This is a fantastic app; I have been using it for years now. I have run into a major problem since your latest update, however. It used to ask me for my FLICA username as well as a password to log in. Now, it asks me for an email address and password. I have never used an email address to log into FC View...I have always used my FLICA username. As such, I am locked out of FC View at this time. Please reply to this review/query with a solution to this problem. Thank you.
I like that it doesn't update automatically, which gives a chance for you to make that decision. Also, the lay out and information is easy to reach and see: hotel phone numbers and info with input from crew members, all the trip info is easily viewable with all the vital times and pay info, and you can share this app with friends and family.
I have this app on my company iPad and my android phone. If there's a change to my schedule, the iPad will recognize it immediately if I do a simple schedule "refresh"; however, if I attempt to refresh it on my android, it will NOT reflect the schedule update for HOURS. It is very frustrating because I do not have a data plan on my company iPad, so if I rely on my phone, FCView is always the last to know. I usually have to go on my company website and view my schedule updates there. It is really frustrating since I paid for this app to help me keep an eye on my schedule as it changes, not 3 hours after the fact. This has been going on for MONTHS. Are you guys going to fix this or what?
Great app. Unfortunately it will fall short with crew changes or even showing the full crew (FA often missing) but that may very well not be the app's fault. Definitely worth it otherwise. EDIT: To the dev I’ve definitely flown with FAs that were using the app, and weren’t shown in the app. Then again it seems if they don’t show on flica, they don’t show in the app. Still a 5 star app despite this.
After dragging you through a lengthy registration process , it hangs at the login stage... To the developers :if you can't run a half decent and stable app take it off , fix it and repost it , otherwise go back to whatever you were doing before attempting to be a developer.
Used to be 4 stars. My subscription cxl. But the card on file is correct. Theres no way to pay the bill another way. No way to view payment history etc. No way to call. Emailed responses are templayes that dont read your email therefore the question isnt answered, problem isnt solved.
worked fine most of the time. company dropped flica, so after I paid for the next month I shut off auto pay, and a few days later my app shut off. I put in a service request, and no response. app says I have to subscribe, and frequent questions says it should work through end of period I paid for. zero customer service so far.
For android users, please move the "Other Users" button AWAY from "Logout" button. Or add a "Are you sure you want to log out?" option. Then would be 5 stars. Accidental logouts happen too frequently and it's very annoying when it happens in the air and now I can't access my schedule.
Love the app, but can't refresh the schedule on my Samsung S10.. it just won't "pull down". What am I doing wrong and/or can you please put the manual refresh option back in the app?? Really frustrating when I can't update my own schedule to reflect current trip schedule!
Following a connectivity issue I got in touch with the developer who acted swiftly. Following an update that was issued within a few hours, the issue was resolved. Very impressive.
Great app, very helpful and worth every penny. Great customer service too, the 1 time I did have an issue.
Overall it's a good app but, the crew member updates have not been working for some time and the link to the developer is also not working!?
Love this app, and its detailed features and descriptions. I especially find the hotel info helpful and love the descriptions.

I love this app, it gives me an easy way to check my flight schedule and see the crew I am flying with.
The app has been great for me. I love the hotel features. $1 a month is absolutely worth it.
This app is very useful for the daily work routine of crewmembers. It's a must have. I definitely recommend it
Since update of 10/23 app has stopped working. Message of 'app will not open.
I love the app. But lately it's not letting me see who I'm flying with, nit even the flight attendants.
App auto renewed charging me for 2 years after I deleted it and no longer used FLICA. SHADY!
Update has very good new features. Although widget does not load now
any chance the air Canada portal will be added in the future? looks like it's flica based only. I was using it for 3 years and changed jobs recently to find out that it won't work with my current company

Easy access to your schedule and crew.
This app would be great if it worked consistently. Even after this most recent update, it still just hangs up when loading the schedules. It doesn't work more than it works. At least 75% of the time I can't get it to refresh my schedules properly. Unfortunately this is basically the only app out there like this, or I'd be switching for sure. It's ridiculous....especially considering it's a paid subscription. Nowhere else would you expect to pay for something just to have it sometimes work.
