This app is glitchy, not user friendly or intuitive, and now I and others in my area can't even log in without uninstalling and reinstalling it every. Single. Time. Updated and it was fine for a while. Now when I click login nothing happens. Uninstalled, reinstalled, still glitchy. 2/11/22- I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times. Evrn got a new phone in the meantime. Considering moving to an area that uses a different MLS.

This app has consistently had glitches, force closes, and failures with basic usage. This applies to multiple devices when after clearing the cache, uninstall/reinstall, etc. Reading through the other reviews, it seems most issues are not resolved. Unfortunately, this is the only app that works with my MLS. It's sad to say but I often use Zillow instead.

If I could give this app 0 Stars I would. Both the desktop version and this app are missing one crucial thing for buyer's agents. An interactive map that shows the houses that are listed in the area where you are and you can just tap on the house and get all the information. The desktop version doesn't allow you to print out a map with your selected showing that day without a full report.. I just want the map so I can decide the order of my showing. I miss rapattoni. A much better app and mls!

For an app that is paid for by dues and should be reliable since its used to show and search houses for clients on the go....it is absolute trash! Unreliable, buggy, freezes constantly, won't scroll without hitting buttons on the screen, freezes some more....takes 15 min to get info on one house IF you have the address or MLS#... If you just want to search an area just use a different app or get to a computer, it will save you a lot of frustration and time. Time is money and this app is a waste of both.

Very glitchy. Not sure if it's because I have an android, but since the update, its been very unreliable. I use the filter to search for listings, it says there are 116 listings, but nothing shows up on the search. I've had to uninstall and reinstall many many times. Its frustrating, since I use this multiple times a day.

Very glitchy, does not work well at all. The app automatically shuts down while in use. I had to Uninstall app and reinstall app in order to log in on multiple occasions. The app has very long delays when I click on listings. The maping interface does not always work; it will zoom out to state view while attempting to zoom in. The mapping function also does not allow me to click on listing at times; I will click on a listing several times and there will be no response.

Very glitchy and unreliable, freezes all the time, is often verry slow to load and has barely any features doesnt even show all active listings and the map search doesn't show properties near you like it is supposed to. The font color does not have enough contrast and is too light gray next to white and it is very very small with no way to expand. It has absolutely no accessibility features. The only reason I use it is because I have no other choice, it is the only app to access my mls

I use this app most of the day, every day. It's VERY important for my business. The app is extremely glitchy and I can't believe I have to pay my local MLS for it. My customers hate it and so do I. For example: when searching by filter vs. the magnifying glass, the app has to update after Every.. Single.. Click.. It often errors out; just let me put in my parameters and search, no need to update immediately. And, it does not store an address when I search. Every time I back out, I have to type it all over again. Easy to forget. I could go on and on, would love to speak directly to a developer to give some feedback. Since "update the app" seems to be the most common solution/suggestion... I have already done that. Just NEED the app fixed.

The updated version is definitely not user-friendly. Us real estate professionals that rely on this app to search for listings when not in front of a computer need a very basic search system, not some consumer-based Zillow-esque product that obviously has a lot of bugs to still be worked out and is not functional like the old version was. Why this was ever changed to the new format I'll never understand

Terrible app. Constantly freezes and crashes. No ability for us to edit our listing like on the website. Nor can you edit the listing on chrome via phone because again it freezes and crashes. No ease of access at all and highly disappointed. Especially as an on the move agent. Thought this app would be convenient yet I still have to lug around my laptop and wifi since this app is not reliable.

Used this app without major issues for a while now. Bought a Galaxy Note 10 and cannot load up even once for a month now. For a simple app with a basic panel, it is unacceptable to not load and without meaning any offense to developers, no one, I mean no one has the time to waste calling support and dealing with this. Seems tech support always fails to understand that the user is not in front of a screen with a keyboard, but holding a mobile device at hand.

If I were not forced to use this app because there is no alternative, I would never use it again. It is the worst, slowest, most antiquated, most cumbersome, most limited in functionality app I have ever seen. It really is garbage. There is probably 1,000 times the functionality available in the web interface as there is in this awful app. Really really pathetic. Sorry.

1/22/22 update- Very happy the app login error was fixed. I am also quite impressed how fast customer support reached out to me to help fix the issue. Everything works smoothly now! 1/20/22 update- still unable to login. I am making sure to put cr. in front of credentials. Unable to login. Able to login on Computer but suddenly unable to login with my Samsung s20 phone.

Yep, same as others; can't log in on the app. I can log in on the web page and the credentials are supposed to be the same. The app rejects my username, so no joy! We used this app several months ago and it did work, but started having this problem so we uninstalled it. Thought I'd give it another try, but same issue.

I'm having the same experience as others. I can login on my computer and on the phone if I use chrome but not through the app. I've even uninstalled and re-installed the app I case there was a bug. Really dissapointing

Works well... not sure if it's just on my android or others but... list view doesn't have a thumbnail image of the property. Photo view the card images pop up but it makes for slow navigation.

This app is frustrating. Sometimes it allows me to log in and sometimes it does absolutely nothing. I transfer into an Galaxy from an iphone and I never had any issues with the app on the iPhone, but I've been having issues with the Galaxy. I can get passed the login page.

I hate this app so much. I pay way too much money to not have a reliable app. For 2 days now, I haven't even been able to log in. I've had to go to my computer every time I want to look up a house. Super slow when it does work and you can't even do half the things I need to with this app. We as Realtors pay enough money to at least have an app that works!!

The app is slow and freezes. Now I can not log in...???? Why do users have to contact tech support? You know there are issues, just read the negative reviews. The best customer service is to fix the problems.

doesn't work. unable to log in. using same username and password as web browser. seems to be a consistent issue that needs to be fixed. iOS version works perfect on my wife's phone tried clearing my cache and storage, still doesn't work and never has. Can access browser version just fine.

The app is very glitchy. I am unable to use the search tool most of the time. The app crashes a lot while I am in the app. Not very user friendly. For the extremely expensive fee I pay for this service, I would expect a more professional mobile app.

For the last 3 weeks since I logged in on my laptop accepted the new change to MLS, I have had to delete this app and reinstall it every day from my cellphone. It is very frustrating when I need something quick from the app and I have to go through the steps of deleting the app and reinstalling it.

Whenever I choose the search bar it takes way too long for it to finally let me fill in what I'm looking for. And now once I can't search it is just showing me a blank page. I also would like it to be able to show us the tax cards. And to save where you last left off so you don't have to look it up again.

Cannot scroll further than about 10 listings down until it continuously flickers and refreshes and am unable to even make it thru all of the hot sheet properties to see what is happening. Making real estate really hard, not impressed with what you get for the subscription fee.

It would benice to see a price when you put a street name in so you wouldnt have to sift through every listing to find the one you are looking for. Also if you open one address and its not the one you wanted you basically have to start all over to go back in to the same street name and go through each one that way to find the property you are looking for.

Having issues with the app since the end of last week. Tried to uninstall and reinstall several times, but still can't log in. Please fix this!!! I like the app otherwise, although I'd like to have a full search option instead of just quick search.

Android user. This isn't an app of any value. It is so bad I can't begin to detail its defects. The search function is shockingly flawed; the one function a realtor needs when in the field. I get Flexmls emails advertising all the bells and whistles for the junk and am left wondering if we are in alternate universes. It just does not function. It's best to access MLS through the web or carry a laptop when on the road. Flexmls should hang their heads in shame for this fraud.

App won't even allow me to log in. Cleared app data and it let me log in once but now even clearing data and cache do nothing. Interface is not intuitive. Many important search options are missing while frivolous ones are front and center. Basically useless at this point
