In live update, map isnt visible to actually locate the vehicle.. whats the use of the app then?? device used is S9plus.. kindly do the needful at the earliest..
I bought a new phone and downloaded the app. While I am able to login and see my registered device, the map is not visible whereas I am able to see in the old phone. Is this restricted to only one phone?
not able to see map....only showing vehicle moment...map is not visible....meanwhile in browser the map is visible so there is no fault in my oneplus6T
It has gotten worse after updates..... It always automatically get closed and restart again whenever i open it..in my MI A1😕

It needs major improvement. Everytime I have to login even though I have saved my login id and password. UI is not up to the mark.
Horrible customer experience... These people never called me for subscription renewal... And my device stopped working which I didn't realized... Otherwise also lot of issues... Signal issues, eat car battery badly, app doesn't work properly, immobiliser issues, etc... A BIG NOOOOOOO........

Initially run. After that crashes all the time. Must be removed. Useless. No improvement after lot of calls on customer care. And now new app launched "Move" that is also hanging. And some accelleration problem showing live movement of vehicle. And now we can't stop vehicle when it is stolen. Conyrols redused. No actions on suggestions. Disapointed.
