Prod Server for dbkl parking is down and no Rep or backup takeup the transactions. Cannot pay for parking. Error message pointing to client side issue, but other apps do not have connection issue. This points to this app's problem. Also, careful when use with smart selangor app since it shares instance.
The app is easy tu use, and it get the job done as intended. Suggestion for improve: Dear developer, can you make the app reload works both way. Meaning, after a customer reload money into the app to pay for parking, for the remaining balance that we aren't able to use or we know that we aren't going to use for parking payments for awhile, can we just transfer back to our bank account, I think it can be very useful. Thank you ☺️
Unresponsive App. Can someone please enlighten me on your not responsive app? After uninstall and reinstall the app, I still cannot log in despite previously already can use the app for few months. I just want to pay parking normally but the app keep cannot log in. How do I pay the parking then? Fix this annoying app please!
App is working again after latest update. Initially broken and reported beginning of May 2022. For those encountering issues, clear app cache and data.
Now i cannot connect. It says i have to check internet connection, the hell is that suppose to mean when i uninstall and reinstalled your app seamlessly. But to get to connect your server, macam hambar. Oi, rollback la...
Is it possible to extend this parking app to other states like Perak, Penang, Johor and Melaka as well? It will be convenient if we can use this same app every where. Other wise the app is okay la..
Cannot load application!! Please fix it as I have credit in the app which needs to be used to pay parking fees.
Love to use this app, can use the same app and paid parking everywhere. The customer service and technical team also give excellent support. whenever I face issue they will contact me in very short period of time to settle for me. Thumb up to Mr. Zul from technical team, he very friendly and follow up issue that I have from beginning till the end. Good job !!!!!
After the update, the apps cannot open already, have send email to report, but still not have any issues to me, my money is still inside, how now?
Want to pay parking only. Why need force register account. No guest mode to pay parking. Can u imagine every shopping mall parking need register an account in order to pay parking. Registration account need provide birth date , phone number, email some more. Actually what is ur concern. Just be practical, dont simply collect user information.

Bad experience! I wanted to buy credit but it says to connect to the internet, which is already turned on. The interface of the app is also horrible.
Been using this for a long while... The experience is good. The upgrade has notably improved and surprising the it still feels lightweight when operating it. Thank you developer. Keep the apps lightweight and less is more.
Flexi parking kinda ok apps to pay for parking easily.. but currently the apps got some problem.. now you wont be able to extend parking before or after expired and renew available only after 1 hour expired..
Has been almost 10 days I am unable to top up payment. Very bad and ugly system. Typical Malaysian company, unprofessional
Although we had paid shows not paid then when we panic and pay again show the time of previous and current paid total hour... Useless app
New upgrade creates problem. Everytime I click on my car number to pay parking, it automatically goes to camera for QR code scanning, when what I actually want to do is pay for off road parking. the older version of this app was very convenient. now I have to buy coupon because this new version is not reliable. and when I call the number on the flexipay website for help, noone picks up.
Stupid app keep telling me that The login username is not registered. When I wanted to create a new account it say my email has been used. Stupid
After a recent update, I always get the prompt 'Server not reachable'. I have no problems with my data connection at all. And don't tell me to uninstall/reinstall the app. Been there, done that. I'll just switch to your competitor. Keep the 2 ringgit left in my account. You can use that to pay for your parking, while using your competitor's app lah. This one no good. Move along.

Worst.. complicated apps.. please make it more simple and easy to understand and using the apps..
The previous version is far better and easier to use. This one is buggy - you can't even retrieve your receipts, change councils easily and keeps getting into scan mode when you do not want it. Overall crappy app compared to the previous version which was great and user friendly, and the developers of this version deserved to be fired for their sheer incompetence in ruining an app that works great previously. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!!
This saves me a lot of time and money. Don't have to go buy the coupons, walk back, scratch which takes a while. This app enables you to do it within seconds! Especially the convenience of it automatically changing between districts. Would be nice if we can set a time to pay our parking like every 10pm to 4pm.
Great App. Hate buying those coupons. You can change councils -Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan. You can change cars. I love the countdowns...you can just top it up where ever you are ( in meetings, when shopping) , just by using the app. You don't have to rush to the parking spot just to add in coupons or putting money in machines. Its hassle free. 😍🤩
It is convenient to pay parking for the areas covered, without the need to look for machines, queue under hot sun or rain. But app's GPS Detection is too slow and there is problem receiving receipts for recent payments.
