flexdrive - Car Subscription App

Pretty good experience with a few minor hiccups. After dealing with Flexdrive for more than 9 months, I would recommend this car service to anyone. Mileage limit went from 700 miles a week to 500 - minus 1 star and once it took an entire month to recieve my deposit back. Otherwise its an awesome service... Update. Flexdrive should allow rollover mileage for subscribers with more than 4 consecutive weeks.

Subscription gives you the ease of simply pushing a button to continue or looking for great upgrades at the touch of your fingers.....If you are looking for the ease of non commitment of some long 5 yr car purchase (that is not the future) car subscription is the new way and you have the ability to upgrade via app without speaking to some overworked commissioned car salesman.The app is secure and always being upgraded and it includes your ins. card on app for rideharing weekly

I've been using Flexdrive for about a year now. My cousin told me about it and I have to say that I'm highly satisfied with the service and company. Normally to rent an eco car would cost at least $500 for a week with the company's insurance (I'm sorry, I never use mine, that's a lil crazy to do). But Flexdrive provides their own insurance and roadside assistance service in cases of an emergency. But THIS company has been the BEST choice I've ever made when it comes to renting cars. Their selection of cars are awesome and super easy get. You're in and out within 7 mins. I will NEVER use another rental car company again. FLEXDRIVE IS THE BEST!!!

I love the car I have but they're the only service I know without unlimited miles. I won't use them longterm. $325 a week is okay....if miles are unlimited. They need to rethink their charges . I do 400 miles on a Sat easy. 1000-1500 a week is normal. So really...unless I want to pay $400+ a week....I have to watch how much I drive. Not worth it

Currently in the last two days of my first Flexdrive reservation. Rented from Mt Laurel, NJ. A cx3 for the fourth of july weekend. No fuss on pick-up, friendly staffs, extremely enjoyable drive and clean vehicle. Account set up process was easy and intuitive unlike its competitors such as fair. I understand why someone would say that flexdrive can be priced higher than usual but considering the flexibility and convenience coverage. It's well worth it for the weekend. So far so good! Good Job!

knighthawk. if you rent for 1 day the new policy states you can ONLY drive 71 miles even when paying extra for share ride insurance. They charged me $25 going over the 71 miles and went and charged me an extra $25 once I hit 100 miles. But the policy states it's $25 when you go over an additional 100 miles. Which mean I should have gotten charged $25 once I hit 72 miles and then charged another $25 if I get to 172 miles. Took them 4 days before someone reached me back...I gave car back ASAP!!!!

dudes. I love flexdrive so fiercely. I cant even begin to tell you how they are the solution to literally every problem in my life. not kidding. every problem I've had they were like boom heres a solution. for instance I was late to get the car, the rep stayed late to make sure I was good. I wanted to change my subscription renewal date, this was also not a problem. Im amazed at how perfect all around this company is. this is the future of car use w/no committment and no hassle. be my valentine♡

First car rental with them was bad car was not ready no paper for the rideshare registration so I lost 3 days rental so they gave me a $15 refund. So when I was able to get on road vehicles needs maintenance and on gas for a Nissan. So I thought I will renew for 3 days was charged $96 also $15 mileage fee but the next day I'm charged another $60 and I don't know why. That's it going to uber or Lyft car program forget these other companies that shows you a good deal but you get what you paid for

SCAM! Unless u wanna skip hassle of search for best rental car deal, flexdrive is a big LOSER! U pay reg (or HIGHER!) rental $$ for econ cars, might even be an older car OR u pay super high $$ for more upscale cars (poss. 3-4 years old). Whether u rent for 1-4 weeks, the weekly price never changes. NO DISC. on any prices? NO DISC. for long COMMITMENT? NO POINT!! *Unless ur under 25 & can't use rental companies. BTW, I NEVER write reviews but I HATE time wasting apps!

The app doesn't show the cars....all images are not coming up of what the car looks like before you commit to it. Need those photos and a look in person of the vehicle before I place money on it.

They tell you it's unlimited miles, and it is when you start, as it should be for the amount of money they charge. Then they make it 500 miles a week, you would think they would lower the price. Thank you for being so loyal to me, jk you obviously do not care about your customers!!!!! Funny how I can't log into my account now. Funny how you still false advertise on the app and say it's unlimited miles. Everyone who got ripped off, report Flexddrive to the BBB. I absolutely will.

Not only was the app updated to make it fully functional (mileage billing now shows) but whag makes it a big 5 star is the team i was assigned to- especially jordan cool. This is a much better alternatyve to bug rental car compqmanies.

The prices are outrageous. They advertise cars *starting in the 400s* on their site but the cheapest car available in Dallas is more than double that! Park Place will let you subscribe several different model MERCEDES for cheaper than most of these prices for crappy old clunkers with foggy headlights.

Didn't use the service just saw the prices and they are sky high! your better off renting Enterprise or something you'd get much better pricing than they have with insurance. waste of time.

I love this service! It is easy , convinient and fun to be sble to switch cars when needed. Customer service is great and reliable.

Easy to use and straight to the point. Although, I wish there was a way to set up matainence for the cars through the app. Outside of that, this is great.

I like the ability of getting a quick rental for a week versus 3 days. It Helped me out when my car was totaled. Happy that it was available here in Atlanta/Flexdrive. Lana was very helpful.. #Ameridrive

The update to the app is great. I've been using them for over a year now, glad I got a car when I did because the Philly/Jersey market isnt as affordable as they used to be. The service is good but the prices are wayyyy to high now

Overall experience has been great! Lana and everyone at the Atlanta location are amazing and always helpful! Very accommodating on my swaps even when I'm running late (which is basically always lol!)

Doesn't show you any vehicles. Put 500 miles of current location and max price (1600 a month or 400 weekly). I live in SoCal. Says no vehicles available. Not sure how that's possible but why even have the app.

good app for the most part but at the price, uber partners should use fair for close to thw same price but have unlimited miles. Also you said "getting a card shouldn't be" so fix that yo

Flexible program, pleasant staff. They have helped me a lot Flexdrive/Ameridrive is the way to go if you want to ride with freedom from contracts, down payments, and repairs.

So over $900 a month for a RAV4??? I don't care if that does include insurance. Something tells me you could rent long term from Enterprise or just use Uber everywhere and it would be cheaper. Perhaps if you live in a city and pay sky high car insurance it MIGHT be worth it but not for this suburbanite.

App is glitching and won't allow me to make a payment. You can never reach anyone via phone or email. They have the worst customer service.

Cheapest cars are $800. This is not an alternative to renting, this is more expensive than renting. No thanks, Ill just go through Enterprise or Turo.

I use the vehicle for rideshare, just wish the insurance would update a bit earlier so I can use to work. Other than that everything is great

Ameridrive/flexdrive In Georgia is a complete lifesaver, The staff was really friendly and patient the whole process was super simple I recommend anyone needing to rent or lease a vehicle for a while to contact Nadia she is great .

I placed an application weeks ago with my private information and still no response. I emailed them twice at least a couple of weeks a part and no response to email. Possible scam?

Don't waste your time renting from them, the rate is way too expensive relative to the 500 miles per week. You better go rent an exotic car from Turo if you have to pay this ridiculous rates.
