Surprisingly horrible service. Placed order multiple times but the guy just keep rescheduling and MIA on the scheduled day. And in the end even ask me to pick up by myself. Low efficiency, low intelligence, arrogant service attitude. Don't ever touch it!
Not fully able to use the app in the English setting. Short notices are all in Chinese letters and log in/ registration issues.
SF express is a truly terrible courier service provider! It promised to deliver my parcel in 6 days but took them more than 2 weeks to do so eventually! Contacted the agent in charge 3 times throughout the process but to avail and nobody even bothered to give me an reply! 👎👎👎👎👎
The app has crashed 306 times in less than a week, and it freezes when I use it very often.

I've downloaded the SFHK per your indication advising the hk operation has been moved on such app separately. however, such app SFHK keep prompting up even I forced stop it for many times. it's really annoying. I have no choice but have to uninstall it.pls fix it and launch a bug fix version asap.
