Very slow, come on comdata why has it been so long since it was updated last! Takes forever to load up prices and do away with it using MapQuest. Should be a lot quicker than what it is. ** Was working well after it was finally updated and now it isn't loading fuel prices! Can't submit feedback either. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a half dozen times and still isn't working. Please fix!!!

Never works. You open the app, it doesn't show you the fuel stations or prices. It does work sometimes, but in the last month or so it doesn't load anything. Just shows you the map, which is useless because you can't use it for navigation without it giving you a station to click on and open directions to.

The application has no current update to install. the application has been non functioning since before Christmas of 2018. I have the email saying you all don't know when it will be back up. It was only supposed to be down a week. It is interesting that it is now almost a month later and no new progress to show for it. Having to call a computer is ridiculous. You should be able to talk to a real person not a computer. I with 240 drivers that are all have the same problem with their app.

Prices listed are from days ago. Comdata rep stated once card number was loaded into app discounts would show. Nothing changed with card info ,still not showing discounts. Currently I would say it's useless. You can't even leave feedback on the app , error pops up.

if I could give the app zero stars I would. The app has been down for two weeks but it is the only way to check your balance without a surcharge from comdata. Because this is my company fleet card I have no option to change to a reliable service. Update. It's been a year since this review. The app is down again. It started two days ago. Just as last time, no way to check your balance or transfer your balance without a surcharge from comdata. Minus zero stars if possible. 😝😝😝😝😝😝😝😭😭

What is wrong: Shows the closest Pilot 136 miles away not the one 5 miles away. It doesn't tell me 136 miles where. The way I'm going or not. Hit details and it never shows anything. It doesn't show price without IFTA so you can compare prices across state lines. It does not show prices along my route so I can plan my next stop 1000 miles away. I'm go coast-to-coast on I-40. I need to see every stop in exit order all the way showing price and price minus IFTA. Bottom line; it's useless.

This app worked great for almost two years and then it updated and is completely useless. Log in is no longer functional. Customer service is non-existent. ** Update** App is still down and the folks at customer service have absolutely no idea when they will be able to get it up and running again.

I had the same problem when i logged in it would just hang and do nothing. Try going to your apps in the settings then go into FleetAdvance then go to storage and clear the data and/or the cache. I have a Samsung Note 8. This worked for me and now the app works like it did before. Hope this helps.

Terrible app. Same as every other review. Doesn't load can't get it to sign in have to constantly call and get charged. As big as Landstar is I wish they would get with comdata and get this garbage fixed. Very disappointed in what this has to offer. Money management is important and this app is supposed to make it easy. If there was a way to rate 0 stars I'd give it that.

Update: I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Seems to be working. Kept all my info too. No thanks to Comdada. Put on your big boy pants and let us know stuff. Fess up. It's easier. Won't open. App quit working. I've sent multiple messages not 1 response. It's been over 3 days that I know of.

The app is down for upgrades for awhile. At first, I was furious, so I sent a email in to find out what the heck is going on. After a few hours, I got a reply back telling me of the upgrades and to use the number on back of the card (need pin) for voice directed bank transfers and card balance checks and the fee will be waived till the app is up. Not the most efficient, but its DOES work non the less. I wish they would have somehow let everyone know before hand but Im satified it works.

for a while I didnt have any issues with the app.. just recently the app started not to work at first I couldnt enter my log in information it would stay stuck on the loading screen. a few days passed and I was now able to enter my information but now it doesn't go past that point. I have to call the number to get my balance and I get charged .50 every time.. please fix this issue thank you.

App worked fine until I was forced to update it. Now it won't even open. It constantly crashes. Then they charge a fee to check your balance at an atm om top of charging a fee if u attempt to take more money than what's on the card. I can only imagine how much money Comdata is racking in from fees.

This has to be one of the most unreliable apps I use. Checking my balance any other way would cause me to incur a fee. If I'm forced to check my balance on here for free, then the least that could happen is that it works and loads like it's supposed to. On 12-22-18 this app during an 8 hour period has yet to load up. I'm just seeing the wheel spin. This is absolutely ridiculous.

For some reason, the app has stopped working. Has been great until this week. App just sits on the startup screen and will no longer load. Frustrating. UPDATE...over 2 weeks now, and still not working!! When I call, all I get told is, "They are doing maintenance. We dont know when it will be completed."

something is wrong with the app right now, n because I've tried at least 10 times to get on to check my balance and it won't let me. it just keeps Buffering, but most of the time the app is great. hopefully you fix this bug quickly.

it's been a 5 star app for years, for the last 2 months or so, honestly I can't remember the last time I was able to check my card. it might have been Oct 21st update. :( I just uninstalled and reinstalled, same, installed on nox on my pc, same none functioning behavior. they aren't stealing enough of our money if we use this app. all it is!

If your app doesn't work you are not missing much. Inaccurate fuel prices, especially in Canada. The difference could be up to $.10 per gallon. Tried to crosscheck the prices with LandstarOne- still getting contradictory results. Supposedly the data comes from the same source-Comdata.

So... The past month, I have not been able to get the app to open for card access. I have seen the responses to positive reviews, but would like to see FIXES to the rest. Mind you, this is still happening, AFTER uninstalling/installing, as well as removing/adding my card. It's as if the admins have taken a long vacation, or simple disinterest. As of today, January 25, 2019, I am able to log in for the first time in over a month. Admins, thank you for the fix!

It keeps crashing. Cant get it to work. Edit: the app is no longer crashing, but it still will not pull up any information, it just stays trying to load forever, without loading. Now I have to call the number to get my balance and I dont like the fees you charge for that. Please fix this app.

Since the update, it still isn't allowing me to login and not to sure why you need all of these permissions just to use an app. You don't need access to my photos, or caller ID. Maybe the wifi but that is it. Get it together. Goodness

Horrible....it used to work beautifully, up until about a year ago. Have not been able to access the express cash side of it on my phone. One of my tablets I could, until yesterday...cleared cache, uninstalled reinstalled, etc. I'm done. You'd think a company of this type would be better at this.

It seems to me that there was a lot of laziness involved in developing this app. You have to login for each individual card. You also have to force stop the app if you've left the app opened for a little while in order to view a card again. This was on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and and a Samsung Galaxy S20. If I check the balance on a card, then go to another app, I have to force stop FleetAdvance in order to check the card or another card again. Unfortunately, I have no choice of apps.

It's virtually the year 2020. To not have an app "support" the latest Android operating system is inexcusable. Pixel 4 XL, and a Pixel 3 XL updated to the latest version of Android brings a warning that the app version was created for an older version of Android. Can't get past the login screen.
