The app keeps crashing. I was hoping someone was going to fix it, but a few months and nothing has happened.
Totally useless, nonworking app—can't even open it! Installed on a brand new Samsung, a year old Samsung, and an iPhone to see if it was the phone causing it. On each phone, the app constantly crashed. I was never able to open it, let alone use it.
I dont like how the dates are off within the App showing a month behind and I dont know if it's because I chose paperless but there is no actual invoice view to see the breakdown other than fuel purchases. I pay 100% before due date so what are these extra $$. This App needs serious improvements.
Stopped working today. Password update was required by the online app, as it had expired. Since then it is impossible to log in to the mobile app. Even uninstalled and reinstalled, with no luck.
Not a great app. This app is VERY unstable on new platform mobile devices.

Good enterprise security as you can't take screenshots. Good management of your fleet info. This app crashes too much though. If the developers fixed the crashes this app would get 5 stars from me!
Please fix the APP if you want me to login and pay a 2700 dollar fuel bill 🤷♂️ if not I do have a secondary fuel card I can start using JS
Fingerprint doesn't work so I have to enter my logins every time. Not that functional being an application financial manager for Chevron. More of an annoyance to access the app than helpful. Fix it please
Awful user management, hard to understand, VERY LIMITED account control. Might as well log into the website.
Buggy and hard to navigate and make payments. Least favorite app. 😫 Making payments - the dates don't line up. You have to future date a few days to get to a pay today date. It's wierd. Fleet should look at Chase Mobile or BOA for guidance on user friendly apps and interface. This app needs work.
App keeps crashing for the last 2 to 3 weeks. Frustrating when running a business..
A fee for everything. 8.00 a month for the account, 2.00 charge for each card, plus a charge for paper. I was hoping to save money, but it's just the opposite. I had more in fees this month than fuel.

please resolve reliability of search bar at top of screen when viewing lists; I have to close app and log back in in order for the search to work.
It won't load the page I need to set up the account. Keeps telling me that the page has been redirected too many times and to delete my cookies. I deleted all my cookies and it still says the same thing.
Im having issues pasting my password inthe app. I use a password generator to secure my accounts, but this apps dynamic look does not allow me to properly secure my account. please update.
After forcing me to change my password it won't let me log into the app anymore, but same user id and password gets me into the portal via browser. Contacted support already but no reply yet.

APP Issues Does not show all user id's and card numbers I have to manually load the informational in order for it to show There is no option to change the address when ordering a new card
