I looked at buying a new Playstation 4 on this app, and the overall cost after 1 year was $799.00 after all payments and fees were settled. That is outrageous! More than 3 times the current market price! They are blatantly taking advantage of the less fortunate and undereducated amongst us! NO THANKYOU!!!

Cool concept and convenient. I have used this service for car repairs and for electronic purchases. The 90 day same as cash option is very fair and affordable but if you must do the complete lease option, the payments are low and can be set up in a manner that is convenient and affordable for you.

I've ordered products , Including audio equipment from Amazon using flex wallet . I've also had brake and bearing work done thru Mavis discount tire also using flex wallet . There are so many items on their site but you can always call and ask a customer support team member where flex wallet is applicable. I'm very happy with the results I've received as well as the friendly customer service I've received .

It's only a "weekly payment" if you pay the full cash value within the first 90 days. After that the amount you owe is raised. I used this to buy $1200 in car repair/service. Because I didnt pay it all in the first 90 days I'm being charged $2800, over double the original amount. All your attention is drawn to the "weekly payment" option, they should equally advertise the "WITHIN 90 DAYS OR WE OWN YOU" portion

Flexshopper is a great service for people without established credit or want a 90-day same as cash program. They have great products on their website but if item wanted is not there, a person has the option to buy at many other places through this program. My fiance and I bought most of our Christmas gifts through Flexshopper and the ease of buying and receiving items was excellent. Every employer at Flexshopper has been exceptional. Porshea Blands went out of her way to help me with an issue on my end. We are ready to order again! Thank you for your service and excellent customer support!

They are a lease to own site. Yes, they cost more, but they are still cheaper than Aaron's and RaC. With that said, they have 90 day same as cash. Everything you pay goes towards ownership. Even after 90 days, you have the option to buyout. It does go up after 90 days but it then goes down from there. It is the price of convenience I guess. A good option for emergencies.

I don't understand all of the negative comments about this app. I have brought several items off of this site and have had nothing but great experiences. There concept is just like Aarons and Rent A Center. If you continue to make the payment and make early release payments you will pay more. This is a great option for people who want things and don't necessarily want to come out of pocket all at once for payment. Thanks Flex keep up the good work.

I've been using flexshopper for 4 years. Wish their site and app was more user friendly with useful stuff that any other business would offer like paying off without having to call or even information like how much longer the lease is the simple things, some information is available on their website others on the app. Although everything you need is somewhere it's just hard to find sometimes but theirs always a call or chat and they will help. Most issues are fixed with an "update" by calling.

This company is horrible. Like dealing with a stubborn child. Ordered a pc and they sent me a much cheaper version. NOT what I actually ordered. Spent 2 weeks contacting them many times to return it. Kept getting the same story and was told I wouldn't be charged. They never sent me a method to return it and then started charging me. Had to notify my bank and dispute the charge. Only then did they call me and send return instructions. Now my account is suspended. Dirty scammers, all of them.

This has to be a joke. I tried ordering a laptop and it was confirmed I signed the lease and waited to receive it. A week later I get an email saying it was cancelled because it was out of stock. Weird but okay. So I tried again and I tried to make sure it was from somewhere that didn't say low on stock or anything and a week goes by and guess what? It was cancelled due to out of stock/low stock AGAIN. I wouldn't bother even trying if I were you.

Flex tires is easier than flex wallet they don't tell you if they can't see it on the website then they just sit on it. I waited in the store for 2 hrs for the approval. Took another 2 hrs to get through with them on the phone. The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful

this is terrible, i have an account but this app never works. i have credit available yet everytime i attempt to use the app i get no where. even calling them, they are no help whatsoever. don't go through the hassle because it doesnt work, they dont fix it and yu get no where but frustrated.

Terrible customer service. The personal shopper option with flexshopper is an absolute joke. If you want to go to a store and find something you want, just to be told it has to be ordered with the slowest shipping speed possible then this is the app for you.

stop robbing Peter to pay Paul. the app makes everything about three times more expensive. refrigerator you can afford what you needed so just think about that and but worse. I recently tried it it could not recognize my routing number. my friend had the app and he's still paying for refrigerator that should have been paid off weeks ago

It Was Like...BOOM...and I walked out with my merchandise! The app is visually appealing, informative, interactive! Just submit some personal info and get approved in seconds. Submit a pic and some details about the desired purchase and get a lease agreement in minutes. Agree to some simple terms that can include 90-days same as cash, show your credentials at the register and be on your way. The only downside was that I didn't buy my wife anything...Oops...Blame it on my head and not my heart!

Meh, seems pretty straight forward. If it's 2 things this app is missing it's how much you have paid, and how much is left to be paid. 2 most important things we need to know aside from blindly throwing money at the lease. Sure you can call but why do all that when the app should just tell you how much you've paid and how much it is you owe?

Absolutely love this app. My grandson wanted a certain product for his birthday there was a miss up product was not in stock when it was suppose to be customer service and personal shopper went out of their way to make sureproduct arrived before birthday so we had one happy four year old . Thank you will be doing alot more business in future.

Worst shopping experience even will not ever use again in future I wanted a pick up at store because I didn't change my address which shouldn't matter since I'm picking it up at the store but they shipped it to my old address when I didn't even pick shipping as an option thanks for nothing I wish stars were negative so I could give yall minus 5 stars losers

I was able to lease from different source at Amazon. Saved big and got a manageable contract. Thanks!!! This puts this at completive pricing with early payoffs. Awesome.

Absolutely terrible company. Made a order and signed a lease... 3 days later after 4 phones calls totaling a hour and a half "recorded" they tell me they messed up on thier end and want me to sign a new lease and wait again ... Guess it doesn't matter I needed the item I ordered for my son's bday gift tommorow and waited 3 days alrdy.. They had no urgency and did not even seem to care about my concerns or needs or the fact they had me on the phone 4 times telling me story's.

I love flexwallet. I wanted a new tv and computer and having Flexwallet made the transaction so much easier. I went in, picked out the new TV and BluRay player, showed the app and off I went. 30 minutes tops.

Called for a payoff, was given a pay off balance and not told I'd have to pay it off right then an there which would have been $28.95. Woke up to look at my bank account and they had drafted my bank for $65.24. I was livid. Called this morning to make my payoff amount and was told my account was closed that the policy is you have to stop future automatic withdrawals and then call back to pay the balance of. My first initial call was on 10/29/20, I had not been informed at that time. It goes ....

Flex is an honest pay as u go. U getva product on a payment plan. If u can't pay for it don't buy it. But if u want something and u can't buy it out right they will help u. From big ticket items at Walmart to tires for your car.
