanted. Was on back up buds with YouTube Music. The backups are skull candy's. Skull candy = bass, so I need something to cut back on the bass, and YouTube, despite being attached to a trillion dollar, multinational company like Google has yet to implement an equalizer or loudness normalization, or any of the features other music players have. But I digress, this app solved my problem in one step, and I mainly pay for premium to avoid ads on the main YouTube app anyway.
Perfect app for helping fix sound quality and volume. I would give 5stars but I really disagree with charging a subscription fee to get the ad free version. It should be like most apps just have a premium single purchase for ad free. Milking your users for a monthly fee just seems greedy.
I like this app. It's design is kind of a reference to a PC equalizer called FXSound, which is kind of (but almost not really) the same thing. What'd be awesome is making it have its own set of themes like blue, green, red, orange, and whatnot, but overall, it works well
Better than most I've used but again there isn't that much difference between settings, but it is better than most.. is it possible to build a music 'genre' detector that auto switches the graphic equaliser.. Now That would be really useful! (I want 5% of every sale if you do) The Loudness works well but the virtualiser seems neither one thing or the other. Concentrate on 1 thing and make it the best in category... There, a succinct review for you.. Ps. I'm serious about the 5%!
Probably the BEST equalizer app. I use this with 60 dollar headphones to make them super loud (the way I like them) and it works perfectly with little distortion on sound scaling. Obviously you'll start to get some distortion if you try to make it to loud but that's a given. Been using for about half a year now possibly longer. Forever in love with this app. No cap
First of all, a huge appreciation for making the app's user interface clean rather than some other Equalizer apps which has very trash user interfaces. It's simple to understand and use and most of all it's feature rich works well with your device. This app can adapt with your device almost automatically, it's just makes things more fast forward and easy for me. I will definitely recommend this Equalizer to everyone who's looking for a good Equalizer app as i mentioned in my review.
Works perfectly without any glitches or bugs -so far- and even looks good. Good job :) So it still works all fine but sometimes it would glitch my audio making it unclear and a little "crunchy" but other than that its still fine and functioning well. (Edited rewiew a few months later)
Exactly like any other any other equalizer apps but with more generous developpers and... you know, It's Actually More Reliable! at least this app wont randomly blast your ears after most musics and leave you with an ethernal anxiety near the end of your favourite song. Nope, none of that! This app never let me down and I'm sure you'll make good use of it too!
This app works. It stays in the background for nearly a day, and that's all I needed: A sound booster that works in the background long enough. I'd say it should probably make the volume boosting setting less ear rape-sounding, though.
Simple, quick and effective. After a bit of fiddling I was able to massively improve the sound of my music both through headphones and in the car. Ads are present (they have to make money somehow) but aren't intrusive at all. Highly recommend.
really great app, really easy to use, and this is the only working equalizer that has more than 5 band that i know. However there's some issues with the sound if i increase a frequency in a certain amount. Please fix it, this app will be perfect after that
It force you to enable the app by reducing the default volume of your phone. Like, it'll decrease the volume of any media you are playing so that you enable the app in the background. You'll notice it shortly that without the app enabled at the background, your media is not as loud as it used to be. It gives you a great service when enabled but at a cost of reduced volume when it's not enabled. Uninstalled it for good.
This app is really good! The sound quality is nice, base boost is awesome. I recommend this app if your phone doesn't have a built in equalizer. Also the ads are not overbearing with one click and it's gone. Doesn't ruin the experience at all.
Checked about a dozen different equalizer apps and finally settled on this and paid up as well. Spotify premium messed up my anker soundcore 2 speaker permanently. Bad crackling noise. So I was basically looking for an equalizer to stop that crackle and this helped me the most in comparison to all others. Good stuff! :)
Usually have to try few combination of volume booster and equaliser whenever I get a new device (android) but got lucky first time with this app. Would actually pay for this one of need be. Volume boost and bass settings easy to play with to get to my tastes which is same as most. High bass with clear vocals.
Finally! This is an app that does what it says it does. Its a simple brilliant and effective equalizer. You will hear the differnece when you sample the presets. Thank you for making a product that helps me hear music the way Artists intended me to hear it.. brilliant ....
So far it seems simple but effective. Easy to use with plenty of presets to choose from. I personally don't mind there being banner ads but could be a problem if I start getting those intrusive ones.. you know the ones for games I'll never play that you have to click on umpteen times before they eventually close, but other than that so far so good.

A good equalizer that gets the job done. This would be a 5 star app if it weren't for: • Not being able to accurately drag the sliders up and down with a finger and therefore having to tap elsewhere on the line for band volume adjustment. • No way to tell by how many decibels you adjusted a band. • No way to add more bands or change band frequency. • A lot of distortion when using the volume booster even a little bit.
