It's a great App especially since I can use it offline. Stretching before and after working out is no longer a hustle. Moreover, there are stretches for specific areas like the lower body or upper body stretching which I love. I ddo think there's room for improvement like having warm-ups and cooldowns. The workouts within the same duration are also repeatitive. if you could mix things up a bit regardless of the consistent time frame, that would be awesome.

The stretching exercises are great. I really like the variety and ability to choose what you want to focus on. My biggest issue is the lack of instruction. Videos of each stretch are available, but there is no written or spoken guidance for posture or how it should feel. It is difficult to stretch and watch the video clip at the same time. I would give 5 stars if the app told me how move correctly.

I didn't have super high expectations, but this met all of mine. All I've used it for is guided stretching, and for that it is perfect. You pick how long you want to go for, and it shuffles through stretches, shows a person doing each one and tellz you how long to do it. As a post-lifting routine, this works great, especially for a free app.

I generally use this app for pre-workout stretching, so I can't really speak on any other feature. You can set reminders to stretch and also adjust the total time of your workout. My only complaint is that the app sticks to a predictable (though it says random) list of exercises depending on the time set. I do wish it was truely random, though this may change in the premium version. Other than that, its a great app for my purposes!

So far so good. I'm a novice and would likely have given up by now without the daily reminders. Only hitch is that if you go back (rewind) too far you may delete the stretch and have to move to another. I like that the ease of transitioning from upper body to lower body to full body. I also like the ease in setting my goal each day (5 minutes to hour)....so if I'm short on time before working out I can easily adjust.

Absolutely awesome app. It's easy to tailor to your needs and time and I found the stretches really effective. I held off on a full 5 stars because flexibility can be really creative in terms of positions and I wish they had been more daring in that sense. Overall I recommend this app whether you need a full hour session of stretching or just 5 minutes to target a painful back. You're good to go on this!

Been using it for a few months now and it was a great experience, simple and effective UI that makes following the exercises easy. Only lately have I noticed that my phone ends up using nearly 40% of my battery for a 40 min workout and it ends up being really hot. The app isn't that graphics heavy to be using 1% of battery per minute. You either have a bug or your using the free version to do background computation... Otherwise great app!

Apps is nice with lots of exercises but it has two problems. First, if you do the same amount of time the app always shows the same exercises. To have variety you need to increase the minutes of the stretch session. The other problem is that the app suddenly ends the session when using it, this have been happening for some time. It may happen when I almost finish the session or in the middle of it. Overall good app for stretching and far better than many others out there.

It gives me guidance. I can pause it to catch up. it does move more rapidly than me at 66. The only thing that could make it better is if I had a choice to set the speed slower (or faster) which is impossible without altering the sound & voice component. Overall, I love it. All I have to do is have the mindset to exercise & I have an immediate real time coach. Thank you.

Hi Team, It's a great app and I am a regular user!! Just few things need to be fixed in my opinion 1) I don't know why but it skipped many days of my workout from the calendar, i think that's a bug 2) Breathing technique is very important when it comes to workout, please include that in your app and it will be perfect! PS: I love it so much!!

Its perfect. At least for me. Cause u can customize ir time too. Imagine u hve busy schedule and u want to stretch a bit and u hve just a few minutes. Then its perfect app for u. The demo is perfect too. Because its of a human. I always get confused in animated demos. This is perfect. Easy to use and understand. Love it. I cant find any flaws so far. 👏🏻

single dislike: when trying to go forward or back a stretch during a session (sometimes i need to see it again) it just starts showing completely different stretches instead of the ones on the shown list and i cant get back to where i was in my work out without completely starting over and waiting through each timed stretch. no skipping ahead.. absolutely drives me crazy. otherwise- great app i use it multiple times a day!

I would give five stars, I really like the app, stretches are well illustrated, and I like the options for time allotted and areas to stretch. My only complaint is that the timer is inaccurate. I selected a five minute session and it was closer to 8, which is critical in the morning. I've learned, and will continue to use it, I just have to know that I can't count on it being the actual amount of time I'll be spending.

Absolutely the best stretching app there is. I use it every morning. I particularly like the randomization feature that keeps my routine from getting too boring. I like the longer stretch sessions for weight training warmups, or loosening up the day after a particularly strenuous workout. It's extra nice that it syncs with my Google Fit app.

At first I thought this app was great, but as I've been using it I've encountered some issues: 1. I have had some post-workout aches since doing the full body routine as key muscle groups have been left out. 2. The randomise workout creates a very similar workout each time 3. There is a very limited collection of stretches, you could at least double the library. Thank you

It's a pretty good stretching app with a good range of stretches. Pros: I love just setting a time limit and it taking care of all the work Cons: I would love to see better descriptions of the stretches. There is just a short clip that doesn't always explain the stretch very well.

Easy to use, exercises easy to duplicate, various time amounts fit into any schedule, new exercises added with increase minutes. I usually do 15 minutes- takes about 20 minutes because of the time given to move and get ready for the next exercise. Exercises completed either sitting, laying, or standing. The 5 - 20 minute sets don't require any equipment. Easy to pause and restart or to skip a particular exercise and get another one in its place.

very happy with this app, been using it for about 2 months now. love how you can set the length of your session. Exercises have helped with my lower back discomfort in the mornings. My only suggestion, it would be great if you can select and mix up those moves you are most interested in. Probably you can in a paid version...

Jam. D. May 16, 2020

5 stars may be a bit generous for this app, but I also feel it's better than 4 stars. I purchased the premium version (only $1.99 great deal!) specifically so that I wouldn't have to keep going from sitting to standing every other exercise, because there is a lack of structure to the workouts. Other than that minor complaint I enjoy that app very much. The videos are among the best of any app I've seen, and the exercise selection is nice as well. My shoulders and neck are much healthier now.

Dan. F. Apr 11, 2022

Pretty good, not the best in terms of quality but gets the job done. I very much like that it's a one time payment. Especially for a simple app like a stretching routine. So many other apps make you subscribe nowadays just because they can. It's getting out of hand and fitify recognises this issue.

Dra. T. Apr 19, 2020

It's sufficient for what it is bit it has a few rather bothersome problems. The exercises can be repetitive, several of which I physically can't do, amd theres a limit to how many you can skip. Any one on its own would be fine but together these problems are pretty severe. The images/animations are too vague and the 10 second gap between each exer ise can add several minutes to the total work out. Over all it works well enough but it's got some issues that can be trying at best.

Ros. G. May 13, 2019

I'd be more inclined to buy premium if the app selected a full body stretch routine of different stretches everyday, that I could edit, skip or save if I wanted. So that at the end of every month, even if I completed a full body stretch for just five minutes every morning, the app would've presented me with every stretch. Additionally, I'd appreciate if the app said "begin" after it tells you to change sides. In the free version it says "begin" only at the start of the new stretch.

A. G. u. Sep 30, 2018

This is a very good app, in fact I love it so much I paid premium for it! I use it to warm up because normal warm up moves are too exhausting for me (beginner, lol) and to cool down... It helps with my endless stiff muscles. Only would enjoy if "Randomize workout" really means RANDOMIZE from the entire roster of positions saved in the app (according to area of course), not the same 10 or so prepared for that time slot (at least I always have the feeling that it doesn't randomizer properly)

Always been told you should hold the stretch for at least 20 seconds or it'll have an adverse effect, this app tells you to switch in less than 10 seconds. EDIT: My bad there are 2 counters the 1st is orange and 10 seconds, the 2nd is blue and starts at 26 seconds. But when watching the deltroid stretch is say begin at 26, then when 10 secs have passed it say switch side... It's true. However it goes through the remaining 16 seconds without saying anything, then changes to shoulder opener.

Mil. K. Oct 13, 2019

Just installed the app, paid the premium, created a custom work out, did it, it just flows. 5 stars for having a variagated set of stretches, for being able to create custom workouts and for making it simple to use. It would be great if you guys add predefined streching workouts for certain areas, knee, back, etc. But these need to be approved by professionals. Maybe an AI can create those based on user feedback. Anyway, your app is awesome as it is.

Chr. S. J. May 17, 2021

I really enjoy the variety of stretches. You can choose upper body, lower body, back or complete body syretching. You get to choose how much time you stretch. Another bonus in this app allows you to customize your workout exercises to your liking. The workouts are quick and i sometimes do multiples. Great app!

Really really good app covers all the bases and is tailorable to your needs. The only reason it has 4 stars not five is that there is not sufficient explanation of the exercises. Would deffo get a five if that was provided As an idea for improvement it might be nice to add some gentle music in the background while stretching.
