Might as well guess when the bus comes. The drivers always try to finish their routes as fast as possible the arrival times aren't accurate. So they come earlier than the app says they will. You look at the bud tracker and think oh it says 7 minutes, plenty of time to walk to the bus stop 1 black away. Then you see the bus speeding away when the app says the bus is five minutes away. Thanks for consistently misleading me FLGRide

Its convenient let's you know where the buses are at. The only problem is that they dont let you know which bus stops are closed until you get to the bus stop and they have a sign up. It would be very helpful you y'all put a notice on the app as well.

Don't like this app at all. Needs a "Trip" function destination to make it more attractive and user-friendly for tourists, new residents and for over-all broadening the net of sustainability and usability for use of "Everyone" to lower carbon emissions.

I think it's about time the app gets another update. Edit: The app doesn't even open at all anymore. Just says "Error: Couldn't process your request."

Helps us get around perfectly! Gives us location bus & time status! LOVE having this app...as FLGRide is our only form of transportation ! Best bus system I've ever experienced! Love ya MountainLine!! ✌🦋

Estimation of bus arrival per stop is not accurate and the app seems to malfunction sometimes by not working at all.

Need a few tinks such as the bus location is always behind. Other th that. it works fine

Great for NAU students as well as the community in general! Helped know when the buses were gonna come around to be on time to different events. Especially for college students who don't have a ride but need to go to Walmart in a jiffy!

The app generally works when I have a solid network connection, and the realtime bus location map is useful. But it has performance and reliability problems and completely lacks an offline mode. Each of adding an offline map / schedule and fixing the performance / reliability issues would earn another star. Doing both would make this the 5-star app that NAIPTA's bus system and riders deserve.

App glitches out too much to the point that the locations of the busses are the complete opposite and three routes don't even show on the app.

No longer accurate. Tells me the time for arrival at stop #61 is over 1 hour 30 minutes, when the bus is just a few stops away. This app has become completely unreliable in the mornings.

It used to be pretty accurate but now it says arriving in 10 minutes so I leave because it's a 2 minute walk and the bus is at the stop and I have to wait 10-15 more minutes. Not accurate whatsoever.

Great Concept, horribly failed execution. Times given on app are amything but reliable. Don't lose your job counting on this.

I literally sit for at least 10 mins just to wait for the app to load up, once I manged to go from where I got picked up and dropped off going from downtown to the mall just to see how long it would take and the app still hadn't loaded up when I got off at the mall. This is not to mention the time I spent waiting for the bus with the app open as well. This happens when when on my home network with 1GB per minute speeds as well. Please fix!!!!

This app is hit and miss with the times.

Its awesome when im running late it tracks down the bus for me :))))))

Chronically buggy

I hope this app is cheaper for NAIPTA. No ability to save favorite stops, or for that matter, take you to the nearest stop in the list (based on geoloc which the app needs), so your always scrolling. Cannot hide lines you never ride, I don't take the bus to Cheshire or country club so routes 3 and 5 (along with others) are clutter. I miss arrival alerts. I will not be using this app. Not the experience I am used to from Mountain Line.

This app *usually* depicts its busses (rt14, at least) a full stop behind their true location... While on the bus, I play a game using this app, called "how many times will the app show we're a full 2+ stops behind?"

Not nearly as accurate as TransLoc. Zooms in and out on a global scale every time you choose a different route. Missed the bus several times because of delayed updating.

I really don't like that they got rid of the transloc app. This is way less user friendly.
