Everytime when i want to open this app it crashes and shows that 'Unfortunately Flexiplan has stopped' . I can't using the app and can't enjoy the features, so please fix the problem so that every user can use it smoothly...

After upragding to this version I cannot use this app. Whenever I try to open this "Unfortunately FlexiPlan has stopped" notification is shown. My Android version is 6.0. Pls fix this issue as soon as possible.

Worst Sim available in the world award goes to GP. First of all, the so-called "offers" that they give are pretty much more costly, less customer friendly and worse than all other sims. Morever, the internet connection they provide, is annoyingly, so poor in quality. Everytime I try sufacing the net or playing an online game, the super slow connection kills me. So I suggest, think thousands of time before downloading this app because you are never gonna be able to use this sim with a happy mind.

realy a wasam app. But it shows some promlem. please input 1000sms and 2000sms buying metter.Please make the problem solve as soon as possible. Thank you so much.

It's useful, overall great but I'm marking it with 3 star as it does not allow me to gift someone sms bundle using wifi, except it’s own gp internet service. This issue should be solved. Service should be provided as it’s customers requirements.

What an absolute disappointment! Can't purchase any minutes. It repeatedly shows update the app although there's no update in Playstore. Then it tells me to add a GP number. Like srsly! My number is there already. Otherwise how have I logged in the app! Fix the damn app...!

Grameenphone always thinks about their own interest. The app has more useful bundles in the past but they now have made it worse. Now I can't purchase bundle in my choice. 😤

Very irritating app. Shows 'Unfortunately.. stopped.." status in most of the cases I try to load any plan. The painful thing is that the app developer hardly approaches to resolve the problem.

I can't buy sms or anything anymore. it says "there's an update available" but the app is up to date in my phone... Everytime I try to purchase something it says "purchase failed , update your app" or something 😫

I would like to give -500 (negative 500) rating. Purchase prices have been increased two times than previous in a very short period. Uninstalling. And also opting out from Grameenphone. No lame explanation please.

what’s the problem? I'm updating this app, bt again show that, for Gift you have to update.?? then i uninstall this and again install from play store. but the problem isn’t solved. please solve the problem

I have a bad experience with this app.I thought this app will increase the validity day after buy a package.but it is not happen.my buying oackage have 7 days validity and also have other separate package that I have buy from this app.they are not combine the validity day..so it is not useful for everyone.bad apps.

sms charges too much whether other operators like robi serves us with low rate. Grameenphone-500SMS-30day-19 taka. Wherther Robi-500sms-30day- 10taka..why this compares...me and 20 of my friends already been switch robi through mnp...I'm pretty sure if not reduce anyway or equally matched service price . Grameenphone will lost a handsome anount of users. Thank you.

The more times I update this app, the same problem is the same problem once the first is over, then since it is not sadly over, please let us know how to fix this problem

When I click on Confirm it keeps showing me to update... but I am using the latest version...I don't know what's the problem with this particular app

This apps has disappointed me. There is no opportunity to add more than one number. Moreover, SMS cannot be gifted using WiFi data.

app dosent opne with other oparetor. its stop runign. and i have to unstal it than reinstal to do somthing. if i trun on data 1st thn try to opne its didnt work.i have to opne the app fist thn trun on data. pls solv thos bug.

Grameenphone is always running for their own interest.No cheap call rate available here. People have to use it for it's strongest network.

Grameen network are also good , But there talk time ,sms bundle and internet offer are vary expensive . Grameen is a popular sim but for this expensive offer on day it will go to down status .

Best recharging app in Bangladesh. It is only take a few housing space. And with every package I can savings a lot.

The apps is very important to us. and very well for we buy the SMS Pack and etc ... it is very comfortable to Samsung galaxy note 8 a .

this is good Apps for gp user And it helpful for all of us who uses gp sim..you can make easily minute, internet and sms package. and its lower prices.. and it will use all operator..
