Excellent international roaming service, easy to set up with eSIM and good prices. Watch for sales on global data I snagged 5gb valid for 365 days for $30, so I'm set for all my international travel for the next year AND I can even use it in the US if I'm in an area where AT&T has service and Verizon doesn't. Sometimes my connection would drop in Chile but toggling Airplane Mode fixed it. Can't believe I used to travel without this.

Excellent application for seamans. We can't go outside to buy sim card in every port so this esim provider is excellent choice. Make sure your phone has esim and you are ready to go. You need only internet to activate or to buy voucher for internet so I recommend to have it activated in advance. Prices seems high but very often you have excellent discounts so if you buy in advance you have big saving up to 85%. I use this app for now in Chile and Brazil.. Working perfectly.

Unfortunately, for this system to work, you must have an eSim, if none, it is not going to work. There is no way to input my policy number on the app itself, therefore even if I have an eSim, chances of me not being able to use it is even lower. This product came with my insurance and have never tried it. And there is no clear steps on claiming it.

Avoid at all cost. IT's a risk to which if the microchip or esim card can work on your handphone or not. the other most immediate risk is even if it works, when you change a new handset, u cannot remove the microchip, when you do that, the existing one will not be able to use anymore which you need to replace a new one and it will cost you replacement fee on it even though you are paying for their services. So conclusion, avoid

Very poor. Can't use contact support when there is no data. Multiple times I could not use the data and yet I can't contact support without another internet connection. Felt cheated off my money

Feels supper dodgy. First thing when I opened the app it asked me about my names and email. Then I had 7 pop-ups on top of each other. Seems like a scam.

Super worth the price. Used it in Japan and South Korea. The "wifi egg" was a bit cheaper, but I would have to purchase 2 different plans in 2 countries. Flexiroam let me use the same data package in both. Plus, another device to carry around. Couldn't have been more happier with the service.

Pretty good app where you can roam without the need to change your SIM card all the time when travelling. Rates are reasonable and according to your usage and frequency. Overall a pretty good app for those who travel frequently! One thing to note though is if the app can indicate data usage and alert users when the data is almost finishing.

Flexiroam is everything you expect it to be, except cheaper. Affordable worldwide roaming, great app and great service! I've been using it for almost a year now, travelling throughout the world and the ease of use and friendly cost-structure keeps amazing me. I'd give the app and the service 6 stars if i could.

For me this is very convenient especially I travel alot. I dont have to use a separate device to be online anywhere. And their customer service is great. I had issues connecting due to some log in issues due to the the previous account I had. But they helped me real quick using thker whatsApp number. You guys are great. Thanks for your help.

If you travel alot, this app saves you the hassle of keep changing sim cards as this sticks on your current sim and when you're roaming, switch to Flexiroam from the app and you're connected to the internet. Setting it up is easy and if you run into complications, their customer service is friendly and helpful.

Recently came back from New Zealand using this app. Absolutely worth the bucks I have paid. There were some local Telco selling the plans at the airport and I went over to have a look, so glad I chose flexiroam as the price is so much cheaper. I got stable connection most days only a few days in the alpines area where there was no coverage for all Telco. So, nothing much to complain about, overall I'm satisfied with the service.

Have tried a lot of internal sim crads.. but nothing like Flexiroam. Been using since last 4 years. It has a lot of features like data sharing, local data etc. The prices are also very reasonable. In just one interaction, I spent 2 hours with tech support trying to set it up. It just does not work. They telling me to do things I had done multiple times before. Finally, the tech guy tells me, I must be doing something wrong, because it should work. I sent them screen shots every step of the way. The idea is fine, the execution, horrible. What a waste of multiple hours. Save your money, your sanity, your dignity.

Unable to activate!, I had downloaded the app with by my email, i got response email but activation link not working.

Very bad experience. Internet connection frequent disconnct when in Japan area and interrupt the whole trip. Spend extra to purchase local sim card on the spot and cause more money. Requests for refund but the actual amount credited is not the amount that agreed when dealing with agent. Very disappointed and stotngly recommend to not use flexiroam. Local sim or WiFi egg is better.

Technology has glitches now and again, nd this service is no different. Once u manage to get it going it works like magic. It has made my life easier most of the time when i m out of the country, which is 3 to 4 times a month at times, and i am extremely grateful for that. The best asset of Flexiroam X is their customer care agents. Their service is top notch, and the fact that they will not give up until their customer's problem is resolved puts them at a 5 Star rating from me. Dee

10/9/21: Traveling again and customer service was IMMEDIATE in getting my new phone working with existing account: online in the airport while traveling! 5⭐'s 2018: Pricing & better coverage than Verizon international. Great for WhatsApp, Waze, & email. Spent a month in Brazil. First I thought this was an airport scam but it's not. We saw their booth in São Paulo and talked to the rep. They added their chip to existing SIM card and setup the software right there. Worked the whole trip!

Had this installed, a day later my phone disconnected from my local service provider and now wont reconnect. I cant load airtime or data. I'm deleting the app and removing the sticker, hopefully that sorts it out. Gonna have a serious sense of humor failure if it doesn't. What a let down.

Had a few good experiences in South Korea, Hong Kong and Australia. But last package for Croatia was far from satisfactory. Only one partner telco in Croatia and wasn't the most efficient of the lot. Often no signals when other telcos are available and worst is, on my last 2 days of my trip, I was left without any access to my 2.6GB data balance out of the 5GB package I have purchased. Customer Support (via email) was helpful but couldn't solve my access problem....

First, Flexiroam sent me a defective SIM. When I complained about the defect -- i.e., that I couldn't use the service at all -- it took them from March to September "to review" my claim before they refunded $16.91 of the $27.00 I paid. Flexiroam retained the balance (the shipping charge) on grounds that they "successfully shipped" the product to me. Never mind that it was useless.

Purchased 500MB, three day plans for Malaysia and Singapore, cannot connect to the internet on both plans and it shows as not connected in the flexiroam app as well. I have made sure to follow the exact steps detailed (the APN name change, switch on roaming etc) to no avail. Cannot use data whatsoever.
