Very simple and easy to follow. In the beginning I thought the exercises weren't strenuous enough but after the 2nd day I started feeling the impact. The settings too can help you customize the app to your preference. One amazing thing is it can be used offline and to me that's a plus. Kudos to the team
The app was fun to do every morning to try and wake me up for the day, but overall not a good app. Although the exercises were reasonable and didn't cause a lot of noise to disturb my roommate, I feel as if they did nothing for me. Idk if it's because I worked out in the morning or if I needed a diet to go alongside it (which I wouldn't have done this close to the holidays), but this app isn't to help flatten your stomach; it's to help maintain a flat stomach. At least, that's how I see it.
Good App Only the counting is a little bit to fast
It would have been a good app if you would just add a voice over, I don't know how to make this thing talk. It did before but not anymore, what's wrong pls. I can't workout successfully if I don't hear a thing
Overall this is a pretty good app. It motivated me to get up and move. The exercises aren't hard on my back and I feel accomplished every time I complete a session. I even started walking again and my energy is up. I already see the results in one week. My sides are much slimmer!
I am using this app for a long time... I think 1+ year, I love this app, it's really great, whenever I see that my belly fat is increasing I take that challenge, I wanted to give 5 star but there is one improvement I expect from the programming guys, if you can please also add the breathing schedule with the excercises. Sometime it's confusing like should we inhale while stretching or while releasing.... otherwise it's a fantastic app... Thank you.
This app is amazing. It gives u tips. And it had visual aids to how to do the exercise if u don't know. And I love that there are options for begginers and professional for losing belly fat. And the exercise are so easy and I love that the time is maintainable.
The workouts are easy to follow although sometimes they are too fast but there is a pause button thats very helpful. There are also suggestions provided to make the experience better.
Love this app.It is so easy to follow. I do the excercises early in the morning and feel so good for the res lt of day. Even if you have a busy schedule, you can shape your body with this fantastic app. Thanks!

I like it but I wish I could turn off the clicking and counting just have it close to the end. My abs we're hurting at the beginning which means something's working lol... Hoping to see results so. I've only been doing this for about 10 days now.
This app is really fun! And easy. Me and my bestfriend has been doing these workouts for 7 days now and I already see a difference in my stomach and feel a difference on my back legs. Great app and really fun!!!

I like this app. It really tires me out but it's a good app and help me lose weight. I 100% reccomend this app. It's also sometimes difficult and it does make you lose weight. At least like 5 pounds a week
Great app. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. I love the exercises, they are great, you feel what you doing in your abdomen right away and infact not much time is consumed. I love it.
Helping to target abdominals. Along with mindfulness of eating as well as fasting. May not see results right away but definitely feel the results. And the look will soon to follow with endurance, dedication and discipline.
This app is good,its so impresssive. It really helping me on daily basics.Its not stressful,not diffcult but easy and simple.
I finish way before timing is up, should give option to go to next one rather waste time while the Avatar finishes it's SLOW counting!! I finish 20 of something it's on like 4 or 6.
this app is wonderful. I have weighed 213 pounds for a while, and tried dieting, and it never working. this is has helped me. I am now 184 pounds, and I am so happy to start losing weight. it has been day 24, I'm so excited to get to day 30, and keep using this app.
I usually don't give out one stars the lowest stars I give is like 3stars or more ! So this must mean something is BAD. Firstly I can't even see what the damn avatar is doing secondly The avatar is slow so I copy the avatar but then the timing gets fast so you don't know if what you're doing is right or wrong ....I can see potential I know you can make this right SO MAKE IT RIGHT and once you do I'll try the app again then I'll review it again....Thank you
The avatar is slower than the counting or different than the counting.. A beginer can be mislead. Exercises seems to be good. Will see in 30 days if the belly challenge worked or not.
I love this app! I feel like it's actually working and my legs feel kinda sore, and I can see some abs kinda starting to form. I love how they also have break days because I cant go fulls weeks lol😅 you should get this app I highly recommend it!😋
I love this app I did it today it was absolutely fantastic and amazing now that I feel more athletic from doing it today I am ready for 29 more dys thank you my mom started doing it with me and now she feels younger from just doing it in one day!!!
It is a Nice App,It helps Alot Even though Some Exercises are Hard**Not really that Hard**It's Good ,I even like how it reminds you to Exercise .I think for people who want Weight Loss YOU HAVE FOUND YOUR APP 💖
1 rest day out of 3 exercise days in a row, annoying amount of ads 😡😡 , good suggestion related apps, exercise program this app could be much better if the time counted for each exercise was much longer ⭐⭐⭐
I love this app, I've used it consistently for 5 days now, I love the fact that it gives me rest days after every 3 days! And the tips are on point! I can't wait to see my results in 30 days. I also make sure to incorporate running b4 I start using the app to get my heart rate up🏃🏾♀️🧘🏾♀️🤸🏾♀️👌🏾💞💞
This app are helpful. Before itshard to follow the moves for that I'm a beginner but later on oi got it.if your aware that you're body needs some work out try this.it helps us stay fit and keep our looks younger even you're in med 40s.
I just love the simple exercises that I can do within my small space, easy but spot on.
