FlexShopper Tires

I think the offer works great but there is a huge problem with the app installed. There is no way to check for balances owed , no option to view when the 90 day plan ends, no option to pay anything. Whats the point in downloading something that ONLY reflects the lease. Basically at the end of it all, you have to make a call. If you don't remember when the deadline ends you WILL the consequences.

The worst app ever. Can't manage your account properly. It doesn't allow you to pay off fast. It's mostly like a scam. $409.00 turns into $1000.00. Call to change the payment amount and dates of withdraw. 1st told you have to wait 2 successful withdraw from your account. 2nd call can't change your amount without having it taken out of your account today. In other words you can set payments up until the day you want it. And change your payment method frim your bank account to debt card. SMH

Been using them for over 3 years. It's great for those who make to little for high charges. Yes they charge alot to loan you the money to pay for something important. Without a car I wouldn't be able to work so when it comes to flexshopper tire I'm so thankful to be able to use them at mavis tires.

It is a great option to have when you need replacement parts and labor when unexpected and you aren't financially prepared. Being able to pay it off in 90 days interest free is even better! I've used their services twice and the customer service was always excellent! I'm a real person, not a bot, and I promise it's worth it if you can pay it off in the 90 days. Don't forget to make extra payments before the 90 days is up! You must call to make payments though, not able to make payments in app

This is perfect if you need 90 days to pay off a purchase/expense that was unexpected. We have had great customer service experience each time we have called asking account information. Have used this service many times, the last 5 years for car repair expenses. Would definitely recommend!

Haven't put the services within the app to use as of yet but am pretty excited about the idea of making payments on tires and can't wait to try it out. Easy to maneuver through the app, seems very user friendly.

I definitely had a great experience, with using the app, easy to navigate, and get things done. The conversations with the Flex Reps, while chatting with them, was superior customer service. The answered all my questions, and explained everything in detailed.

Definitely one of the best programs to date! I was able to get my entire brake system replaced and with monthly payments to ensure a lump sum wasn't taken out, makes things so much easier. Worry free, stress free shopping! And it's right at your fingertips! Great job and thank you Flexshopper!

Two things have turned me off. If you for some reason miss that 90 days...the bill is astrnomically higher. I've paid hundreds of dollars over the service cost and my bill hasn't moved. Plus the website doesn't tell you how your payments are being applied making it difficult to pay it off. I see a lawsuit as well in the future. This is not right at all.

Initially I was quoted a different price by the shop I bought tires from. My payment was almost 3 times the amount bimonthly that I was quoted. I complained to my acct manager and he fixed the problem. Unfortunately he left and my payment went up again. No matter how many times I called and was told the account was fixed, I continued to get charged more than my payment amount. For four months no resolve. Finally today I was able to get a supervisor who cleared my account.

This app sucks!!! It keeps telling me an internet connection is required and to log in with a stronger internet connection. But I HAVE INTERNET CONNECTION AND IT IS VERY STRONG!!!! Do not recommend. If I can't check my balances and payments on the app, how can I trust the company is legit? Really pissed off!! Would not give a star at all if it was an option.

The app is fine. It is the company that is an issue. They are helpful in providing a needed item at a stiff price to the consumer when you are in a jam. Legal loansharks. Please read the fine print of the contract. If you fall behind and do not make arrangements and KEEP them you have authorized them to allow them to run payments until they reach an amount that satisfies them per contract. I had 7 taken out today which left me $16 for the week. Be cautious and avoid unless 100% needed.

Made my payments faithfully through automatic debit for a long time. Then I get this message to call them or I will have my stuff repoed. Nothing has changed on my end. They have not taken the money for over 2 weeks. The money is there too. It always is. Now I am on hold forever on phone losing money when I should be working. Even tried Facebook, Twitter and website contact with them with no response!! This better nkt hurt my credit!! Advise anyone not to use Flexshopper.

I only needed 2 tires. I had heard of this place letting you buy tires and pay a little money each week. So I went to there Wed site found a location and spent about 30 minutes to get approved find the tires and then have then put them on. I have never experienced quick and easy service in my life hands down. I defently will use this place to get my tires from now on. Awesome place, Awesome people, Awesome service hands down and I am very picky about who works on my car. So I will recommend this

False advertisement/ crashes I got this because the youtube adrelays the ability to use it for any thing on its listed stores. This app is showing me i can only lease tires. I had to give a lot of information for this not to work im very concerned. Removing it right away ... User beware

It was a dreadful experience. My approved spending failed to show and rep had to fix it. The wait for a rep was 30m and the invoice wasn't correct so I called again. I waited again for a rep for 25m. The app was slow and had several complications. I waited for another rep for 15m. The best rep that stayed on the phone was Richard Blanco, he was the best... Honestly he prevented me from crying! The service took 4 hours at the shop and to correct the flex spending, contract, & app took 3 hours😤

This is a good tool\app to use. Very easy and customer service is very precise and cares about the security of the customer. If you dont have the cash to get quality tires, this program can help. 90 days same as cash before tacking on interest. Thank you for your program.

I only had it for a little while but I have had a great experience, great customer service, friendly fast I I recieved a locked phone so I couldnt use it, I called they stopped payments and increased my spending limit so I can purchase another phone so I like them and the service

I'm only giving 2 stars because the app is useless. Can't see balance, can't make payments, basically can't do anything with the account. You have to call to do anything with your account. In today's age you would thing you could be able to see your account in the app or the webpage. Won't do anymore business until Flexshopper moves out of the 80's.

My $1,050 ish mavis discount tire bill financed with in two hours or less. Bad cred is no prob. First lease agreement was an estimate at $2,300. Second lease e-signed 6 days later so at $1,688 ish if paid over the one year option. No fees if $1,050 billpaid in 90 days which is awesome. A few hiccups but definitely recommend FlexShopper for expensive car maintenance and other repairs. Payment due date option of wkly, bi-wkly or monthly payment. I was very stress but no sweat with Flexshopper. : )

I am truly greatful for this service and the convenience there of. Nevertheless, I am offended by the one time $50 fee. This is because my second time using this service, I have been given yet another "one time $50 fee"!!! How is it a ONE TIME $50 FEE if you charge for that on each single lease??? It's NOT... I mean, just call it a lease fee since you charge it for each individual lease? DUUUUHHH!

It was a great offer the best thing about it it did not affect my FICO score and the payments were very flexible and affordable am I also have the option to pay it off early which works out great for me.

Horrible!! This is only good if you need a payment arrangement. The fees associated with their plan is horrible. I tried to pay off early and paid more than $300 more than my original bill.

is an ok app and a vlever idea. very disappointed with what is and isnt covered. there is no list available to the public. auto repair shop told me everything would he covered so I ok'd the work after approval for $2287. work needed came to less than 1100. go to picm up my car and cant because flexshopper wont pay for alternator but will pay for battery. they have no logical reason other than the statement that they dont cover it and the shop shouldve known.ok app if real work not needed.

Rip off. I originally signed up for biweekly payments. All of a sudden, they changed it to weekly. Which caused over draft fees. Customer service was no help.

Meh, seems pretty straight forward. If it's 2 things this app is missing it's how much you have paid, and how much is left to be paid. 2 most important things we need to know aside from blindly throwing money at the lease. Sure you can call but why do all that when the app should just tell you how much you've paid and how much it is you owe?

Timed out as i was trying to put in my banking info & now it has denied me bc it "cant verify" my banking information. Ive tried to log into the app and see if i can try again but it just shows a screen saying ive been denied. Update: tried calling customer service several times & am disconnected every single time. I tried the "call back option" to be called back. When i was called back, i pressed "1" to recieve the call and the automated voice told me "sorry, this call has been already taken"

easy of use is great ,was able to pay for an unexpected auto repair and the repayment structure fits into my budget

Completely hides the fact that if you don't pay the full bill off in 90 days they will triple your bill and charge you for 3 years. Turned my bill from $735 to over $1900 without even so much as warning me on the app or anything. Totally hidden in fine print on contract and never mentioned when you ask about how process works. Company needs to be sued and bankrupt horrible people who take advantage of poor people and those in emergency situations. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM DO NOT USE YOU WILL BE SORRY

Be very careful before you get into a lease with this outfit. I bought six tires two of them shipped were of the wrong size and they want me to pay for the wrong size tires. I have even offered to pay cash for the four tires they won't accept my offer. I don't know about anyone else but I'm not paying for tires that I have no use for not my fault the wrong size was sent.
