Terrible expérience ! Overcharged to an incredible amount do to the distance travelled (90% of the price for a normal distance within Luxembourg). Then they charged me 100€ ("forgiving" a 250€ additional penalty) for a FALSE damage that was placed on me a week later. Finally they take about 2 months to reply to an email.
You have to return the car at the same station you took it, which might be relevant most days, let's say 4 out of 7 (expressed in days if the week) but definitely not every day.
Seamless experience and the help service was very professional in explaining.
