Pure dogsh#t. If you can find another option. It can't even open the gallery or camera on my note 20. In order to upload photos I need to upload the photos to Dropbox then download them one at a time from Dropbox onto work classic and sometimes that doesn't even work. It's honestly a 20min process to upload half a dozen photos.
Truly one of the worst applications I've ever used. It crashes. It's buggy. It's slow and unresponsive. The image uploading functionality is poor at best. Avoid this if possible.
my company issued us a iPad for each truck and they also told us to download the app on our phones the app does not work on the iPad but so far it's working on my phone I still don't like it And everybody in the company that uses this app says the same thing. It's garbage
Poor quality of usage seems like the system is over encumbered with glitches. Regular lose of work and typed job descriptions poor camera usages. Just a overall terrible app. Also never has a update to fix it of any sort
This app needs help since Verizon purchased it, it has went down hill fast 8 years on this program and the last year has been horrible
Crashes very frequently. Especially when trying to upload pictures.
App has a tendency to freeze and touch buttons seem to be slightly off and overly sensitive.
Really bad app, always crashing each time you try to use it and when ever you wanted to load a picture

This app is the bane of my entire existence
One of the worst and useless apps. Using it for over 2 years now (have no choice) and it makes real nightmare of my job - very unreliable, constantly loosing connection and has to be stopped, restarted and logged in, and as a result - I'm not receiving jobs; can't complete jobs; constantly have to rewrite reports, notes etc. because most of times I click save button it just disapears after lengthy period of waiting; just to complete easy, quick job is number of times longer than actual job.
Need tech to be able to view their hours and also confirmation when clocking in and out would be a great improvement.
Take pics and come back to it next day and half the time they are gone.
Forced to use app for work, often stalls while loading. I need to type everything out separately in other programs so I don't lose my notes. Support says not many of their customers use the completion notes (the only way to input details about a job). Definitely counterproductive. Years of mandatory use and no significant improvements noticed. Not able to even save attached documents or copy job details into clipboard. Using a text document through email would be an upgrade.
Since the last update the app has been terrible. Buttons and words are overlapping, when I switch to a different app I always have to relogin when I go back to Fleetmatics, the map feature never shows all of my jobs, the clock in button now is following me to the active jobs tab. The app was good before the update. Update*** Since the most recent update alot of the problems are now gone. The app is usable again. The map feature still doesn't load all my jobs, not sure if something is wrong with it or it's meant to do it this way but the few jobs that show up are completely random.
I see that an update was made on Jan 23. With that much of the complaints which I have read are not popping up. I do find that the app considerably reduces the quality of images taken so much so that the image is unusable. That may need to be sorted out come the next update.
Well they took mine down from earlier this summer so here it goes again. They're not supporting this app any longer. But this one does what the newer app doesn't, which is allow for custom screens with questions that need replies to before you can finish the job. And the fact that I can search all completed work not just what I've been assigned to is why I use this one along with the other... Why should I need 2 apps to do job of 1? The picture option is horrible on this one as they all look blurry when trying to find an old pic that was taken instead of adding picture while I'm in front of the unit. Searching for pics after the fact is all but useless and obsurred. The new app does a good job of picture adding. Verizon needs to get it together in order to compete in a market where we have other options.
