In a scale of 1-10, I give this app a rating of 1. I will admit that my disliking for this app does have something to do with the company I worked for which was less than honorable to say the least. However, I have never had to jump through so many hoops just to get it uninstalled. It wasn't worth the effort to download it in the first place.
this app is total garbage! i cant even sign my logs have put in numerous tickets for several months and still isnt fixed! look for a different log book app dont waste your time with this they dont care at all about fixing the issues
Worthless chunk of scrap. Doing the "you need updates " won't let you get out of a loop of nothing.
Always harasses you to update then takes you in a circle and will never acually update. Completely agrivating

This eld system is complete junk a complete joke i was suppose to get time back haven't yet if i get any type of violation while using this i will sue fleetmatics for a fraudulant app. If you have never been in the trucking business you should stay away from it let the professionals handle like peoplenet qualcomm etc. I can't stand stupidity.
This is the worst system I have ever used. Customer service thinks it's funny when it takes you 10 minutes to log off duty. They say it's a glitch in our system. I am using their system. She thought it was amusing very condescending. Would not recommend anybody.
Works a heck of a lot better when your not using an ancient tablet. Works great on my note 8. Not so much on my tab 4
Ok so I've tried to connect my vehicle via Bluetooth and it will not connect. I've called customer service, which is more like calling someone who is not trained on the specific product and issues. Just a big joke!
Developer take note: This app is very intrusive. Most drivers are required to use this app on their personal phone. Note this is my phone, not yours. I've bought and paid for it, not you. Remove the requirement for Device Administrator, as well as auto-opening the app on device startup. The desired outcome can be achieved without these intrusive permissions, and drivers should not be bothered by your app on what precious little time we have off work with our families. BTW Drivers: you can at least go in to your notification settings and block all notifications from this terrible app.
Complete garbage. Doesn't update even when done by administrator. Not user friendly for drivers or admin. Lacks features that others have as a standard. Get anything else but this sorry excuse for ELD.
This is terrible, really not user friendly and it can't find my vehicle after already being connected.
I wish my work did not make me use this app ... I would rather be locked in a porta potty and push down a hill while on fire then have to use this app for one more second
I got this app on my phone and I just wanted to look at it. I can't log in it and of course it won't deactivate it and I've tried to uninstall it and it tells me I have to deactivate it first. There's a deactivation button that doesn't work
I dislike this company in general, but the app is really frustrating. I've tried uninstalling it and it won't leave it just keeps popping back up!
Does not connect to truck. Pops up on its own and will not allow you to uninstall with permission from administrator

It works for what it was designed no problem to uninstall! it was easy. people that can't uninstall are computer / technology illiterate they deserve to keep using a rock and chisel...
The driver can't edit his logs on the road. I can't find where you put the BOL # and when you go on duty it doesn't give you any options to push like loading fuel or whatever
I can't even log in on the app. Haven't been able to since downloading it. My employer can't get a hold of anyone. No one seems to be answering or returning calls. So the app and support is totally worthless!
this is a terrible app. Connection issues constantly. They failed to get any actual users inputs. Completely unusable for people that are not daily dot drivers. junk app.
