Things were better when Fleetmatics had the program. My app still has issues, Verizon sent wrong units for the 5g updates, then wanted to charge me to install the updated units or deal with a dongle that could be unplugged by the driver or thief of my vehicles. Not a fan. I have been a verizon commercial cell client for 10 years and fleetmatics client for 9. Disappointed. Hope it gets worked out or I need to leave both out of frustration.
Problem only partially fixed. Have to log out and log back in every time I want to access live view, which I do often. Time consuming and annoying. Never had to do that before. Ionly access fleetmatics from my mobile device does not work anymore. Customer service told us our phones were not new enough and we needed an iPhone I'm not going to spend$2,000 on new phones and then find out it still doesn't work. Has been working fine on my phone for the past 2 years need to cancel service
Verizon Connect has absolutely terrible service. Had for 3 years worked well when it was Fleetmatics. Customer service don't have a clue what's going on. Been transferred to manager after manager to help resolve issues, but they seem to be moving around in company then have to start all over again. Been dealing with this sorry company and customer service for 8 plus months to get issues resolved. Do get wrapped up with Verizon Connect.
Terrible service, terrible ap. There is a reason Verizon has long term contracts - few companies would keep the service very long if they could cancel. We have had the service nearly a year and they still don't have all of the units installed. They charge us every month for GPS devices that have never been connected because the install team drops the ball. I have contacted sales, support, been shuffled around multiple account managers. Nothing works. Currently looking at GPStrackit
The app used to work great. Lately it no longer shows the posted speed limit or the vehicle speed. We have called several times about this and nothing has been done to fix the problem. All the alert says is that the vehicle was speeding. Not much good if I can not tell how fast the driver was going or the amount he/she was over the limit. Thank you for fixing the app. It works much better now.
Every time I leave the app then come back to it to check my vehicles the live map will not load my vehicles. I have to log out, then log back in to display my vehicles. Once I leave the app and come back same process all over again frozen etc have to log out then log back in. It's a headache! I had fleetmatics for approximately 7-8 years never had this problem. I wish this problem get fixed like SOON!
The app is garbage. "live map" doesn't even show you a map with all vehicles. It shows you a list, which isn't a map... What a joke. Just sign in on a browser and ignore this app.
If you cancel a vehicle you will continue to be invoiced for over two year after cancelling (still being invoiced). Even after several emails and ignoring invoices, no one calls to ask anything, they just keep invoicing. Absolute worse customer service ever experienced. Cancellwd entire service over a year ago and all emails arw ignored and phone calls are "looked into" with no calls back. Id give this zero stars if i could.
I've never seen a change after my last 6 updates. Same app. Works good for real time info. I've had problems with the travel and stops option for the last 3+ months. I was told first that it was my phone, told the second time it was my phone, told the third time it was not my phone "which I knew in the beginning". When they found out it was not an issue with my phone, I was told they were going to close the troubleshooting claim "while not fixed", saying it would be taken care of on the next up
The whole thing gets worse everyday since Verizon took over Fleetmatics. Lost all my units today on both the web and app. Service plans quit working a while back. Took 3 weeks for the mechanics to catch, sent in support ticket about it. Ended up remaking and deleting all service plans to get working which ruined previous services. And then after 2.5 weeks from submitting ticket get a call. Said what I did and they go glad you got it. Have a nice day. Seriously. Wouldn't suggest anymore
I signed up for them and they said I had 3 months free trial. It has been 5 months going on 6 months so I terminated contract they did not do what they said they would do and now want 10 thousand in early termination fees. My chipper was stolen in that 5 month period and that was one of the GPS says that was not working that they were trying to get fixed. If they had been working would have found my chipper alot easier. Make sure you read the fine print this is the worst service I've ever had.
The app is horrible. I get a black screen when I click on reports. The only thing that works is live maps which doesn't tell me squatt. I can't just rely on my desktop to pull information from.
Every since the update the app won't let me login. I use the same login info on my computer and it works fine. I uninstalled and installed and it still doesn't work. Very frustrating!
When prompt to Update, the app disconnects from the ECM paired to this app. Constanct communication failure between Verizon ELOG App and the Paired ECM. Every Commercial ELOG App in the play store "AUTOMATICALY updates without difficulties, Thank You Verizon for keep8ng me in Violation with the FMCSA!
Overall pretty good, sometimes it takes a little longer to load. Would be nicer if you could look at the current weeks past days, instead of just the previous day and last wk.
Always having to uninstall and reinstall for it to work. Been happening the cost 2 weeks and it is ridiculous when you are trying to locate your vehicles for business purposes.
This app works for a day then you have to un-install it and re-install it to get it to work. It keeps asking for my review with the emoji and why I wasn't happy and I've typed the reason why and still no fix or reply from Verizon.
I love Reveal. I wish I had purchased it sooner!!! I can see where my drivers are at all times. Reveal absolutely eliminates all of the check calls for ETA. It's just wonderful all around.
Does not allow a log in. App suggests l need internet or incorrect password. I am signed in on a desktop, right next to my phone and a browser ON the same phone the app is installed 🙄 Horrible app.
Was working pretty good. I was gone for two weeks now it wants me to log in. I don't remember my password. When I tried to reset it. It didn't work. I tried emailing you. No response. I gess there's 0 Support?
Since update keep getting error messages that vehicle list not loaded. I have to to reinstall app to get it work properly. Sometimes 3-4 times per day!
Since the new update it stopped working. Then there was another recent update 3 days ago and it still didn't work as they said it fixed the issue. I use this app on a LG G6 phone. Also their mobile website isnt really mobile friendly.
The app would be nice if you could close out of it! On an android, the only way to close it is by opening your recent apps and closing just it or all of your apps! I'm not sure how it is on an iPhone?
UPDATED: Uninstalled and reinstalled app after Reveal performed maintenance on the system. App now works well, with current info available. Worked well when it was Fleetmatics. Since Verizon has taken control, it's prone to crashing and riddled with bugs. Additionally, the "live map" on android only shows a cache image of where the vehicles were 72 hours ago, which isn't helpful.
